had a lovely 5 days here between Christmas and new year. location was perfect with easy parking and some good restaurants within a 25 min walk. house was very clean with everything you need ,this would be perfect for a small family as the beach is almost at your front door. we had a very easy and clear check in with ceferina with clear instructions. thank you. david.

La estancia fue muy agradable. Ángel es muy detallista y amable, siempre atento para lo que necesitábamos y dándonos recomendaciones locales de visita. Nos regaló un par de detalles y cocinó un bizcocho muy rico. El apartamento tiene unas vistas muy bonitas y esta al lado de la playa y centros de buceo. Es espacioso y dispone de todo lo necesario para unos días de relax. Sin duda repetiremos!

I had a wonderful stay at Oscar’s place! The location is perfect—close to the beach and in a nice, quiet area, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The space is well-designed, with great attention to detail, and Oscar is an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host. The only small improvement I’d suggest is upgrading the towels, but that’s just a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic stay. Thanks for having me, Oscar—I’d definitely come back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Maria. l'appartement est très bien situé avec une jolie vue sur la mer. Il est fidèle à la description faite sur l'annonce et bien équipé. L'endroit est calme également, nous avons très bien dormi. Le wifi fonctionne particulièrement bien. La communication avec Maria était très facile. Toujours disponible, nous sommes arrivés tard et tout était bien expliqué pour que nous trouvions facilement l'appartement. Elle était aussi reactive pendant le séjour quand nous avions besoin. Nous remercions chaleureusement Maria et espérons revenir quand nous le pourrons. Merci également pour le kit de bienvenu avec de très bons fruits locaux et autres !

Fantastic location, views of MarMenor were amazing. We did know the area & had visited San Pedro many times so were very happy to while away hours reading & looking at the fabulous views. Apartment had everything that was needed to have a very relaxing holiday with a massive choice of bars& restaurants on the doorstep .

Llegada flexible, buena comunicación. Nos sorprendió gratamente el piso, estaba reformado y era bastante cómodo.

Lourdes’ place is so nice and has everything you need and more. There’s wasn’t a single thing that was missing and everything was so clear and easy to find. My Gran lives in the area but her place couldn’t accommodate us due to the size and this was the perfect find! There’s no hesitation where I’m staying when I come back, thank you!

Villa preciosa e ideal para pasar unos días especiales. No le falta detalle y es muy completa. Cada habitación tiene su baño privado completo. La cocina es preciosa y tiene de todo lo que busques. La zona exterior es increíble. Ubicación perfecta, con facilidad de aparcamiento y accesible. Leif es un gran anfitrión y está atento a las dudas . Un gran acierto elegir esta villa.

Hemos estado en la casa de Brigitte mi familia y yo, fue una estancia estupenda. Yolanda la que cuida de la finca siempre pendiente y amable, muy flexible en la hora de entrada, la casa muy cómoda. Lo único que falta es un aire acondicionado pues hace mucho calor, pero en el anuncio no ponía aire acondicionado así que no fuimos engañados, solo comentó para mejorar la finca ya que es espectacular en todo. Además las playas y el pueblo magnífico de bonito y tiene todo que necesitamos para unas vacaciones muy buenas. Muchas gracias Brigitte y Yolanda por todo, lo recomiendo seguro.

I stayed at this place with my husband and two young sons. It was perfect for our family with lots of space but also lots of places to be together as well. Property was amazing, really comfortable and provided everything we needed for the week. The pool area was lovely and clean. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Perfect holiday and lovely place to have a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel experience. The service provided by Andrew and his team was excellent, they kept in contact with me before the holiday and responded to my messages when needed while we were there. We would highly recommend this holiday home and hope to return again in the future.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

The unit is directly across from the sea. There are no windows that face the sea but there easy access to the beach right outside the building. Layout of the unit is functional and family friendly. Beds were new and firm and pillows comfortable. Would recommend.

Had a great stay! The hosts were friendly, and the place has everything you need. Quiet area but close to restaurants and fun activities. I traveled with my dog, and she had a wonderful time—everything worked out perfectly for us. Would definitely recommend!

Lola is the consummate host! She made herself available for our checkin throughout the afternoon as we were beset with logistical problems with rental car that kept altering our schedule. The condo was spotless and welcoming. Throughout the stay Lola gave us suggestions, one restaurant she named is the best restaurant we have eaten at in Spain! Although the weather was rainy for most our stay, her airbnb was so attractive and cozy our trip was not diminished by staying indoors, rather it was enhanced! If you ever go to La Manga, this is the host you want to book with-considerate, caring, always available for questions of any need…and her Airbnb is an inviting, attractive joy, with all the amenities!!!

María, se mostró muy atenta y amable en todo momento. Nos facilitó adelantar la hora de entrada y también fue flexible con la hora de salida. La descripción coincide con el alojamiento. Está bien equipado. Estamos muy contentos con la elección y repetiremos sin duda.

Ich möchte mich noch einmal für den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch bedanken. Die Organisation war super – alles hat reibungslos geklappt, und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Ein echtes Highlight war die Nähe zum Strand! Es war unglaublich schön, morgens schnell am Meer zu sein und die frische Brise zu genießen. Das hat unseren Urlaub wirklich perfekt gemacht. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Woche in der Wohnung von Wietske! Es ist eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool, den man sich mit den anderen Mietern teilt und die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer und direkt vor der Tür ist ein super Restaurant! Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern und war sehr gepflegt! Der Strand direkt an der Wohnung ist nicht ganz so schön, wenn man aber ein Stück geht, findet man ein paar schöne Ecken und mit dem Auto kann man zu vielen schönen Stränden fahren.

Apartamento bonito y acogedor a menos de 10 minutos de la playa. Muy bien equipado, zona tranquila con aparcamiento gratuito. Tewfik ha sido muy disponible y nos ha dado todas las informaciones que necesitábamos. Precio super. Muy recomendable.

Uzturēšanas Svetlanas mājā mūsu ģimenei bija fantastiska! Turklāt māja bija mājīga un ērta. Tas bija labi aprīkots ar visu, kas mums bija nepieciešams mūsu uztūrēšanas laikā. Plašas un gaišas istabas, ērtas gultas, pilnībā aprīkota virtuve-tass viss radīja mājas komforta atmosfēru. Mēs jutāmies kā mājās un izbaudījam katru mirkli. Arī mājas atrašanas vieta bija ideāla.Mēs varētu iziet tieši no mājas un būt pludmalē tikai dažu soļu attālumā. Tas bija ļoti ērti, it īpaši, ja grībējam nopeldēties vai vienkārši pastaigāties gar krastu. Mēs iesakām to ikvienam, kurš meklē nomaļu vietu, kur apmesties ar lielisku skatu un komfortu. Tās bija ideālas brīvdienas mūsu ģimenei un mēs ceram atgriezties vēlreiz!

Wir haben spontan bei Jens gebucht. Wir sind leidenschaftliche Golfer und wir wollten endlich mal etwas besonderes als nur am Golfplatz übernachten. Das haben wir hier gefunden!! Die Ferienwohnung in Los Alcázares war einfach traumhaft! Die Lage direkt an der Meerespromenade ist unschlagbar – jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang vom Bett und Terrasse über dem Meer zu genießen war ein absolutes Highlight. Es ist einfach unglaublich, wie schön dieses naturspektakel ist, wenn sich die morgendliche Sonne in die Lagune ergießt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, perfekt ausgestattet und super gemütlich. Ideal für entspannte Spaziergänge entlang der Promenade und nur wenige Schritte von Restaurants und Cafés entfernt. Wir waren mit dem Auto auch schnell am Mittelmeer, die perfekte Abwechslung und Erholung. Jens war super freundlich und immer erreichbar. Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub, wir kommen definitiv wieder!
