This was a truly beautiful home that was perfect for our week along the coast of Connecticut. The home was impeccably clean and setup with an amazing bathroom and kitchen. Set in a peaceful area north of Niantic, it was a perfect place for my family and I to head out to many coastal adventures. We had close access to Mystic and New Haven with a short road trip to Newport. Jason and Colleen were wonderful hosts and have setup their place amazingly easy to get in and utilize. From the available bikes in the basement to the games my kids quickly found to play, this was a perfect place for us this week. Highly recommend to others looking for a great CT coastline getaway!

Mark was a great guy who helped with everything within fast response. We did spend 4 days in this great location. It was a great experience. Definitely looking forward to next time. Cheers!🥂

My family and I stayed at the Boulder Lake House Retreat during the holiday season. It served as a great home base to spend time with family and was a short drive to downtown Madison, CT and Hammonasset State Park. The space was perfect for our family, in great shape and beautifully decorated. The view from the kitchen was beautiful; even in winter we enjoyed looking out over the frozen lake. All rooms were updated and had great amenities, including rainfall shower heads and foam mattresses. Jhismery was a great host and was very responsive! Hope to be back in the future!

Terrific stay at Ellen’s lovely cottage. The house is warmly decorated and cozy. Amazing patio with outdoor fireplace and big gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking. The bathrooms are new and very clean. Lots of delightful and thoughtful little touches. A great base for exploring the North Fork!

We needed a dog-friendly ranch style to home with three bedrooms and two bedrooms close to Sayville, where we would be celebrating Thanksgiving. I was lucky enough to find this rental which was clean, comfortable and ideal for our two-night stay. Adam was attentive and easily accessible via text. I would highly recommend this lovely home.

We had a wonderful stay! This is our second time staying in the home and both times Mariza was accommodating and great to work with. The house is in a great location on the water and is clean and maintained very well. We plan to stay again in the future!

Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

This place was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. I’m part of a group of engineering students who came to Connecticut to participate in a robotics competition— this place was amazing. There was a bunch of room for us to move around, many beds, a great kitchen, and an awesome hot tub. The host was super helpful, responsive, and kind. If I ever come back to Connecticut, I’ll highly consider checking this place out again— seriously great.

I had a wonderful stay at the cabin! While there were a few minor challenges for a longer-term stay, the owner was incredibly responsive, resolved any issues quickly, and super attentive + friendly. He was also extremely helpful during a snowstorm, going above and beyond with snow removal, which I truly appreciated! The cabin is ideal for short-term stays, but I still thoroughly enjoyed my extended visit and will very likely return. As a writer, I found it to be a fantastic retreat—the peaceful, woodsy atmosphere was perfect for creative work and mental rest. I even hosted an artist friend in the second bedroom, and they also found it to be an inspiring escape. Watching deer in the woods was an added bonus! We want to gather a few more of our creative pals to come back, since we enjoyed working there thoroughly. Despite the secluded feel, the location is conveniently close to grocery stores, a Planet Fitness. It was great! Also, very clean upon arrival. Can’t wait to visit again :)
