Friendly, clean and responsive. We are born and raised in GJ, we are now in the Houston TX area. But we came back for a big peewee wrestling tournament for our son. Thank you for having us!

This house is beautiful. This place is exactly what is described in the listing. It’s even better than the pictures if that’s even possible! They were so welcoming. The bed is very comfortable and I love how soft the couches were. I wish we were able to stay longer. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect place to stay, so nice to have two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, nice kitchen and really nice table to work at in dining room. Really easy to get in, easy to park, etc. Agree with some others about road noise, but the reviews were helpful so I took a sound machine and turned it up and slept just fine, couldn't hear anything else. Location is really perfect to get to Colorado Mesa U and any events there, and there's a great coffee/beer place just down the road. This place is a gem, we'll be back for sure!

Dan's place was perfect and he is a great communicator. I highly recommend!

Perfect for a weekend getaway. House was very clean and inviting. Hot tub felt amazing and was a nice way to spend the evenings. Absolutely loved the kitchen!

On our stay we walked back and forth to the Maverick Center at the University for an event. It was about a .08 mile walk. Plenty of eating establishments in the area and easy Uber trip to the airport. There were air B&B’s closer to campus but many had reviews with noise complaints. This is a bit farther walk but a cute quiet neighborhood. No noise issues at all. They thought of everything and everything was convenient. The bed was really comfortable. We would stay here again in the future.

The place was perfect for weekend race in Fruita.

Great stay. Walking distance to trails and plenty of dining and shopping options within minutes. Cozy, comfortable and clean!

Christie’s home in Grand Junction was a pleasure to stay in. The home was beautiful and very clean. Lots of small thoughtful touches made it feel very comfortable, like we were staying at a friend’s home while they were away. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with an assortment of pans, small appliances, and even spices to cook with. The beds were comfortable and we had no issues with check in or accessing the wi-fi. The location was also great - it was close to supermarkets and the mall, while the drive to the downtown area was less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that is planning a trip to Grand Junction.

This was the second time we came for a week-plus stay at Renee and Amber’s place - they have made such a warm and comfortable home. The kitchen is uncluttered but amazingly has everything you could need for cooking full meals, the beds are super comfy, the main room is light and relaxing, WiFi is awesome - and the home has so many thoughtful touches from the kindest hosts. Could not recommend more highly.

We stayed at Chelsey’s place for a month while helping with a new granddaughter! Love the location, close to Fruita and Palisade for hiking and restaurants! Love the fall weather, sunny days, chilly evenings. Chelsey’s place is very warm, spotlessly clean, with comfy beds! All the amenities that you need! I would highly recommend this cute, comfortable home and hope to stay there again!

This was our second stay at this house. It was just as great a stay as the first time we stayed there, a couple years ago. The beds and pillows are comfy, and with the blackout blinds and a quiet neighborhood, it's a great night's sleep. The kitchen is the most well equipped kitchen we've encountered in a short term rental. Tons of spices, condiments and other cooking items, along with tons of cooking tools, pans and other useful items that make the place feel homey and easy to make meals in. There are even really sharp kitchen knives. The house is convenient for walking to downtown GJ. And having the secured area, in the house area, to park our bikes was super handy. The big, fenced, backyard is a nice private retreat also. It's a lovely rental, and we'd definitely stay there again in the future.

Thank you Eric and Jody! Your house is beautiful and very comfortable. Easy to walk to town, hike trails, bike to the bike path and community pool with river walk was close by. We enjoyed our visit to Fruita and plan to visit again!

The place was very nice. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a hot tub.

We have stayed here a couple times and really like it! It's a very good deal for all the room you get and it's beautifully decorated! The beds are extra comfy, too. The coffee bar is a very nice touch!

Close to downtown clean and neat. Well furnished.

The place is very comfortable feels right at home it’s a quiet little neighborhood the AC was shut down for the season but thankfully the weather isn’t bad during this time of year any question I had they responded quickly and friendly would recommend this place to anyone visiting Grand Junction it’s in a nice little area as well.

This place was very well done and our host made us feel right at home and was very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely keep this place at the top of our favorites!

This is the second time we've stayed with Candice. She's an impeccable host and her place is perfect for our needs. It's super central and immaculate. We love all of the special little touches and Fantastic use of positive energy and humor. This is our go to place in GJT!

Deann’s place was perfect for us! It is right across the street from CMU where my son is going to college, so it couldn’t have been more convenient for us. We also visited the Colorado national monument which was only 15 minutes away. The place was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed!

Great place to stay. Getting in and out of the condo was super easy with the deadbolt code. I enjoyed using the hot tub multiple nights. Really helped me relax while I was moving. The neighbors were all friendly and the location is quiet.
