Reggio Emilia : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

We really enjoyed the stay and the location was wonderful. Piero was a very kind and generous host. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great time over the winter holidays in this beautiful historical building in the heart of Parma. The house was clean and warm and has amazing spaces. Adriano was a great host, he explained in great detail the history of the building and its surroundings and gave us some good advice in events happening in the city. The only improvements I would suggest are: some extra (or new) pillows for the beds, a renovation of the first floor lighting (lights are quite low and bright) and perhaps a larger/comfier sofa for the living room. Overall we had a great experience!

Apártamento impecable, Elisa nos adelantó el checkin, porque llegue un poco enfermo. Nos dejó café, yogur, galletas, mermelada , yogur; en las condiciones en que llegué fue de gran ayuda, muchas gracias

Vi boede 6 mennesker i boligen og var meget tilfredse, vi brugte boligen som base i uge - hvorfra vi kørte til Venedig, Pisa, Firenze, San Marino, Bologna, Modena m.v Boligen er stor og har masser af plads, 2 gode badeværelser, og en godt og funktionel køkken. Boligen ligger tæt på en landsby hvor man kan køre til restauranter og et stort supermarked på cirka 4 min. Vi blev taget godt imod, da vi ankom af Francescas forældre, som bor i den anden halvdel af huset. De gav os info om huset og lokaltområdets restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder. De 4 soveværelser er store og sengene er gode. En bil er en nødvendighed i denne bolig. Vi anbefaler bestemt denne bolig hvis du vil opleve det autentiske Italien og gerne vil have en base imens du udforsker flere af Italiens seværdigheder.

Siamo stati in questo bellissimo borgo solo un giorno ma ci torneremo sicuramente. La casa situata in un posto davvero bello. La casa super pulita,con tante cose buone da fare colazione e da bere.che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Volevo ringraziare Emanuela e la sua mamma per aver offerto un servizio inevitabile, per la loro gentilezza e simpatia.

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Es war sauber, modern und toll ausgestattet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und ausreichend Platz mit Baby. Die Waschmaschine und der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus waren für uns ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Ins Zentrum konnten wir wunderbar mit Kinderwagen spazieren. Der kleine Spaziergang zur Santuario della Madonna di San Luca war mit Buggy etwas optimistisch, aber dank Muskelkraft und Babytrage wurden wir mit einem wunderbaren Erlebnis belohnt. Der Weg ist also ebenfalls zu Fuß machbar. Insgesamt hatten wir wunderschöne Tage in Bologna und haben uns sehr zuhause gefühlt.

Ho pernottato qui con le mie colleghe per una notte. La casa è bella, spaziosa, ordinata e pulitissima. La zona è tranquillissima, ideale per riposare al meglio. Monia molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento davvero grande per 5 persone in zona molto tranquilla con 2 giardini privati al lati attrezzato di tutto punto con tutto quello che può servire sia in cucina sia in bagno con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Letti e cuscini molto comodi e casa calda al punto giusto. Parcheggio in strada davanti all'appartamento; supermercato a veramente 100 passi a piedi dall'abitazione. Nel complesso esperienza più che positiva la signora Nadia molto gentile e disponibile è stato un piacere trascorrere a Cavriago il Capodanno 2025

Roberta ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns herzlich empfing und uns mit tollen Tipps für gute Restaurants etwas abseits der Touristen-Hotspots versorgt hat. Es war mir eine Freude mit Roberta zu kommunizieren. Sie antwortete stets schnell, freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend. Die Unterkunft war sauber, hatte alles, was wir benötigten und war genau so, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass ein Morgenkaffee oder ein Apero am Nachmittag auf dem kleinen Balkon im Sommer sehr gemütlich wäre.

Se cercate alloggio a Bologna dovete venire qui! Posizione eccellente a due passi dal centro, tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. L’appartamento è molto curato e spazioso, Matilde è stata un Host con la lettera maiuscola ed è stata disponibilissima per qualsiasi esigenza. Da persona che ha vissuto due anni a Bologna non posso far altro che consigliare!

Franca and Mario are extremely sweet, friendly, helpful, proactive, and overall wonderful hosts! Their apartment is beautifully laid out, with everything you could want or need (including a washer cum dryer) in a most spacious space. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is perfect; directly across the road from the train station, while being walkable to all the sights. We thank them for all the great recommendations that Franca patiently provided (for various sights, their favorite restaurants, etc), and we look forward to staying with them again next time we visit Bologna.

Un hôte très accueillant, il nous a laissé un classeur avec toutes les informations nécessaires. Nous avions aussi à notre disposition le petit déjeuner pour le jour suivant, au cas où nous n’aurions pas le temps d’acheter le nécessaire. Des serviettes, shampooing et d’autres choses comme ça, le parfait hôte qui pense à tout. Sans parler de l’appartement qui était vraiment parfait pour notre groupe de 8.

Aldo is a very generous and accommodating host! Full of suggestions and recommendations and his place is a nice short walk from the center of town! Would stay again.

Kolejny raz miałam przyjemność być w tym miejscu. Dobrze skomunikowana okolica, w pobliżu lokalne bary, kawiarnie i restauracje, blisko sklep spożywczy. Przede wszystkim czysto i super kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo polecam :))

Paola's home had everything you required for our short stay. There is a small supermarket 300m away, and 2 buses that allowed us to easily get into Parma city. Paola was a great host, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and answered any queries we had. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to be a short distance to the city.

Appartamento come da descrizione, rifornito di tutto l'essenziale. Zona comoda per visitare il centro storico nonchè molto vicina a tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Josefina è stata da subito molto gentile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

We loved staying at “Mum’s House”. It is spacious, comfortable and well situated to explore Bologna. Ms. Franca was very attentive and knows the city extremely well. As such, she is a wealth of information. Our car was secure in the driveway the entire without incident. We would not hesitate to stay there again should we return to Bologna.

Grazia è veramente gentile, ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per soggiornare nel suo appartamento e non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. La casa molto spaziosa e impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. Se volete un appoggio dove trascorrere qualche giorno a Parma in una zona tranquilla ma a due passi dal centro, ve lo consiglio molto!
