We had a wonderful stay in this cozy house. The house is beautifully decorated with stylish and trendy furniture. The living room and bedrooms and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of appliances as well as the basics ingredients for cooking. With views to the golf course and a large garden with several nice areas, we enjoyed our time outdoors as well as indoors. Our host was extremely nice, polite and flexible. He surprised us with welcome drinks in the fridge. We plan to return for sure!

Villa très agréable et fonctionnelle, grande piscine privative avec plusieurs coins détente et repas, joli jardin dans un quartier calme proche du golf. Villa bien climatisée appréciable surtout en ces fortes chaleurs. Hôte très réactif. Je recommande vivement cette location.

A great place to stretch out and relax! Jemima was very responsive through the whole process! We really enjoyed the endless amenities within the property and the ability to feel at home. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close to shops and restaurants. Thank you for welcoming us to your property !

We had a fantastic stay at Kelly's villa. Two families each with young children, the added touches of games/toys and pool floats already available when you arrive really helped you settle in quickly! It is very well equipped, with the additional thought of a welcome basket giving you some essentials before you can reach a supermarket which is less than 10 mins walk away. Sun on the pool all day (which is already lovely and warm) an added bonus. Kelly is always on hand before and during your stay and replies extremely quickly to any queries. Thanks for a great stay!

Such a fabulous villa. Arriving late at night Suzanne was incredible and so flexible with delayed flights. So friendly and will 100% recommend and stay here again if needed.

Stian es un gran anfitrión siempre atento a nuestras dudas resolviéndolas súper rápido. Todo estuvo perfecto, la casa muy cómoda, todo muy limpio y la ubicación inmejorable a un paso de la playa de Cabo Roig , playa de la Zenia y centros comerciales. Muchas gracias! 🙏

Mooie moderne woning rustig gelegen vlak bij de golf . De woning heeft een verwarmd buitenzwembad wat zeer aangenaam is in de winter. De tuin geeft weinig privacy. De woning vrij nieuw maar is basic gemeubileerd. Het laken en handdoeken pakket is zeer basic en minimaal, alsook de huisraad . De verhuurmaatschappij is zeer moeilijk bereikbaar en heeft ons in de steek gelaten bij problemen wat jammer is . Wij hadden een aangenaam verblijf.

This is a family villa and helped us all settle very easily. All you need to have a great holiday with the pool, hot tub, roof top solarium, BBQ, music system, fully equipped kitchen including the basics to cook the usual Spanish/english meals to sit and enjoy outside or inside. In fact we hardly left the villa it was so well equipped and maintained.

Wow. Only 1 word is needed to describe everything about our stay. If you are looking for a trip away from all the hustle and bustle of daily life where you can truly relax then this is it. The villa is stunning, high up, almost touching the clouds with the most peaceful views over the mountains. It has everything you need, a great pool, plenty of places around the villa to escape and unwind, comfy beds and linens and all the cooking facilities you could ever need. Our host was terrific, really helping us settle into the villa and responding to our questions ahead of our trip quickly. I fully expect we will look to book here again which should tell you everything. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Las fotos de la casa no hace justicia a lo perfecta y acogedora que es, todo en su lugar, bien explicado cada cosa ej: tiene hasta costurero por si necesitas hacer un arreglo, las camas perfectas, y los baño super bien… la vista es increíble te sientas que en la sala y no dan ganas de parase del sillón. Y ni hablar del jardín… los señores son muy amables y muy atentos… volvería una y mil veces más!

Ginés es un excelente anfitrión, nos dio facilidad para la entrada y salida y la casa esta recién reformada. Incluso nosotros estrenamos muebles, camas y colchones. La casa es fantástica ideal para familias grandes o grupos de amigos. Nosotros éramos 6 familias con hijos y tuvimos todas las facilidades del mundo. La playa esta a 5 min caminando y hay todo tipo de servicios a menos de 10 min caminando. El Zoco y la plaza de Bohemia esta muy cerca de la casa. La piscina es excepcional aunque hay que mejorar el sistema de depuración. Las habitaciones y los baños son muy grandes. La presión de agua en la casa es mejorable pero suficiente. Hemos pasado una semana maravillosa, repetiríamos sin dudarlo. Gracias Gines por tu apoyo y comprensión con todo.

Villa to recommend to all who want to relax in peace, quiet & luxury. The house is beautiful. Very modern, glazed with lots of light. Super comfortable for a group of 8 people. A large table for eating meals together & playing cards. Large terrace on which you sit, read & drink Prosecco basking in the sun. Beautiful pool, only the water as for me too cold but it is a matter of individual feelings. The host super helpful. He was waiting for us at home, despite the late arrival time. He bought for us basic groceries because it was too late for shopping. Appreciated. He recommended local attractions, restaurants and places worth visiting. He was helpful throughout our stay and prepared a delicious surprise at the end. I highly recommend staying at the villa owned by Pronemusa.

My two nieces and I spent 4 nights at the villa and had a wonderful time. The three terraces gave lots of space for us and the pool although small was just perfect for a plunge and cooling off. The Resort Hosts were always quick to respond and very helpful with organising the return taxi to the airport. The ground floor bedroom would benefit from a dressing table and more drawer storage and it would have been nice to have swimming towels as well as bath towels but the villa was spacious, very well laid out and incredibly well located for the super market being only 4 minutes walk away which was ideal. The restaurants we found were all within walking distance but it would have been nice to see the Old Town which is further away. All in all this is a great villa in a very peaceful location and if you are looking not to do much and enjoy the sunshine I would recommend.

Carly’s home is absolutely stunning, a real home from home. Furniture all brand new, spotlessly clean! The space is open and welcoming, effortlessly beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to enjoy and relax! The most important feedback is how responsive, kind and understanding Carly has been. Couldn’t have asked for more from a host, thank you Carly!

A wonderful villa and wonderful hosts. Full exclusive use,very secure and all the mod cons. All amenities as listed and the pool/ garden area is a lovely private place to enjoy the family holiday, even better than the photos. We were 2 families of 4, loads of space and 5 minute walk to the beach and lovely little chiringuitos. Other towns such as the lovely Puerto de Mazarrón just a short drive/taxi away, sad to come home to reality, thank you for sharing your lovely home with us

Una casa como en las fotos, la piscina genial y limpia, se puede hacer barbacoas , el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Estuvimos en familia con niños y fue genial una estancia tranquila y muy recomendable. Aleksei responde muy rápido si hay alguna incidencia. Unas vacaciones muy agradables.

Benko est un hôte très serviable, agréable et réactif. Tout était très clair pour notre arrivée. La villa est très agréable à vivre. Nous étions 10 en famille et tout était parfaitement fonctionnel. La literie est propre et confortable. Les extérieurs sont top. Les jeunes ont apprécié le babyfoot mis à disposition. Le sauna était très agréable aussi. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour, vacances en famille ou entre amis. Merci encore à Benko pour sa sympathie et son accueil.

Wir waren im Juni 2024 für zwei Wochen zu Gast. In dieser Zeit haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Fragen oder Anliegen wurden von der zuständigen Verwaltung umgehend, freundlich und zuverlässig beantwortet und erledigt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und wurde in einem sauberen Zustand an uns übergeben. Der Pool wurde einmal in der Woche gereinigt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder einen Urlaub in diesem schönen und geräumigen Haus verbringen.

Nice place plenty of room and really clean

Het huis ligt achteraf, waren er eind maart begin april. Er word in de omgeving veel gebouwd maar geen overlast van. Dorp is op 5min loopafstand. Heerlijk familie huis. Waren er met5 volwassenen en 1kind. Speelgoed ook aanwezig. Meer dan kompleet. Voordat je boodschappen gaat doen kijk eerst in de keukenkastjes, kruiden enz… allemaal aanwezig. Bedankt voor deze fijne week!

Estuvimos muy agusto. Josefa es súper amable. A la casa no le falta detalle, en cuanto a utilidades y a decoración. La tiene con mucho gusto, se nota que le tiene cariño. Las camas eran muy cómodas y había mucho espacio para los niños y mayores. Hay un comedor separado de la casa principal, lo que es muy útil para que los niños duerman en la casa sin que les molestemos los mayores. Había miles de juguetes, puedes no llevar nada, no te hará falta, hay de todo!

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

Apartment is much nicer in person than on the photos, it’s very spacious and clean. Great communication from host. There was plenty of towels, Glad we picked this villa! A great find
