民宿環境非常好，和自然融為一體，花園悉心照顧，戶外活動空間舒適，可野餐或使用戶外桌椅用餐都舒適。室內空間古樸乾淨，即使是地鋪都能好眠。廚房還有簡易烤箱和電鍋，超級推薦親友包棟。超五星推薦！

The place was clean and nice, location is convenient too. The host mentioned the construction noise on the description but it didn’t really bother us. The only thing was there’s a smell coming from the drain sometimes. Other than that, everything is good 👍🏻

房子很棒，真的像回家的感覺，小孩子也能四處跑，也附設很多小孩子的玩具可以玩，房東姊姊人也很好，時間很彈性，下次有機會一定會再來

位置方便、臨時住宿一宿非常方便，房間很大，資訊明確

會再訪，但會自備鏡子，可以在房間化妝不佔用洗手間

公設很完善的房源，光是步行就有二間7-11和一間全家☺️，對面也汽機車停車場🅿️，如果社區管理室願意開放外車進入那就更不用擔心下雨的問題了😌，處理生活廢棄物也很方便，直接帶去地下一樓的環保室分類就好。到了夜晚也能去頂樓看見一部分的市區夜景🌃，開放式的廚房及完善的廚具設備也能隨手做羹湯。16升的熱水器不用擔心廚房用水、洗浴的同時還會忽冷忽熱。非常感謝房東願意提供如此優良的房源，往後也將會是遊玩台中入住時第一選擇😊

One of the most impressive places where I have been, with a personal touch of the host's family. So many different and fascinating areas of interest which I loved and could identify with. Besides a big apartment with 2 rooms and a fully equipped kitchen, one could go up to the terrace with big sport rooms. An Internet problem was solved immediately. The Internet was great even for me working with video calls. The host reacted right away and was great support and like a good friend. I got many great tips for eating out. All in all, I felt at home there. Thank you, I would definitely come again!

Jenny is a very sweet and attentive host. For over a month, she asked me if I had any inconveniences or needed anything. Thanks to the information she gave me, I was able to visit delicious restaurants and teahouses and watch New Year's events. The room was exactly what I saw in the picture and was convenient with a water purifier inside. The windows were soundproofed well, but there was some noise because they were along the main street. I didn't feel any inconvenience, but if you are sensitive, please refer to it.

房東超有品味！房間的色調很舒服，環境維持得非常乾淨整潔，採光也很好，有提供黑膠唱片甚至有手沖咖啡！浴室很大，空間寬敞舒服，有洗衣機、晾衣架。電視有Netflix，放鬆的時候可以看。沒有其他住戶，不怕被其他人作息打擾。總之，非常推薦！

We truly appreciated Sofia's apartment. It was generously sized for two people, allowing each of us to have our own bathroom. The interior was thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the apartment was impeccably clean, well-organized, and looked exactly like the pictures. Sofia welcomed us warmly and explained how to use the elevator dongle and the door code. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals. There were also numerous restaurants within walking distance, and the beach was only about 8 minutes away. We were especially grateful for Sofia's flexibility with the check-out process. Since we had to travel to Taipei for work on short notice, she was very accommodating and allowed us to check out earlier than originally planned. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment! 🙏🏼✨

已經是第三次租住Kumao的房子了，這房子的設計還是一如既往的貼心又實用，各種細節都顧到，乾淨又舒服，而且景觀開揚，夜景好美，坐在沙發還能欣賞到日落～ 房子周邊什麼都有，公車站就在樓下，而且這裡的公車班次比較密，去哪裡都很方便～ Kumao真的很親切好客，回覆也很快，真的太感謝了～ 就是過年，價格有點小貴，但這很正常，而且住得舒服最重要，下次來台中玩還是會選擇Kumao的房子～ 溫馨提示一下，如果是在退房時間離開，要預留多點時間，或是錯開那段時間，因為電梯要等好幾趟才擠得進去哦～

가족 여행으로 타이중에서 묵을 숙소를 알아보다가 예약했어요. 타이중 여행은 두 번째인데, 한국인들에게 유명한 식당들과는 다소 거리가 있어서 위치가 애매하지 않을까 걱정했는데.. 오히려 좋았어요!! 한 건물이지만 마치 세 개의 동으로 나뉘어서 숙소동, 호텔동, 쇼핑몰로 구성된 느낌의 건물에 있어요. 1층엔 편의점, 스타벅스도 있고, 쇼핑몰에는 식당도 있어서 좋았어요! 길 건너편엔 백화점도 있습니다! 특히 쇼핑몰 과일가게에서 석가도 매일 사먹을 수 있어서 좋았네요ㅎㅎ 짐도 1층에 미리 보관할 수 있고, 쇼핑몰 지하에 짐 보관 사물함도 있어서 잘 이용했어요. 이동할 땐 택시타고 다녔는데, 왠만한 곳은 한국돈 8천원 이내에 갈 수 있었어요. 숙소엔 침실 문이 따로 없었지만, L자형 구조여서 분리된 공간처럼 활용할 수 있던 점이 좋았네요. 특히 화장실 수압이 정말 정말 쎄서 최고였어요ㅋㅋ 샴푸, 바디워시, 핸드워시는 구비되어 있고, 3일 묵었는데 수건이 1인당 1개만 제공되더라고요.. 수건은 여분으로 챙겨오시는걸 추천드립니다!! 고층이라 야경도 멋있었고, 가족들도 모두 마음에 들어했어요🙂 엘리베이터는 3대여서 고층임에도 기다리는 시간이 거의 없었습니다! 호스트도 요청사항을 잘 반영해주셨고, 친절하고 빠르게 답변해주셔서 좋았습니다!! 여러모로 만족하면서 편하게 잘 지냈던 것 같아요. 다음에 다시 타이중 여행을 가게된다면 또 묵고 싶습니다!!

一房一廳的公寓整體感覺很不錯，唯一的小缺點就是浴室，洗澡要踩進浴缸不太方便，其他都很不錯，房東準備的備品也很有質感，超喜歡的，有機會還會想來住😊
