Blu Lake House was a wonderful and spacious setting for our family gathering this Christmas. The views from the living room and back bedrooms over the snowy, frozen lake were magical! The kitchen was very well appointed (one of the best we have encountered!) - we easily had everything we needed to make a Christmas dinner, and more, including large pots, pans and baking trays. The house was very clean, comfortable and homely. Nadia, Gina and Joanne helped us out with a few things over the holiday period, including a replacement kettle, which we really appreciated.

Stayed here for the long weekend to do a few activities in the area and have to say that the space was amazing. Would 100% recommend anyone coming to barrie to come stay here!

We had really enjoyed our stay at CozyCotts. Edward is a very helpful and responsive host. The place is great for a large group. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms! Cookstown outlet mall is 13 mins away and there is a small cafe nearby open on the weekends.

Candace was a great host! Responsive to any questions and concerns my group and I had throughout the weekend! House was beautiful and even bigger than we thought from the pictures! Lots of activities to do throughout (multiple TV’s, great basement area with games, a ping pong table, and mini basketball nets) , and although we didn’t use them, there were canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards available when it gets warmer. Just note: if you leave on a Sunday you will have to find a place to put your garbage, as the nearby dump is closed! We definitely would like to go back in the summer time! We had a blast.

Great house! The place looks recently remodeled and is very well maintained. Literally on the water. Great place to stay if you are ice fishing. I’d love to come back during the summer to enjoy a beer on the deck/balcony!

Karim is a very great host, he is so kind and responsive. He always asks and check what we need while staying here that make us lack nothing. We really recommend this place for everybody who is looking for a place to hang out with friends or family. The environment nearby is very great and peaceful. We really enjoy this place. Recently stayed here for a getaway from the city and, wow this place was great! It was just an 1 hour away, so even though there was a snow storm, getting there was no problem. The cottage was great, a great view of the lake, quality appliances in the kitchen, fully stocked kitchen (we had zero issues with cooking), clean and showers with enough hot water, and a great hot tub. It's rare to find a cottage where there were no issues with anything but this one is definitely one of the rare ones. I would definitely book this again. Weiqi and Shuyan were great hosts. They provided clear and easy instructions for check in, as well as instructions on how to use all the amenities for the cottage. They were also super responsive to the questions and requests we had. A++

This is a lovely spacious property situated on Lake Simcoe. We've enjoyed being there previously and were thrilled to be back. It is a welcoming and comfortable even for our family of 5 adults. Carol is a terrific host with great communication and enthusiasm.

We visited Cozy Lakefront cottage again this year, and it was exactly what we needed for a relaxing escape. Cottage was convenient and spacious, we had enough space to dock our three boats and still had space for trailer in the driveway. The highlight of our trip was the fantastic fishing options nearby. We had a great time casting our lines and enjoying the serene surroundings. The cottage itself was cozy and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent outdoor activities, I highly recommend this place!

Great set up for a cottage hang, pool table, volleyball court, arcade game, fire pit and a bunch of great short hikes within a 15-20 minute drive.

This place was incredible. From the moment we walked in, it was cozy and a massive space that fit our entire family. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level that share a bathroom, 1 master room upstairs with an office space, and two bedrooms downstairs (one with 8 single bunk beds, one with 1 queen). The kitchen was amazing and the whole place had such a great views of the water. The host was super responsive and the place was fairly well stocked as far as towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc., Some minor constructive feedback that wouldn't stop us from going back: - the kitchen (as listed in the add) was fairly sparse as far as cooking utensils and supplies. If you plan to cook a meal here, you may want to consider bringing your essentials to ensure you have the right stuff. - there were also some chipped dishes that could be easily replaced but the ones there when we attended were well used. In saying that, we'd be back in a heartbeat. Great hosts and amazing space overall.

The weekend my girlfriends and I spent in The Gingerbread House could not have been more perfect and memorable. The home itself was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. Meeting Michael and Simon was an absolute pleasure. They could easily write a book on how to be the perfect host. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
