L’attico di Antonella è semplicemente splendido. Ancor più bello rispetto alle foto, in una posizione centrale che offre una vista impagabile su Bologna. L’appartamento è spaziosissimo, luminosissimo, ordinato e perfettamente pulito. Insomma, tutto impeccabile, veramente. Inoltre emerge la cura per il design e per i dettagli di ogni ambiente. Veramente delizioso. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Antonella e Viola sono state molto gentili e disponibili, puntuali, sempre reattive nel comunicare con noi. Inoltre, tra le altre cose, ci hanno lasciato una bottiglia di ottimo Prosecco in frigo; gesto davvero di classe e molto apprezzato. Che dire, consigliatissimo. Non vedo l’ora di tornare! Grazie.

Carlotta is easily the nicest host I’ve ever dealt with, she’s super helpful, highly responsive and friendly - plus the flat is great. It’s well located, quiet, has absolutely everything you need and super practical. I’ll definitely be looking to stay again next time I’m in town!

Fantastic location just a few feet from the cathedral. The apartment was great (the bed's comfy too - always a bonus). Would definitely stay again.

Roberto reageert heel snel en is heel vriendelijk en servicegericht. De accommodatie ligt heel centraal en is makkelijk bereikbaar.

Il ns soggiorno è stato solo lavorativo, purtroppo, causa incidente al ginocchio, sono state penalizzanti le scale al secondo piano, ma l' appartamento risultava ben arredato e ristrutturato con gusto. L' unico disagio è la cura dell' immondizia in generale della struttura, messa con disordine all' ingresso dell' immobile. Desidero precisare che la referente Laura è stata sempre prontissima a tutto. Ottimo il parcheggio.

Siamo rimasti estremamente contenti di come siamo stati accolti. Questo viaggio ha avuto molti intoppi e cambi di programma ma nonostante ciò abbiamo ricevuto comprensione e fiducia. L’alloggio è ben arredato, pulito e molto ordinato. La paesaggistica è qualcosa di meraviglioso. Ritorneremo senz’altro perché siamo stati bene come se fossimo in casa nostra.

Tres bon logement. Tres bon lit. J ai mieux dormi dans ce logement que chee moi. Tres silencieux. Beaucoup de choses à visiter aux alentours de Bologne. La mere de Édouardo est tres gentille et aimable. Je recommande ce logement.

Een geweldige tijd gehad

The apartment was great - clean, comfortable beds and we loved the outdoor space. It was super quiet for being in a busy part of the city. We used Bologna as a jumping off place for day trips elsewhere which made the location convenient for getting out of town while also walkable to restaurants and grocery.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

La casa di Maurizio è una vecchia casa in pietra completamente restaurata, accogliente, dotata di ogni confort nel centro di Nezzana piccola frazione a due passi (a piedi) da Bagnone. I pochi abitanti gentili ed ospitali ci hanno dato semplici ma preziose indicazioni. La Lunigiana è una terra tutta ancora da riscoprire e quindi alle volte può apparire rustica ma la sua bellezza è proprio questa. Grazie alla casa di Maurizio e all' App di Lunugiana Word ci siamo potuti muovere a raggiera ogni giorno verso nuovi borghi medioevali e vecchi camminamenti.

Unser Aufenthalt im Haus von Giacomo war großartig. Wir haben uns super wie zu Hause gefühlt und ein paar schöne Tage in Albinea verbracht. Das Haus ist super schön und gemütlich. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und der Begrüßungssekt war super lecker. Das Grundstück ist total schön, obwohl es an der Straße gelegen ist, ist es nicht laut und man hat viel Natur um sich herum. Giacomo ist super freundlich und unheimlich hilfsbereit und stand uns bei allen Fragen und Problemen direkt zur Seite. Wir wünschen ihm viel Erfolg mit seinen Bienen und hoffen,dass wir wiederkommen können und dann was vom Honig probieren können. 😊🐝

Riccardo e Fabiola sono stati gentili e disponibili ad ospitarci con i nostri cani per un weekend! L’appartamento è molto bello e dispone di tutto! Il giardinetto recintato è stato per noi molto comodo. Se ci sarà occasione torneremo volentieri!

Cercavamo un posticino tranquillo dove trascorrere il capodanno con la nostra cagnolina e l'alloggio di Fabrizio è stato l'ideale. A pochi minuti dal pittoresco borgo di Bagnone, si trova in un punto strategico per visitare la zona della Lunigiana. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario...noi abbiamo fatto il cenone di capodanno in casa e la cucina era davvero attrezzata! Molto pulito, ordinato e curato in ogni dettaglio. Punto di forza è la terrazza panoramica da togliere il fiato dove ci si può rilassare in un'atmosfera di pace... anche la nostra cagnolina l'ha apprezzata molto! La sera abbiamo potuto ammirare i fuochi d'artificio che provenivano da tutte le località della vallata. Fabrizio è un host molto cordiale e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Gianmaria est un excellent hôte. Il a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer : le logement, le parking, les lieux à visiter sur un plan. Ses conseils nous ont été très utiles et bienvenus. Gianmaria est bienveillant. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le logement est fonctionnel, propre et proche de tout. Nous le recommandons sincèrement.

Hôte super sympa, accueillant,j’avais besoin d’espace pour la préparation de mon championnat qui ce déroulait sur Parme, une accessibilité en rez de chaussée tout était réuni je recommande et ci je refait le championnat , je reprendrais sans hésiter…

We traveled for business and Davide's place was perfect. Great location was perfect - easy walk to the center (10 minutes) and easy to get to bus stations nearby. We loved the little balcony and that there is a lift that makes it easy to get luggage upstairs. Overall, we totally loved it and will come back!
