This was our second stay and we enjoyed it just as much as our first. Barrie and Wade are so welcoming; we felt right at home and were very comfortable in the space. We'd gladly stay here again on our next trip to the coast.

Great apartment and a great location. Felt right at home with a full kitchen. Was there for an extended workday and the apartment was just what I needed and felt like home.

Absolutely beautiful neighborhood! If you don’t mind the train blowing its whistle in the middle of the night, we would totally recommend staying here. Definitely plan on booking for next year or anytime. We are in the area and it is available.

The pullout couch is broken, so the third person sleeping was not optimal. We alerted them it is broken. The place is great, cute and perfect location.

Very comfortable and clean unit in a historic home with lots of windows for a view of the neighborhood that made our stay during a couple of rain days very pleasant. Would love to stay here again.

Loved EVERYTHING about Barbara and Patrick’s beautiful guesthouse! The ocean views are stunning! The guesthouse is clean, comfortable, well appointed and comes with the absolute BEST hosts you could ever ask for! Will definitely be back when possible!!

This is one of the best AirBnB’s that I’ve ever stayed in, and I traveled for work for five years so I’ve stayed in A LOT of them. Larry’s place is awesome and you should stay there, especially if you want to explore Arcata Plaza and the surrounding area. The entrance, furnishings, kitchen supplies, TV, apartment heater, and the bed were all incredible. The place is super comfortable and yet convenient to all of the amenities of downtown Arcata. Larry was very helpful and responsive throughout my stay. This is a fantastic place to stay in downtown Arcata. If you get the opportunity, book here! You won’t regret it!

Shannon's place was a nice spot, central to a lot of things nearby. I was able to walk to most places. I appreciated the closeness to restaurants, bars, and the Co-op store. She was also very responsive with my questions and things that came up. I would bring extra layers. Not sure if I could have gotten the heat to get warmer, but it was cooler in the apartment. The place was comfortable and spacious.

John was very friendly and welcoming. We felt completely at home on his and Sandy’s beautiful property! It’s a peaceful and enchanting getaway in the forest, yet an easy five minutes from town. We didn’t want to leave.

This was the BEST stay for me and my partner! Felt very private, we were able to take plenty of walks around the neighborhood without feeling like we were disturbing the neighbors or nature, and Jamal and Michelle had plenty of great recommendations for food and activities in the area. It truly felt like such a gift to stay in such a beautiful location with incredible people and stunning nature. Can’t wait to come back soon!!

What a wonderful stay! Cowslips Belle did not disappoint. We stayed for 10 days, and can honestly say that this was one of our best AirBnB stays ever! It’s walking distance from the hub of Ashland - Main Street, lots of restaurants, & Lithia Park. It’s a beautifully maintained peaceful retreat — all 6 units face a private, lovely grassy area (that our dog thoroughly enjoyed), with a Koi pond too. Our unit —the Lower Unit—was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The hosts are friendly, personable and communicative. Even when there was a temporary water shut-off issue, they let us know every step of the way what was happening, and it was fixed within an hour. If you’re looking for a restful nights sleep, on a comfortable bed, with a jacuzzi bathtub & separate stand-up shower, with a full kitchen, then look no further! We are definitely planning on staying here again.

A Dream come True! Turning a last minute late night business trip to Redding into a Breathtaking Dream Mini Vacay that kept just surprising us the entire stay! We are DEFINITELY coming to stay again! From the Wonderful Neighborhood to the flexible check in it's an unmatched Hidden Gem I am grateful to have found!

This was a perfect stay for our family of 3 as we ventured through Redwoods National Park. The hosts thought of every detail to make sure you have everything you would need during your stay (snacks, water, travel toiletries, etc.) The hot tub was great after long days of hiking. The stay was very private, peaceful and spacious. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer since we experienced a rainy day in the parks. Highly recommend!

Well worth the 14 minute drive out of town. The ranch is gorgeous with thoughtful features throughout (fire pit, roping practice, rope swing, seating areas with the best views in mind). We spent the majority of our trip just enjoying the house and space as the entire ranch feels like a vacation! Quiet. Hut tub was clean and warm. The pool was lovely, we would consider coming back in the summer just to enjoy the pool!

Amy's place was a great place to stay while enjoying a short vacation along the northern California coast. The house is cute and has a very cool and historic vibe! Would love to stay again!

Clean, peaceful, enjoyable getaway. We were greeted by the household dogs, Lucy and Ollie, who made our wonderful stay even better. The dogs were so sweet and friendly. We felt safe staying here and hosts were helpful and responsive.
