We really enjoyed the stay and the location was wonderful. Piero was a very kind and generous host. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great time over the winter holidays in this beautiful historical building in the heart of Parma. The house was clean and warm and has amazing spaces. Adriano was a great host, he explained in great detail the history of the building and its surroundings and gave us some good advice in events happening in the city. The only improvements I would suggest are: some extra (or new) pillows for the beds, a renovation of the first floor lighting (lights are quite low and bright) and perhaps a larger/comfier sofa for the living room. Overall we had a great experience!

Een geweldige tijd gehad

Elena è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La villa è molto bella, nella natura r tranquilla. Le stanze sono molto spazio e molto comodi in due bagni per un gruppo di amici. Anche per la colazione ci ha lasciato diverse proposte, siamo stati molto bene.

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! Von Herzen Danke an Euch! ❤️🙏 Gerne wären wir länger geblieben.. aber wer weiß.. vielleicht sieht man sich wieder einmal! Liebe Grüße Regina & Jürgen

Ho pernottato qui con le mie colleghe per una notte. La casa è bella, spaziosa, ordinata e pulitissima. La zona è tranquillissima, ideale per riposare al meglio. Monia molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

MERAVIGLIOSO! In un breve weekend io ed miei amici abbiamo alloggiato qui per festeggiare il mio compleanno. La casa è semplicemente incredibile. Accogliente, ci sono tanti spazi comuni grandi. È una casa vissuta e piena di personalità, nonostante il breve soggiorno ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. Questo è il posto perfetto per chi vuole passare del tempo in tutta tranquillità con amici e parenti. Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

Die Villa Dacia ist ein echtes Schätzchen. Tiziano hat die Wohnung selbst renoviert und großen Wert auf eine sehr gute Verarbeitung gelegt und hat einen Traum von Wohnung geschaffen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität, es ist sogar noch etwas schöner. Viel Liebe zum Detail, es ist alles perfekt durchdacht. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles was man benötigt und noch vieles darüber hinaus. Beide Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei wunderschöne Bäder. Draußen befindet sich ein Pool und ein Whirlpool (den wir im Sommer jedoch nicht genutzt haben). Zusätzlich gibt es einige Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Auto kann sicher im Innenhof geparkt werden. Man sollte beachten, dass im Garten ein Hund lebt. Beatrice ist sehr gut erzogen, hört aufs Wort auch auf das Wort von Gästen. Sie ist sehr lieb, aber Tag und Nacht dort. Dies sollte man bei seiner Buchung bedenken. Wir geben eine Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft!

We spent two nights at Dania's beautiful countryside mansion. We think it was just perfect for group of five (3 adults and 2 children). This was a calm and relaxing start for our holiday in Italy. We had a warm welcome from Dania and her family. They had left us local delicacies to try. If you want to enjoy the sun and views along private pool and have family dinners outside, this is definitely your place! We will never forget eating figs straight from the tree ❤️

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Dix jours exceptionnels par le lieu romantique et apaisant. Environnement favorisant les balades. Maria Teresa nous a accueilli avec chaleur, une disponibilité sans faille. Elle aime sa région et sait le partager. C'est une magnifique rencontre et envisageons déjà d'y retourner. Les gâteaux du petit déjeuner vont aussi nous manquer 🥰

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Giovanni si è reso disponibile per chiarire alcuni dubbi sin dalla settimana precedente al soggiorno, e anche durante non è stato da meno. Rapido e chiaro nelle risposte. L'appartamento, accogliente e con tutti i servizi utili, lo consiglio anche a chi ha un gruppo di 3 o 4 persone. A pochi passi trovate delle fermate per il bus utili per andare in vari punti della città, e sono presenti anche dei buoni locali. Inoltre dal centro della città, se vorrete prendere dei Taxi per tornare nell'alloggio, spenderete pochissimo considerando la comodità del servizio, quindi è un ottimo punto strategico. Tornerò a Parma per motivi personali in futuro e se l'alloggio sarà disponibile sicuramente cercherò di prenotare nuovamente con Giovanni.

This is a beautifully appointed villa with unique and really special mid-century decor. The indoor and outdoor spaces are better than they look in the photos. You are perched on a hilltop in a nice residential area, but there is plenty of privacy. Our family of 6 had plenty of room in the villa. What is even more special about this place was the host. Andrea was incredibly gracious with his time and recommendations. If you are looking for an Emilia Romagna countryside stay, I would highly recommend. You need a car, but day trips to Modena, Bologna, and Parma are very do-able. We explored parmesan cheese making, balsamic vinegar production, and of course wine! The Ferarri Museum is also fairly close by and there is wonderful food everywhere!

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni bellissimi, il posto era molto accogliente e ben fornito. Elisabetta è stata gentilissima e ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa! Ci torneremmo molto volentieri!

Il nostro soggiorno da Ivano è stato perfetto. Dal primo momento ci ha accolti con grande gentilezza, facendoci sentire subito a casa. La sua disponibilità e attenzione ci hanno davvero colpiti. La casa è un gioiellino: pulita accogliente, regala un panorama mozzafiato sulle montagne. Non avremmo potuto desiderare di meglio! È stata un’esperienza speciale e non vediamo l’ora di tornare. Soggiorno incantevole e host super disponibile.

Das Haus war groß und liebevoll gemütlich eingerichtet mit tollem riesigen Garten. Für uns war es ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Italien in dieser Gegend zu erkunden. Gianna und John waren sehr aufmerksame und super warmherzige Gastgeber, die uns auch mal mit einer Flasche Wein überraschten . Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
