This space is ADORABLE! Clean and feels like home. It sits by a beautiful field with old growth trees with it's own porch. Centrally located, it's convenient yet still feels secluded. It is a sanctuary in the city. Sheree is instantly responsive to any inquiries or needs. She truly cares that you feel like you're 'home' and comfortable. The furniture, decorations, and courtyard space are functional and wonderfully exhibit a Zen-like quality. Sheree has a unique knack for decorating and hosting. Besides being an amazing host Sheree creates the cutest tiny homes you've ever seen. She was generous enough to show me inside one and I instantly fell in love. It was built by New Creation Tiny Homes. If you have a chance, check out her extraordinary work online. My stay with Sheree was peaceful, joyful, and I would even say healing. If you're thinking of staying here I highly recommend!

This house is beautiful. This place is exactly what is described in the listing. It’s even better than the pictures if that’s even possible! They were so welcoming. The bed is very comfortable and I love how soft the couches were. I wish we were able to stay longer. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect for a weekend getaway. House was very clean and inviting. Hot tub felt amazing and was a nice way to spend the evenings. Absolutely loved the kitchen!

On our stay we walked back and forth to the Maverick Center at the University for an event. It was about a .08 mile walk. Plenty of eating establishments in the area and easy Uber trip to the airport. There were air B&B’s closer to campus but many had reviews with noise complaints. This is a bit farther walk but a cute quiet neighborhood. No noise issues at all. They thought of everything and everything was convenient. The bed was really comfortable. We would stay here again in the future.

The idyllic setting and beautiful accommodations of this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and the special touches throughout the living spaces made our out of town guests feel right at home. The hospitality shown to us by the host was exceptional, making the stay truly memorable. We cannot recommend this Airbnb enough and look forward to utilizing it again in the future!

We’ve been in many Airbnbs and this one surpassed most of the others. Very clean and comfortable with tasteful decor. The location was good, too. We would definitely consider this place again when we are in the area.

Christie’s home in Grand Junction was a pleasure to stay in. The home was beautiful and very clean. Lots of small thoughtful touches made it feel very comfortable, like we were staying at a friend’s home while they were away. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with an assortment of pans, small appliances, and even spices to cook with. The beds were comfortable and we had no issues with check in or accessing the wi-fi. The location was also great - it was close to supermarkets and the mall, while the drive to the downtown area was less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that is planning a trip to Grand Junction.

We had a great stay and will definitely return. Home is only 10-15 min walk to Main Street in a quiet neighborhood. Stocked with the essentials. Every room has its own bathroom so it’s great for multiple families. Basement is a basement, the steps down are steep! But another whole living area with a small kitchenette.

Comfy beds, very spacious kitchen, three full bathrooms, and most important-it was super clean.

Modern, kid friendly, great location near hospital and just a few minutes from downtown. Our baby was in the NICU at St. Mary's for a week and we couldn't have had a better location for our family to call home away from home during the time. We really enjoyed the huge back yard with lots of patio seating and an outdoor grill. Our 2 year old son was thrilled with the teeter totter and jungle gym in the yard. Cozy entertainment room in the basement with a big TV, games, and books. I would say the only downside was that there is no dining table inside (just a kitchen bar), so group meals were difficult when it wasn't warm enough to eat outside.

Nancy was very accommodating to our crew. Location was centrally located and in a good neighborhood.

This was a great place to stay during the summer months while covering work projects in the area. It's very cozy and private with everything you need. Julia and Jeremy were very responsive and helpful with anything I needed during my stay. I strongly recommend to anyone looking for a long-term stay in Palisade.

We have stayed here a couple times and really like it! It's a very good deal for all the room you get and it's beautifully decorated! The beds are extra comfy, too. The coffee bar is a very nice touch!

This is the second time we've stayed with Candice. She's an impeccable host and her place is perfect for our needs. It's super central and immaculate. We love all of the special little touches and Fantastic use of positive energy and humor. This is our go to place in GJT!
