Simplesmente sensacional a experiência que tivemos. O apartamento é excelente, é muito limpo e agradável, além de ter tudo! Fomos muito felizes, sem contar que a Paola é maravilhosa, excelente anfitriã.

We had a great time over the winter holidays in this beautiful historical building in the heart of Parma. The house was clean and warm and has amazing spaces. Adriano was a great host, he explained in great detail the history of the building and its surroundings and gave us some good advice in events happening in the city. The only improvements I would suggest are: some extra (or new) pillows for the beds, a renovation of the first floor lighting (lights are quite low and bright) and perhaps a larger/comfier sofa for the living room. Overall we had a great experience!

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Es war sauber, modern und toll ausgestattet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und ausreichend Platz mit Baby. Die Waschmaschine und der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus waren für uns ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Ins Zentrum konnten wir wunderbar mit Kinderwagen spazieren. Der kleine Spaziergang zur Santuario della Madonna di San Luca war mit Buggy etwas optimistisch, aber dank Muskelkraft und Babytrage wurden wir mit einem wunderbaren Erlebnis belohnt. Der Weg ist also ebenfalls zu Fuß machbar. Insgesamt hatten wir wunderschöne Tage in Bologna und haben uns sehr zuhause gefühlt.

If I could give six stars out of five, I would. This place is lovely: beautiful inside, modern and clean, the hosts are friendly and flexible. Highly recommended.

Gianni has one of the most amazing homes in Parma. The location could not be more central, and he did an amazing job of helping me check in and provide amazing local recommendations. If ever in a Parma, I would love to stay here again. Immaculate place with every for a comfortable stay. WiFi was huge for me and working. Gianni, I wish you the best, and thanks for being a wonderful host!

Really enjoyed my stay here and I would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, on a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to the very heart of Bologna. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. It also has a fab terrace space out the back with seating. I’m learning Italian and I find watching the tv really helpful, this one had lots of channels so bonus points from me! Alvise and Maria Giovanna were kind and helpful and responded really quickly to any queries I had. Thanks again for a great stay!

We really enjoyed out stay. The place was great for our family (1.5yo and 4yo) with plenty of space for our stay. Location is very central and the hosts recommendations for restaurants were fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

Clean , organized and Marco is extremely helpful. Quite close to the center of Bologna and is on a bustling street which is the key place for food and night life in Bologna. despite being on a busy street the house is fairly inside and you don't hear any street noises and can enjoy a calm sleep.

Ottimo alloggio, ampio, luminoso, fornito di tutto il necessario; Christian è simpatico e ci ha dato tutte le info necessarie. Ottimo per parcheggiare e raggiungere il centro a piedi, nelle immediate vicinanze buone soluzioni per colazione e aperitivo.

Very good communication with the host, peaceful and quiet neighborhood, close to shops and the park, well-equipped apartment, ideal for both a longer business stay and a short rental. The air conditioning works well, and I sincerely recommend this place—it met all my expectations.

We had the most incredible stay with Alessandra, and can’t thank her enough for being such a wonderful host! She met us to check in, recommended (and then booked for us!) the most amazing restaurant the first night we arrived. She also recommended loads of other local places which we loved! She was so responsive and helpful regarding our last day too. The flat was in a brilliant area with loads of local places to eat / drink - highly recommend!

Had a relaxing weekend at Carlo's apartment. He met us, let us in and showed us around. It was cold and Carlo increased the heating temperature for us which was much appreciated. Lovely property, very comfortable and well equipped. Sadly the wrong time of the year to use the beautiful balcony, but the large window out to it gave lots of natural light. A short walk to the Piazza Maggiore and you're never short of somewhere to eat and something to do in this beautiful city. Carlo kindly sorted out a taxi for us to get to the station when we left. We'll be back!

Bella casa con Host simpatico e accogliente, peccato per i vicini che si lamentano per qualsiasi cosa.

Casa Molto carina in centro a Parma, 5 minuti e sei in centro senza però avere alcun tipo di rumore. ottima la pulizia e la gentilezza di Nico!

Wir waren beruflich in Bologna. Tagsüber auf der Messe und Abends in Restaurants. Kurze Wege auch zum Supermarkt, Bus und mit BTaxi APP sehr schnell abgeholt werden.

Great stay in this apartment , just 10 min walk from main central area of Bologna. Although, the area around the apartment had plenty of nice restaurants & bars , if you didn't want to go into centre. The apartment itself had all we needed and more for 3 nights. Barbara was super help with suggestions & recommendations for bars , restaurants and things to do, communication was always fast and clear. She was particularly helpful organising a taxi to the airport on departure , as this would have been very difficult for us to organise as the Bologna Marathon meant multiple road closures.

It was a charming attic apartment - lots of natural light and charming views over the roofscape of the local area. In a quiet neighbourhood but only 8 or so minutes walk from the centre. Great location. Already recomending it to our friends.

Lovely apartment with lots of natural lighting in the heart of Modena. I stayed here for over 3 weeks and felt right at home. Enrico was a great host! He responded very quickly to my questions. The location is perfect, walkable to almost everything. Train station is about 12 minutes by foot. Love the French doors to the long balcony. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The small kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, although I did not cook much. I would definitely come back!
