We had a relaxing stay at Marissa & Wesley’s Coconut Farm. We appreciated their warm hospitality and instantly felt very welcome upon having them pick us up at the airport. This is definitely a great place to disconnect from city life, and get back to the roots of nature. Their staff are all very friendly and accommodating to whatever you need or would like. We had the pleasure to taste some of their farm cooked meals for breakfast/dinner, which were very delicious! While we stayed here we had Wesley and Marissa guide us with a lovely local hike with lunch cooked on an open fire, zip lined the highest Southeast Asian zip line at Lake Sebu-Seven Falls , and did enjoyed some local shopping near by. So whether you’re an avid outdoor enthusiast or just starting out exploring more of the outdoors, THIS is the place to experience it!

Donna was very responsive host. She saved us from botch AirBnB host whose house was not ready (under construction) during our check in. She communicated very well even in the late night emergency booking. She made a lot of effort to make sure we are all accommodated even in the last minute.

It was a great place to stay and the host is responsive the place was clean. The subdivision where the place was nice and peaceful.

What a stunning place! Perfect for us! We went went to attend the Notre Dame Alumni Assn. Intl. 16th Biennial Grand reunion in our hometown Gen. Santos City. Manuel and his wife Julie opened the gate with a welcoming smile. Always offering to help yet stayed quiet in the background. Excellent laundry service. They even cooked breakfast for us and helped with our party. The place was perfect for five of us who stayed there for 14 days! We love everything about Bahay ni Kikay and Bahay ni Momm. Cooking in the kitchen, the garden, the spacious living area, the airconditioned bedrooms and work place/cum family room, the peace and quiet. All of my companions are seasoned travelers. I have stayed in AirBnBs in many countries, but Melinda's most memorable It felt like home away from home. The bonus? We were able to invite friends and family to visit us. There was plenty of room for a quiet party! I will stay there over and over again! Thank you super host Melinda! We felt pampered

The place is nice and just 5 minutes from the golf course. It was a great choice for us, especially since we didn’t have to go downtown to find accommodations. They have towels, bath essentials prepared for us. The owner was also very responsive and prompt in my messages.

We spent some nice days in Susana's apartment. It's easy to find and has a good size for up to 4 guests. Wifi was fast and reliable. The split Aircon in the main room, is modern and quiet. We will consider staying there again on our next GenSan trip.

Very accommodating and a great location. My family and friend thoroughly enjoyed staying there and had lots of room.
