The cottage was in a great location and perfect for the weekend we had planned. The space was very clean and tidy. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would certainly stay there again.

Wonderful 3-night stay in a very cute rental home! Great communication with the owner and she even let us know that we could enter our rental hours before the official check-in. The home was very clean and I would recommend!

We had a great stay off season in this second/third floor apartment in George’s beautiful, historic Victorian home. George was so helpful with his local recommendations and all of the house instructions. He communicated prior to our trip and throughout the weekend as we had questions. The house was in a terrific neighborhood easily accessible to the beach and the downtown area. We never used our car once we arrived, which we loved. We also really appreciated the off street parking that was offered. We also really enjoyed sitting out on both the front and back porches. We highly recommend this home as a place to stay when visiting Cape May!

Marcia was extremely responsive, on top of any question we had, and provided recommendations for restaurants and other activities. The location was perfect, we could almost walk anywhere we needed to go. The view is amazing and the condo was very clean!

Dawn was an amazing host and the place was perfect for me and my furry children. She responded promptly and answered any questions that I had within minutes. She was also very accommodating for all of me and my pets’ needs. Check in was super simple and the place was very easy to find. It was peaceful and quiet but still close enough to a town and supermarket if I needed anything. The apartment was really clean and cozy and had all of the essentials. I will absolutely come back and stay if I’m ever back in the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with their furbabies. Loved it!

We have been coming to Ocean City for years and this was our favorite place to stay! It is like a large efficiency but there was plenty of room. The view is breathtaking and it was so much fun watching people on the boardwalk. The people working at the condo are extremely nice and helpful as is Anthony. The kitchen was perfect for whipping up a small meal. There was plenty of hot water and the water pressure was great in the shower. If you need to do laundry there are coin operated machines on site. You can exchange your towels, washcloths, extra toilet paper etc on Tues and Thurs. The swimming pool was the perfect size and very clean. Lots of great restaurants nearby in walking distance. The Angler (bayside) has an amazing happyhour with food deals and you can go on an after dinner cruise. We had the best time being right there at Anthony's condo! Highly recommend!

Casey was very fast to respond to any questions we had. The apt was better than the pics! Linens and towels were very nice. The apt was VERY well stocked, we didn’t need to bring anything. Bathrooms were very clean, bedrooms were nice, good living space. Just make sure to park in the correct parking lot or on the street. We would definitely come back to this place again next year.

We had a great weekend stay! We were in Frederica for an event at DE Turf Sports Complex, and Elaine’s place is <10min drive from there, so very convenient. We needed the sofa bed, and when we arrived the sofa bed was already made into a bed - we appreciated that. The place is also dog friendly. We realized that we did not bring enough poop bags for our dog, but luckily Elaine’s place had extra poop bags prepared. Overall we had a good experience!

Felt super comfortable there. Everything was in walking distance beach, great restaurants bars and we even utilized the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Loved the coffee set up and the quite seating area on the water out back. We def would recommend and would love to stay again!

This place was overly exceptional, beautiful I loved everything about this place it was a little pricey but the comfortability was worth the cost I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who my visit Ocean City it’s right on coastal Highway every convenient to a lot of different places restaurants, shops, amusement parks, water, parks, etc if your looking for a place to stay go head and push that pay button Amy also has some other nice rental places that i viewed on her account also stunning. Thanks Amy again for the lovely stay.

Great spot really close to the beach and boardwalk with parking right out front and no stairs! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed, plus some nice extras that really made it feel like home. Aida the owner was really great and we would absolutely stay here again!

A cozy and peaceful stay! The space had everything we needed and felt like a perfect little getaway. We especially loved the attic nook—great spot to relax and unwind. Thoughtfully put together and super comfortable. Would definitely return!

The house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach, and perfect for a short stay. Everything was very clean and the host had great communication.

We really loved our stay, so much so that we're already talking about returning next year! The owners were super communicative and helpful, the place was perfect for our family of four, the location across from a great pool and tennis courts could not be beat, parking was easy, and everything was clean and clearly marked. The loft was perfect for my 7yo, and my 3yo has probably never slept better. The washer/dryer were great and came in really handy, and having two bathtubs was really great for bathing two kids at once. The two different porches are a really lovely touch, and all the beds were comfortable and bath towels plentiful. Truly can't say enough good about it!

Don was a great host. From the moment I arrived my dog Dizzie and I felt like valued guests. Don provided some great recommendations for things to do locally, and was always available if anything came up. The space was very clean and I could tell Don put a lot of effort into creating and maintaining it.

We stayed at Dana's place for a surprise proposal for my daughter. It was perfect. It is a close distance to 2nd Street in Lewes, DE where there are many quaint shops and places to eat. We were also there for the Christmas weekend which was fabulous. The place was spacious and just as described. The bed linens were white and obviously clean. All the bedrooms were a nice size and the mini splits heating/ air conditioning units in the two bedrooms were wonderful. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the large tv in the living room. We would definitely stay again!

Our 2nd time renting this unit. Love the location and the unit is spacious, updated, clean and easy access. Will book again.

Jason is an excellent host! I could really tell that cleanliness and communication are his top priorities. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness, and I will say the condo was super clean! Jason truly cares about his guests. His condo was absolutely gorgeous and the view of the ocean from the condo was breathtaking! We are already talking about our next stay at one of his properties. We can’t wait to bring our family back to OC. I will be recommending Jason to my family and friends!

This place is so convenient to the beach, just a short walk, many restaurants, activities and stores within walking distance also! This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and will plan to again next year!!

Great rental for a long weekend with my sisters. Clean, clean, clean! Really appreciated the minimal neutral decor. Very safe/secure building which can only be entered with a key card. Kate was really easy to work with and was extremely proactive. Highly recommend!
