Alloggio abbastanza centrale nella città, tutto estremamente facile da raggiungere a piedi. Molto carino e caratteristico anche l’alloggio, mi son sentita come a casa!

great stay for our group of friends. 3 appt - 2 studio's and 1 appt with a seperate bedroom. 3 big sofa beds. Tal is quick in replies if you send him a message. Instructions for entry and all the doorlocks are good. easy to find. vlose to city centre. quiet neighbourhood. all appt are clean. 1 point of feedback is that there is no bedlinnen or towels for those who need to sleep on the sofa beds although i asked that upfront. will stay there again for sure

A cozy retro-style apartment in Sofia. Nice area, in the apartment it's totally quiet 24h a day which I highly appreciated. Close proximity to supermarkets, tram/metro station, cafes. Walking distance to Sofia's main sights. The place is spacious and perfect for two people, maybe up to 3. AC works well for heating, kitchen is functional however not suitable for more than basic cooking (no sharp knife, no grater, no blender). The bed is good, bathroom basic but good enough. All in all a good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at Ivaylo’s apartment! Although the apartment is small, it is very well-designed and thoughtfully equipped. We especially appreciated how many features are automated, making our stay even more convenient. The central heating kept us warm and cozy, even though it was cold outside. The views from the terrace are stunning—being able to see the snow-covered mountains was truly magical. We stayed as a family—my husband, our 5-year-old son, and I—and it was the perfect space for us. Thank you, Ivaylo, for being a great host. We hope to return someday!

Перфектното място за бягство от града! Къщата беше уютна и добре оборудвана с всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. Обстановката е спокойна, с красива природа наоколо. Определено бихме се върнали отново!

We had a great stay. The hosts are very friendly (though our Bulgarian language skills are not great) and helpful people. The home had everything we needed and it was a short trip (7 minutes) to the hot pools in Sapareva Banya and 30 minutes to Borovets for skiing. Great stay!

Warm, clean and spacious for two people. Great location. Easy hire of ski equipment on the ground floor.
