Caterina is a fantastic host and was incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating to our toddler. The apartment is located in one of the best districts of Bologna, and within a prestigious building that has been recently, and tastefully, updated. The location is excellent and walkable to everything. The luxury of having a secured private parking area was, on its own, worth the stay - enough cannot be said of this benefit. Great host, great apartment, great stay.

Alessandra’s apartment was fabulous, an amazing location right in the heart of Bologna. She is a great host, everything we could have wished for was provided & more, treats on arrival which delighted our children & a bottle of Prosecco which delighted us! The apartment is so clean & beds really comfortable. Alessandra is a responsive host & nothing is too much trouble, she went out of her way to help us with a later check out & transportation. We would love to stay here again. Book it, you won’t regret it, it really is a gem of a find in the heart of the city. Thank you Alessandra! 🌞

Matteo's place is gorgeous! Extremely clean and spacious, beautifully furnished with everything we could possibly need. Secure and safe, located in a great and peaceful area. Matteo responds quickly, gave clear instructions on how to check-in and out and is very friendly. Personally, I recommend Matteo's apartment and hope you'll have an experience as amazing as I did!

Lovely apartment with lots of natural lighting in the heart of Modena. I stayed here for over 3 weeks and felt right at home. Enrico was a great host! He responded very quickly to my questions. The location is perfect, walkable to almost everything. Train station is about 12 minutes by foot. Love the French doors to the long balcony. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The small kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, although I did not cook much. I would definitely come back!

Location luminosa, centralissima, ben pulita, comoda per il ricchissimo mercato sottostante con ristoranti aperti anche la domenica, in un palazzo storico ben tenuto. Disponibilità e cortesia da parte dell'host hanno facilitato la permanenza che certamente verrà replicata in futuro.

This was my 4th stay in Parma and it was the best apartament i've been in! You can definately feel like home there. Kitchen is equipped with all you need. The same for bathroom! A lot of place to keep your stuff. Apartament is located close to Cittadella park, the best in Parma, close Unes and of cors Old Town. Maurizio, is very helpful. i've enjoyed my stay there very much. hope to be back.

We loved our stay. The apartment is right in the middle of everything but one block off the busy central passage so it is very quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and kitchen equipment. There was plenty of space for relaxing and the bathrooms were very nice. We loved Bologna for many reasons. We would happily stay here again.

Simonetta è l'host per eccellenza. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Mi veniva voglia di chiedere la residenza in quella casa. Non si può desiderare di meglio. Ci ha fatto trovare generi di prima necessità e tutti di marche ben note e una bottiglia di vino D.O.C. di benvenuto. Torneremo sicuramente a far visita. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Un'accogliente e romantica stanza, super funzionale, con affaccio su un "giardino segreto", in un quartiere tranquillo e pittoresco. Il bagno e la cucina piccoli ma ben attrezzati, un indirizzo da ricordare per le trasferte bolognesi!

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Nicola's apartment. Nicola is incredibly welcoming, attentive, and responsive. He made sure everything was catered to our needs, always available whenever we asked. The location of his apartment is undoubtedly perfect as it is within walkable distance to everything: 20mins to the train station, and only 5mins to grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and the city centre. A great bonus is a direct airport bus (Flex solo Bus 949) stop, just 2mins walk from the apartment, making travel even more convenient! Nicola keeps his apartment very tidy, clean, and spotless. We brought our cat along, and she had no difficulty in staying comfy in his apartment (cat doesn't lie!). We couldn't have asked for a better place for her!

Appartamento in complesso residenziale tranquillo, ben tenuto e corrispondente alle foto, posizione buona, non centralissima, ma comunque ben collegata ai mezzi pubblici. Personale simpatico, cordiale e disponibile anche se c'è stata un po di confusione durante il check in dovuta allo sciopero ma non ne faccio una colpa. Nel complesso un ottima soluzione per gruppi interessati a espolorare la città e godersi comunque la tranquillità una casa accogliente.

Appartement très spacieux et confortable, entouré d'un grand jardin calme. Très bien aménagé et équipé. Vue agréable sur la végatation. Parking privatif. Hôte sympathique et réactif. Magnifique piscine.

Pochi giorni ma buoni , peccato l’ultimo giorno con il maltempo. Alessandro persona squisita , amichevole e per qualsiasi cosa lui è sempre disponibile. Che dire della struttura STUPENDA. Dall’appartamento piccola ma efficace con tutto l’occorrente, per poi passare in giardino con barbecue e bersò con vista stupenda, infine la chicca , la piscina , bellissima con super vista . Weekend davvero bello e rilassante, abitando a Parma mi è anche comodo . Tornerò sicuramente, grazie mille per tutto Alessandro. Un saluto.

Wir hatten tolle Tage dort. Das Frühstück und Abendessen in der Casa Turchetti waren großartig! Der Ort ist eine Reise wert, um ein paar Tage Entspannung und Ruhe zu genießen. Immer wieder gerne!

Entrambi gli host molto amichevoli e attenti , molto accoglienti e comunicativi , consigli su come parcheggiare e muoversi in zona ,alloggio molto ordinato e corrispondente a tutto e aveva tutti i servizi descritti !

Siamo stati ospiti in 9 persone, in questa meravigliosa casa, per 5 giorni. È un posto super rilassante, immerso nel verde dove i rumori della natura ci hanno accompagnati h24. Le stanze della casa sono spaziose, pulitissime, ordinate, e molto funzionali. Non c'è il clima ma non se ne sente assolutamente la mancanza perché in casa c'è fresco e ci sono a disposizione dei ventilatori potenti. In cucina poi non manca nulla: lavastoviglie, tostapane, padelle, piatti, tazze, tisane, forno, frigo, freezer. Bellissima anche la piscina con i lettini a disposizione per prendere il sole e molto bella ed apprezzata l'idea di mettere a disposizione degli ospiti il barbecue. La vacanza meriterebbe non solo 5 stelle, ma bensì 100. L'ospitalità e la gentilezza di Francesca, host di prima categoria, ci hanno fatti sentire a casa: grazie per l'aperitivo e per la Marmellata di fichi, era tutto delizioso. È un posto che mi sento di consigliare a tutti: che siano vacanze tra amici o in famiglia!
