We loved our short stay at Fern House. Location is superb, and a valuable parking space given this is Grassington.

We have used Airbnb several times but have never had the friendly personal approach we had from Ollie . He was welcoming , engaging who exuded pride in what he was offering to his visitors. His willingness to offer his fabulous gardens to enjoy was very much appreciated I would highly recommend

A lovely little cottage which was squeaky clean. The bedrooms are downstairs below road level, meaning they are very quiet. I loved all the eco-friendly cleaning products and toilet roll they provided, and the nespresso coffee machine was a lovely touch! Just a 10min walk from the town centre. I would definitely return.

We had a lovely time. It was like a home from home. Emma couldn't do enough for us. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of enticing cafes and restaurants in Bishop Auckland.

We had a lovely ovely stay at Chris's place. Spotlessly clean, spacious, warm & homely. The kitchen was really well equipped, you look out over a private garden & a nice walk into town. I'd definitely stay again & recommend.

We had a great stay. The apartment was perfect - stylish, clean and had everything we needed - including some good board games to play. We were in Durham to look at the university and it was a great location to look around the city - an easy walk along the river. The host was so helpful - friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Thank you!

One of my favourite Airbnb places! A charming apartment set in beautiful grounds and in walkable distance to local shops and eateries. The perfect getaway!

Lovely apartment, there was just 2 of us so we only used the front bedroom which had a fab view down the street, the apartment was well equipped and very clean, recommend the Devonshire Arms (Drovers), very friendly staff and great food. Easy check in and was able to get in a bit earlier Will definitely be back 😊

We have had the most amazing weekend in Harrogate! Chrissi’s house is STUNNING and I mean STUNNING. The location was perfect. The street is soo quiet, as is the house. We were welcomed to a tray full of goodies from our hosts. Loved every second!! Icing on the cake is that I was proposed to 🤍We will definitely visit again. Thank you so much xx

A real home from home feel to the property and John had left a lovely hamper, milk etc in the fridge was such a lovely touch and very much appreciated.

Emily is an incredible host. Totally hassle free and very straightforward and honest. The hot tub is private and brilliant. Very comfortable bed. Good location. We will be back, besides for recommending to other friends. Thank you Emily.

We had a lovely few days at Martin’s Farmhouse. The location was great and the house was even more beautiful in person. We would definitely recommend a stay here and our group would love to go there again.

Great place to stay for a lovely weekend walking in the Dales. Easy to find, with good parking away from the main road. House was clean and homely and we felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. Would highly recommend and we would love to stay again in the future.

Loved our stay, it was even nicer in person than the photos! Beautiful property with gorgeous decor, tonnes of space, the kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils etc. Smooth check in and easy walk into the town centre :)

Seldom is where we stay one of the highlights of our trip, but this townhouse definitely was. It was absolutely amazing. It was warm and comfortable after coming in from our chilly all day excursions. The beds were comfortable, the house extremely clean and the amenities absolute perfection.

We loved our stay at Barry and Sue's apartment. It was a perfect base for our time spent in and around Richmond. They are friendly and informative. The apartment was spotlessly clean, had everything you could need and parking was great. It was a five minute walk to the centre of town and there is a good selection of places to eat and drink. Can recommend No 29 Tapas and the Black Lion. A great Airbnb experience.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Penthouse! It was exactly as described, very clean & had everything we needed. The location was great with amazing views. Check in was simple & we had no trouble finding free parking. The milk & biscuits were a lovely touch after a long drive! Sedbergh has Lovely pubs within walking distance & the Spar shop up the road was very handy. This was a great base for us to explore. We would love to return & I’d 100% recommend staying here. The apartment had everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and well set out. The large bed was very comfy. Bars and restaurants were only a short walk away. The apartment is close to the centre of town but the area is surprisingly peaceful. The welcome pack was a nice touch and was appreciated. We felt at home straight away Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and Matthew did not hesitate to work with us to retrieve an item we had left behind. it was an amazing weekend and we will definitely return. Great location and place and provided the necessities such as tea, coffee, some bread, butter, and cereal for a comfortable stay. Very nice hosts.

We checked reviews so knew it would be good but it exceeded expectations. Everything was of a very high standard , lovely furnishings which I loved . All the added extras, picnic bag , torches etc. Honestly couldn’t fault anything. Jackie was extremely helpful too . Would definitely recommend to others as a perfect place to stay albeit off the beaten track which was ideal for us .

Jayne has been a fantastic host and started our trip off with Cookies and Cava!! The apartment was easy to find, modern and clean as a whistle. The fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher was fantastic to cook in and easy some excellent music! The bedroom and bathroom were comfy and clean with enough room to spread out in. Thank you for an excellent staycation.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Really beautiful apartment, but the outside area with the river views and wildlife are excellent . As is the location.
