Nice home in a quiet and safe feeling neighbourhood. Easy to find and access. Big back yard for kids and dog (although not fully fenced, which was fine as we brought our own leash). We arrived from out of province (via flying) and were surprised to find the beds already made with the necessary linens (we had packed our own via suitcase as per the ad details). But we appreciated the kind gesture had we somehow failed to bring our own! The kitchen is updated (so different from pictures) but still has all the appliances and cooking items a family would need for their stay. Lots of stores (grocery, banks, restaurants, Canadian Tire etc) are within a 10 min drive or less, making “going into town” to grab stuff a breeze. Plus having access to a hot tub, sauna and BBQ are a very nice treat :) We had a very comfortable stay and appreciated Tamila’s prompt responses for any questions we had. Would happily stay again!

Mohamed was very accommodative, responsive and easy to communicate with. His place was as described and was always willing to help if I needed anything.

We had a great stay at Thomas' place. He met us at check in, showed us the building, parking and any details we needed to know. He was very responsive, provided early check in, and coordinated parking spots for both our vehicles. The place was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Varun's place is an excellent choice to stay mid-town Toronto with so many places to see within a 30 minute drive. There are also a lot restaurants, little shops and a major chain grocery store within a 5 minute walk. The views from the apartment are vast and wonderful from sunrise and sunset. There are many amenities in the apartment building that we enjoyed immensely including the very clean salt water pool, hot tub and gym. Even the building's concierge service was extremely helpful for cab service. We truly appreciated the apartment's 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout with well provisioned kitchen. The beds are very comfy and the location is very quiet. Overall, Varun's place is an excellent place to stay.

This is a perfect rustic wood Cabin. It is so nice, so private. It has everything we were looking for, It feels like you're in the middle of nowhere, while you're only 1 hour from downtown Toronto. Emma and Brett are so wonderful and responsive and welcoming. I've been to this Cabin twice now, and can't wait to go again!!

We had the most wonderful stay at Emma & Brett’s beautiful cabin — yet again! This was our second visit, and we loved it so much the first time that we brought our parents along this time, who fell in love with the place as well. From the serene location to the cozy ambiance, everything was just perfect for unwinding and escaping the hustle and bustle of Toronto. It’s a hidden gem — peaceful and secluded, yet still close enough to the city to feel like the perfect weekend getaway. Emma is an exceptional host, always making sure we’re comfortable and have everything we need. We truly appreciated her attention to detail and her warm hospitality. We’ll definitely be back again! Thank you for another amazing stay!

The place was big and in a great location, there was just a problem with the shower in the hallway that leaked downstairs so we ended up up using the shower in the bedroom but other than that it everything was good.

Ozhan was a great host, very kind and helpful. The place was spacious and very bright walk out basement with large windows, also it was very well air-conditioned and had all necessary kitchen appliances for cooking, the bath was clean and always had hot water. There was a big screen TV with Netflix and high speed WiFi. The house is in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood and it's close to TTC bus stop (about 10 minutes by walking). When we first arrived at the apartment and opened the fridge there was were bread and fruits, cheese, water ... that Ozhan had provided for us so we didn't have to buy something for our first breakfast. Overall we were completely satisfied of our stay in Ozhan's place and would definitely want to stay there again in the future.

We loved staying at Ann-Marie’s place. It is HUGE! And there are many beds and bathrooms. A great place to gather. We didn’t use the backyard but it looked like fun to sit around the fire pit. Would highly recommend Ann-Marie and her place.

Alex and his family (Sonia and Zenon) were extremely wonderful hosts and provided our family with a wonderful weekend at their beautiful cottage! Through open communication and clear planning, they allowed our family to host a celebration of life with ~75 attendees. We couldn’t have found a better setting and the entire weekend was made easy, as Sonia runs an exceptional catering business. 5 star reviews across the board! The entire property is stunning, the house is pristine, the food was delicious and our hosts were so lovely through the entire process and weekend. You won’t find a better view than from their massive new deck, overlooking Lake Simcoe from high above. I hope to come back again for a relaxing weekend in the near future. I highly recommend their cottage and Sonia’s catering company to anybody who asks! Thank you Alex, Sonia and Zenon!

House was nicely decorated for the Holidays. It was unexpected but very much appreciated. The view was beautiful. The family room was very spacious and comfortable for our family gathering. Will definitely consider it in the future to experience the summer amenities.

Our stay was easy right from the beginning, super flexible as we changed our dates. Instructions were clear and helpful, we also received information about a nearby private beach which was super helpful and timely, we had a lovely walk there in the first night. We loved the house, it is so spacious with everything you could need. There was a lovely outdoor space too. We would highly recommend this house and host! Thank you!

I had to travel for my studies and spent 5 days here...it was absolutely perfect for what I needed.... somewhere quiet to study, cozy to sleep, compact convenient kitchen and bathroom. I appreciate the hosts quick responses, and hospitality. The location is excellent, just 15-20 minute drive into Barrie, and very easy to navigate.
