Absolutely loved our stay in this perfect spot just minutes from Howick! Ideal for our small family with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The accommodation had absolutely everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. Such a peaceful retreat while being so handy to all of Howick's amenities. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a convenient, comfortable, and relaxing getaway!

It was a beautiful place to stay, unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best so we didn’t use the walking trails or walk to the shops close by. Ute was so nice and left us some goodies in the fridge and a fruit native to New Zealand to try. She also recommended some great places to try!

The Cottage is a wonderful place to stay, so comfortable & quiet for an inner city stay. The bed was so very comfy! The Cottage had everything we could ask for and we were able to walk to Eden Park, & out for great meals. We'd definitely try to stay here again. Thanks for being such lovely hosts!

Super accessible to Ponsonby neighborhood and downtown. Super easy to checkin and private. Chill, clean and surprisingly great sound system! Felt like a little green oasis of calm in the city.

This is a wonderful little place to stay! Great location in Auckland. Great host. Fully equipped with an excellent kitchen and bathroom. Fantastic cafes, bars and supermarkets all within walking distance. We had two stays here for a total of about two weeks and it was absolutely perfect. We would love to come back. Thank you Megan

Fantastic, peaceful wee studio in Grey Lynn. Walking distance to the restaurant scene in Ponsonby Road. We loved it!

Kamelia was really helpful and responsive. There were nice touches like bread, butter and eggs waiting for us. Nothing was a problem. The flat was really clean and tidy. We found the beds and lounge furniture very comfortable. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and not far from the popular beach suburb of Browns Bay. We had a young baby with us. Kamelia set up a bassinette for our arrival and supplied a baby bath so we did not need to bring so much baby gear with us. We have visited the area several times now to visit family and it is the most comfortable stay we have had at a reasonable price.

Zara has created a beautiful place where you will feel at home immediately. The furniture has a minimalist touch which still exudes warmth and coziness. The place is bright and light flooded. Zara pays attention to even the smallest detail. Bed linen and bathroom towels are of thick quality material. The coffee milk is from ecological farmers. A nice biscuit box was waiting on the coffee table. On the table also a list of recommended cafés and restaurants which was very helpful. Zara was approachable and responded within only few minutes to messages. She tried to make my stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. The place and surroundings are calm and peaceful. Ponsonby Road with restaurants and shops of big diversity is only a few hundred meters walk away. The views from the area on the city center and Sky Tower are stunning. All in all it is a wonderful place that I can full-heartedly recommend. Thank you very much, Zara, you are amazing!!

Really lovely feel, loved the retro theme mixed with modern technology. Areas were nicely segregated from each other. The bathroom is a big thing for me and it was beautiful. Thank you and highly recommend this place. 🙏🏽

Sandy’s guesthouse is so tastefully decorated with many warm, thoughtful details, such as the small green plants here and there and the Chinese tea set… The garden is truly breathtaking, very private, quiet and lovely. What we like the best is the oleander tree (is it oleander?), so tall, with so many flowers, dancing so gracefully in the rain and wind! I wish I had a same tree in my garden. Strong recommendation!!!

Fabulous little place that provided all the great touches of home. Very clean, modern and welcoming. We caught up on our washing and used the dryer. Also lovely to relax in comfort.

I really enjoyed staying at Garth’s place with the private setting and the location that was neat and amazing beach and waterfall. I had a restful night in the accommodations. I highly recommend

We stayed two nights and right from the start the communication with Paul went very smoothly. He was very helpfull. The studio was clean, the kitchenette was well equipped and the bathroom was clean.

What an absolute treat to stay with Susan and John. They made me fell comfortable right from the get go. The studio was just perfect for my needs. It also suits a couple looking for a get away holiday break in this peaceful suburb of Auckland. It s a beautiful, self-contained studio that feels like home. With a very peaceful private garden. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential amenities, very organized and clean. All with a thoughtful touch. In a walking distance to the beach (with a view), buses and several shops. We stayed with Russel & Alison after a wedding in Riverhead. Their place was comfortable and thoughtfully laid out with lots of cute amenities. They were flexible with our check in arrangements and were very easy to communicate with. Their check in instructions were easy to follow and the location was perfect. Thanks for having us!

For my wife and me, this was the perfect place to rest and recharge after a long transit from the U.S. An easy 40-minute drive from Aukland airport brought us to this very peaceful and beautiful lodging, where we were warmly welcomed. We slept like a dream in the comfy bed and appreciated the great shower, the little kitchen well stocked with breakfast options, and the big windows and deck giving lovely, restful views of the farm and landscape beyond. We enjoyed a walk to Hunua Falls and a supper at a vineyard just down the road. We couldn't have asked for a better first night in New Zealand!

Such a peaceful location and very clean and comfortable accommodation. Everything you need - a true home away from home! Julie had even left as plums and biscuits! Would definitely stay there again!
