This is our second time staying here and we really enjoy this space. It’s super cozy and comfortable and the bed is awesome. It’s gotten even better since we stayed last time as there are blankets and a space heater, oil and salt & pepper. My car got stuck in the driveway and the homeowner helped me get out, which was really nice and helpful. The only issue I seem to have is with the keypad - I can never seem to get it to work, but it could be a me issue lol

Thanks for the wonderful place to stay! This is a very nice private suite that’s ideal for any amount of time. With new appliances and clean design, it’s modern and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend staying here on your next visit to Regina!

Its small but I would upgrade the kettle for boiling water to be a steel one.

I've been renting on Air bnb for 8 years.. Seriously Billy was the best host I've ever had. not only is laundry free, but the soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. I've been in enough places where this isn't the case. He and the other residents were so amazing and welcoming to my dog, which means everything to me. this place is clean, super comfy bed, and full of amazing nice people. I strongly recommend staying here! Billy was extremely thoughtful, checked in to make sure I was happy and if I needed anything, I've never had a host do that. good place to rent!!!

It was overall amazing place, and area. Just wished we didn’t use it during Saskatchewan weather. Place amazing 11/10, besides the ruts in the alleyway where we had to park and got stuck.

This was a good place to stay although it was cold I suggested they get space heaters for the bedrooms as windows are drafty. The place was quiet and I was able to enjoy some quiet time with my daughter.

I stayed here for 4 weeks while my place was being restored after a flood. I work from home and have specific requirements. Theodore was very helpful with any information I needed and moving stuff around!. The heat is controlled by the owners but they made sure I was comfortable during my stay. I am glad I found this place as it made the 4 weeks pass quickly and painlessly. I appreciate the great communication; they went above and beyond.

Great spot on the cozy upper level of this home. Large backyard that we were able to utilize. Overall experience was a 10 out of 10 for the price.

It was a work trip for us and we felt comfortable and right at home Louise and Frederickare friendly and responsive hosts. .It is very clean space with some nice touches and the kitchen is well equipped amenities at hand. And we appreciated the weekly housekeeping visit. We were happy to have been able to book it again on this trip again. Kyman

Comfortable hotel in a great location. A clean room, with a great view. Hospitable staff with great privacy! Felt like a home away from home.
