Czysto, schludnie, kontakt z właścicielami świetny. Jako baza wyjazdowa na stoki, ten dom bardzo dobrze się sprawił.

Bellissimo appartamento molto pulito spazioso e tranquillo...all'ultimo piano di una palazzina signorile...forse necessita di un ascensore...a parte questo ci siamo trovati benissimo...Eva gentilissima e disponibile...

Beautiful flat in a very quiet setting. Lovely balcony with great views to the river and the mountains. Very well equipped kitchen and overall very well looked after flat. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Spacious light flat with everything you need. Beautiful view on the meadows. Walking distance to the lake and close to the supermarket and train station. Our two kids loved it too, and appreciated the games. Can highly recommend!

Die Wohnung ist sehr kreativ, sowie geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Florian und Sandra sind freundlich, zuverlässig und zuvorkommend. Sehr praktisch, dass es eine Garage gibt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung – sie war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage war ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, sodass man alles schnell erreichen konnte. Ich war mit meiner Familie und meiner kleinen Tochter dort, und sogar ein Kinderbett war vorhanden, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Das Bett war außerdem sehr bequem und breit, perfekt für erholsame Nächte. Der Gastgeberin war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Dankeschön noch einmal Liebe Grüße

Das Haus liegt nur 15 Gehminuten zu Fuß vom See. Im Haus ist viel Platz und es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem der obere Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esstisch ist gemütlich. Zur unteren Wohnung gehört eine Terasse, auf der bis spät nachmittags im Februar die Sonne scheint. Julia war sehr entgegenkommend. Weil es möglich war durften wir früher ein und später auschecken. We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

We had a great stay at this place. It’s cozy, has enough room for a family and is really close to the ski-resort. Just the perfect home for a family skiing vacation.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Einfach wunderschön! Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten gar nicht mehr ausgezogen. Die Gegend ist ein Traum, alles wichtige ist fußläufig zu erreichen, man ist super schnell am See und das Haus ist auch wunderschön. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Auch für unsere Kinder wurde alles bereit gestellt, Wickelunterlage, Hochstuhl… Alles war da. Unser Hund war auch willkommen, was uns sehr gefreut hat, denn es ist nicht einfach mit Hund schöne Unterkünfte zu finden. Es war sehr ruhig und wir hatten sehr viel Platz. Die Terasse ist riesig und die Sauna ist auch ganz toll! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt mal wieder! Danke für alles!

很温馨的度假小屋，门前有一块漂亮的草坪，还有小朋友玩的蹦蹦床，离萨尔茨堡差不多半小时的路程，能够领略奥地利的乡间风光，非常值得推荐。。

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Christine was wonderful-she left us homemade apricot sauce and h/m almond cookies, bread, creamer. Coffee maker that grinds beans. Wifi was excellent & the washing machine & dryer worked great. Beds very comfortable with lots of pillows & blankets, and the most comfortable chair/ottoman combo I've ever used. We chose a place on Salzburg outskirts because of the dearth of airbnb's in the city. Being in a small town was both a plus and a minus. The plus is the peaceful surroundings & gorgeous views (big windows) of farm fields, the Alps & quaint houses. The minus is that it was more difficult to get to Salzburg Old Town than I expected. If you have a car, it's no problem, but we didn't. There is a train station 7 minutes walk, but often you need to take one that is 17 minutes walk and transfer one or more times; 20 minute walk to grocery store & restaurants. Many thanks to Christine for her generosity and kindness; she made our stay very pleasant.

Die Gastgeber: immer präsent, ohne aufdringlich zu sein; einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung: geräumig, sauber und geschmackvoll. Ausstattung: sehr umfangreich und modern. Die Umgebung: alles vorhanden, viele kulturelle Highlights, viel Natur. Schliersee war für acht Tage wirklich unser geliebtes Zuhause.

Die Unterkunft war sehr angenehm und entsprach genau den Bildern. Marco war freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir hatten viel Spaß und konnten die Zeit in vollen Zügen genießen. Besonders toll war, dass wir einige Tage in Mayerhofen verbracht haben, um zu snowboarden – ein großartiges Erlebnis! Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Man geht ebenerdig in die Wohnung trotz Hanglage, was für meine Mutter mit Rollator von Vorteil war. Leider war das Wetter bescheiden, aber Dank Netflix und gemütlicher Wohnung war auch ein Regentag "zu Hause" kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, die Betten waren herrlich bequem. Alles in allem hatten wir ein paar sehr schöne Tage. Vielen Dank an Daniela !

Sehr ruhige Lage. Die Nachbarin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist groß und sauber. Einziger Nachteil an der Wohnung, ist dass der Ofen recht laut ist in der Nacht.

Andrea und ihr Mann waren ganz tolle Gastgeber. Wir fühlten uns sofort Willkommen und haben ein durch und durch bayrisches Silvester erlebt.

L'appartamento è molto bello e situato all'ultimo piano nel sottotetto. la casa è spaziosa e molto pulita e può accogliere senza problemi quattro o poi ospiti. la comunicazione con l'host nonostante le festività è stata tutto sommato semplice. Il paese di Chieming non offre particolari attività o luoghi d'interesse, quindi tenete conto che per visitare le stupende zone circostanti avrete sicuramente bisogno dell'auto.

Great host, quick and clear communication. The apartment is nice and spacious, modern kitchen and bathroom which are clean. Very nice (quiet) area and only 25 mins drive to Salzburg city centre. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Wir würden gern noch andere Worte finden als die positiven schon angegeben Bewertungen, weil...es war einfach wunderschön, genau so wie beschrieben und einfach so liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert und kuschelig. Es ist sofort zu erkennen, wenn man Bettina sieht, was für eine liebevolle, herzige Person Bettina ist - und Andy bestimmt auch -hatten nur noch ein wenig mehr mit Bettina kommuniziert. :) Ausgangspunkt für soooo viele schöne Ausflüge. Wir waren über Weihnachten da und sie stellte uns noch ein Weihnachtstrauß und eine Weihnachtstüte/Geschenk hin. Sooooo lieb. Vielen Dank für alles. Wer hier was zu meckern hat, dem ist nicht zu helfen. Alles Liebe von uns von ganzen Herzen.
