Elena è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La villa è molto bella, nella natura r tranquilla. Le stanze sono molto spazio e molto comodi in due bagni per un gruppo di amici. Anche per la colazione ci ha lasciato diverse proposte, siamo stati molto bene.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

Vivere da Katia è stato come essere a casa. Un luogo accogliente, rilassante, caldo, che mi ha permesso di passare i miei giorni a Bologna nel modo più confortevole possibile. Katia è stata un host premurosa ed affidabile.

Tatiana est attentionnée et extrêmement gentille. Son accueil est chaleureux. Elle est aux petits soins. Le pain fait maison le matin accroché à la porte pour le petit déjeuner et les tomates du jardin sans oublier les œufs des poules sont des attentions très appréciables. Le logement proposé à tout le confort, tout en mettant extrêmement éloigné de toute zone d’habitation. La seule difficulté est le chemin pour arriver chez elle. Il y a 1 km avec deux virages en épingle à cheveux extrêmement ardue. Jeune conducteur : s’abstenir… Je ne me suis jamais sentie bien sur ce chemin, mais Tatiana fait son possible pour nous rassurer. Elle veut bien conduire la voiture… Elle dit que ça passe avec toutes les voitures… Pour la citadine que je suis, c’était une expérience ! Mais le chemin mis à part, on est très bien une fois arrivé. Nature et animaux. (chien, chat, Cheval, poule, sans compter tous les oiseaux).

Very good location, close to the Cathedral and Baptistry. Co-host was there to greet us and let us in. The apartment is spacious. It is on ground floor. Kitchen is small but well equipped. The bathroom is small, the shower area is over the toilet so the bathroom floor is wet most of the time.

Ho soggiornato solamente per la notte, parcheggio coperto sotto al palazzo, fermata dell'autobus nella strada davanti. Appartamento grande e pulito, l'host ha lasciato anche frutta, bevande e alimenti per la prima colazione.

Giorgio è un host con esperienza, è stato lui ad accoglierci e ci ha dato tante informazioni utili per la casa e per spostarci col nostro mezzo. Si tratta di una casa antica ma accogliente, ben riscaldata e con cucina completa. Per chi viene in macchina è fantastico avere il parcheggio interno privato.

This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

Die Unterkunft ist gross und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut (Stadtzentrum zu Fuss schnell erreichbar) und Restaurants/Park in der Nähe. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sympathisch und das Frühstück war fein.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo alloggiato presso il B&B di Piero per due notti e la nostra esperienza è stata eccezionale. Piero è un host gentile e premuroso, estremamente disponibile con i suoi ospiti. La nostra camera era pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, ma particolarmente apprezzata è stata la colazione con sottofondo musicale rilassante, con yogurt fresco, latte, marmellata e pane, il tutto condito con la splendida compagnia di sua figlia Flaminia e del piccolo Rama che ci ha mostrato su mappa le varie attrazioni in zona e i dettagli dell'appartamento affinché il nostro soggiorno risultasse impeccabile. Esperienza più che consigliata.

La deliziosa mansarda di Paola e Roberto è stata una perfetta base per un weekend modenese. Non distante dalla stazione e con il centro raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, è la soluzione ideale, spaziosa e confortevole anche per soggiorni lunghi. Gli host sono stati molto gentili e chiarissimi sin dalla prima fase della prenotazione e disponibili nel ritardare il check in. Tocco di classe è stato trovare, oltre la colazione classica a disposizione, anche della frutta fresca. Ottima la selezione di tisane. Consigliato.

This place is a hidden GEM in Italy. The breakfast every morning was fabulous, it even got my son who is four eating eggs again bc he saw the chickens on property! The hosts were so lovely and we wouldn’t recommend it more. It will forever be a special memory and we would love to visit again one day

Ottima la proposta di soggiorno di Ilaria per una visita a Bologna. Ambiente curatissimo e dotato di ogni cosa di cui si può avere bisogno. Ottima anche la posizione e la cortesia della padrona di casa.

This was our second time at Il Ceraseto, and it is our favorite place in Italy. Stefano and Marilena are wonderful and their property is beautiful. We loved the delicious breakfast and coffee each morning on the patio, with the view overlooking the valley. We enjoyed our conversations with Stefano and learning about the history of the area. He was very helpful with suggestions for things to do and great restaurants for us to experience the food and wine of the area. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Con un'amica abbiamo trascorso una notte nell'appartamento di Simona nella stanza doppia con i due letti singoli e bagno privato situato di fronte alla porta della nostra camera. Cucina in comune pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario per fare colazione. Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia degli spazi e la precisione di Simona del darci tutte le indicazioni necessarie per effettuare il check in autonomamente. Buona la posizione dell'appartamento per raggiungere il centro di Bologna a piedi. Consigliato!
