James and Tara are the best Hosts!!! Very responsive and extremely upbeat humans. We appreciate the ride to cruz bay as well! The airbnb was private and super clean. The view is incredible and the sounds of the roosters and donkeys added great ambiance Absolutely perfectly appointed. There's everything you need in the kitchen (and more) plus water/beach accessories (chairs, coolers, ice packs). The safe plus the washer and dryer were an unexpected bonus. Although the area is super safe, we loved that the community was gated for extra privacy. We loved our stay and hope to book longer than 5 days next year. Thank you James and Tara!

My wife and I visited St John for a long weekend away for our ‘baby moon’. Joy’s place was exactly as described; private, clean, convenient, relaxing, and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the pool every afternoon after returning from the amazing beaches before getting ready to go out for supper. It’s hard for me to imagine a more beautiful view on the island. We almost feel like our view of the sunset from the pool was more breathtaking than at the Windmill Bar. The place had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels, cooler, ice available in ice trays and ice maker. The beds were comfy and there were a couple fans to keep the air moving around with help of the AC unit. It would be difficult to cook a full meal here but there is a grill, burner, and cooking items there if you wanted to give it a shot. When we visit again this will be our first choice to stay at again pending how many folks are in our party.

A terrific stay at Jon’s place! Perfect placement with a fun 10 minute walk to Cruz Bay via a private wooded trail, and a similar walk to the market for Groceries! Tons of room for our group or 6 with all the key amenities for the beach included. Kitchen had absolutely everything you could want. Tons of towels. We never had to wash during the 5 day stay! We will return here without hesitation! Jon is a great host with tons of local knowledge!

Anna was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having a rental car because our taxi wanted to charge us more to drive up to the gate to get into the complex and it’s much easier than waiting for a taxi. Bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out on the balcony! Bring laundry detergent if you plan on using the washing machine. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay for two people! Views from the pool were picturesque!

One of the best Airbnb's that I've ever stayed in and I travel alot. So many of the little things: 1) easy listening music playing while u enter 2) fully equipped kitchen 3) washer/dryer 4) smart TV 5) comfy bed and pillows 6) great shower 7) AC in the bedroom 8) antique decorations that just work 9) hot tub 10) lots of seating areas. The most impressive part is the open concept, location. It's like a tree house! Waves crashing, 180 degree water views, serene, private. You literally leave all the doors open, all day lone. Ocean breeze cools it all. You're essentially cliffside, in nature, so there are lots of mosquitos and bugs, but it's not so bad and you can get bug spray. COMPLETELY worth it for the view. Wifi went out, and they had a new router installed the next day! Ben and Zebedee are great. HIGHLY recommend.

Staying at the Sapphire Beach house was a great spot for our trip. The beach is an easy walk away and the reefs at sapphire are on par with other top destinations we went snorkeling. Red Hook was less than 5 minutes away for a quick ferry over to St.John’s. Add easy parking & all the amenities you need inside - it made a nice base of operations to recharge after getting out and exploring all the islands have to offer.

I had a ball here on Coki beach. Everyone was nice & friendly. Very family oriented. Loved my stay and coming back again soon .🫶😊

My wife and I had a great stay. The unit was large and very well appointed with great amenities! We had everything we needed. The well-equipped kitchen made it difficult to go out, to the two nice restaurants on the property. The only thing between the beach and the condo is beautiful pool area. We loved the beach, which is private, quiet, with great swimming and snorkeling. We visited some of the well-known beaches in the area but enjoyed the private beach just as well! There towels were plentiful and nice and fresh, and there was very nice snorkeling gear provided. The unit was squeaky clean, which we really appreciated.

This condo was perfect for a family vacation. Amy was a great communicator leading up to the trip...she was proactive about travel instructions, check-in process, and even offered to help coordinate local activities. The space was clean and as-described. It was a very quick walk to the beach and pool, making it easy for our group to come up/down at our own pace. The condo was a quick drive (5 min) to the Red Hook area, where there were plenty of restaurants to check out. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! This is walking distance from beautiful Sapphire Beach, Restaurants and some shopping. There is also a restaurant on site that opens for dinner and the food is delicious! The unit is just as the photo shows and is well-stocked with basic items. Jeanne's unit was very clean and ready to use. She was responsive and very accommodating with helping us check in. The property is beautiful and it's very easy to get around from this location. We flagged down taxis in front the property and could go anywhere on the island. The ferry is close to this unit and the pool is very private as well. We loved staying here and will definitely be back in Red Hook sometime soon.

We loved our stay at Roxy’s place! The views were stunning and so peaceful. We could sit outside forever watching the water hit the rocks! The home was pristine which is impressive with all the sand that I’m sure is brought in by visiting guests (us included!). The amenities were impressive- everything we needed as far as pack n plays for our babies, high chair, everything you’d need for the beach, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The only surprise for us was that all bedrooms were detached from the main living area. We had planned our young kids to share a room but weren’t comfortable with them having a door to the outside/access to the pool. But thankfully the bedrooms were so spacious it was not a big deal for them to sleep in our rooms. Roxy even had cots available which was amazing for our older kids! We would stay there again!!!

Convenient room in a resort on St. Thomas. Beach of its own and easy walk to the St. Thomas Yacht Club for a sail or sailing lesson if you like. Short distance from restaurants in Red Hook.

My family of 4 stayed at Jazmin’s sapphire beach condo over Feb school break. It’s our second time staying in these condos as the location can’t be beat! Being so close to the beach, pool and Sapphire restaurants, it is an easy way to spend the day right there. Redhook is only a few minutes drive for access to many more amenities and the ferry. The condo is very nice, clean, comfortable and well stocked with linens, towels and beach items for the kids. Host was fast at answering my questions too. It was everything we could have asked for!

We recommend Sam and their properties. The views are fantastic and we can absolutely say The Beach House was great and felt like home. Sam was responsive to our questions and they addressed things the day we asked and provided great recommendations. The house has a great kitchen with plenty of comfortable furniture and storage. We preordered groceries and Sam's team had them neatly placed in the refrigerator and pantry before our arrival. The guest house was amazing with private balcony and views to behold. The house is well stocked with pool chairs and recliners and a large table under the outside veranda. The only thing to add is it would have been nice to know ahead of time how steep the driveway was with its switchbacks that would have allowed us to have been better prepared. We were also surprised (pleasantly) when the maid showed up unexpectedly in the morning. Same for the landscapers. Some better communications on those would have helped us not be shocked when they came.

The newly renovated space is amazing. I love the design it is stylish but comfortable with the most amazing views. The resort has 2 restaurants and we loved them both but only a short drive to Red Hook if you are looking for something different. Cinda was great to work with proactive with reach outs and checked in while we were there to make sure everything was just right (and it was!) I definitely recommend staying here!

Loved staying here! Beautiful and well maintained. All the amenities you could think of. Short 5-7 minute walk from the beach. Loved having a private pool! Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at Stefanie's place. It was spacious for 5 of us, clean and quiet. Having a separate bathroom for each family was a huge plus. Location is hard to beat, within two minute walk to the lovely beach with white sand and plenty of loungers. The place was clean and had all necessary supplies plus extra (beach towels, chairs, snorkels, insect repellent, etc.). The beds were comfy. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, just like the photo. Stefanie was easy to communicate with, she responded within half an hour to all our questions and provided clear instructions.

This was our first stop on our Virgin Island visit and we loved it! We had flown in from the West Coast of the US and to be able quickly come from the airport on St Thomas to Water Island and April's place was great! A perfect place to get over jet lag. We loved Honeymoon beach and it was fantastic to have the golf cart to tool around in. Equally fantastic were Erin and Adam who warmly welcomed us, answered every question we had, gave us advice on other places we were going to visit, helped with ferries and were just wonderful in every way. Big thanks to both of them (and a hello to their sweet daughter Rain!). Wonderful stay!

We were so happy with Rick's place. The view was spectacular and filled with all kinds of wildlife. We watched Sea Turtles swim every day, there were iguanas all over the beautiful flowering shrubs, and there were pelicans and hummingbirds flying around every day. The best part was the private beach! We snorkeled every day and even walked over to Magen's bay beach/bar for lunch a couple times. Rick was very friendly and easy to talk to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again. Thank you, Rick!

We loved staying here. I don't believe there could be a better place to enjoy time on St John and all it has to offer (snorkeling, kayaking, swimming, beaches, hiking, boat excursions, the animals, the weather, etc.). Not only was the cottage immaculately clean, it was also tastefully decorated, with new appliances, as well! Perhaps the nicest Airbnb place we have ever stayed in. Our hosts were so helpful in offering advice and suggestions, and super friendly. We even ran into them one day shopping @ Cruz Bay! The cottage is on the east end of the island (and a short distance from grocery stores, restaurants, etc.), which we appreciated, as the beaches are less crowded, lighter traffic (i.e. no taxis), etc. Even so, drives from the cottage to Cruz Bay and northern beaches aren't bad. The cottage was everything and all that we needed or wanted, to have a GREAT vacation on St John. There is an A/C unit in the bedroom, but in 2 weeks we never used it...the weather was THAT perfect!

My husband and I brought our two kiddos with us and we had a wonderful stay. The bed is extremely comfortable and the view is amazing. No words! Prettier in person. Highly recommend renting the vehicle. We enjoyed how quiet the resort itself was. The restaurant on site was also extremely convenient and right near the lower pool. That was great for us especially for the days we just wanted to take it easy with our kids. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Heather's home. It is a full floor in a multi-level home and was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed (and took advantage of) the spacious outdoor space overlooking the beautiful bay. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was good. There were beach chairs for our use. We especially enjoyed the location of the home up high overlooking the bay. The breezes were cooling and the views over the water, island and the sunsets were special. Heather was a gracious host. She gave us restaurant and beach recommendations with local insights. All in all, a wonderful time and if we go back to Tortola we would consider staying here again.

My wife and I loved our stay at Nikola’s place. Nikola was extremely responsive and provided great recommendations for activities (dining, beaches, scuba, etc.). The jeep rental was an added bonus because you need transportation to get around. Our favorite activity was sitting on the balcony watching the sail boats and yachts come and go in Magens Bay.

Absolute paradise! Pictures do not do justice. Beautiful property with the most incredible views. Secluded beach with so many unique shells. Bryan was very friendly and extremely responsive with any questions. Would highly recommend!!!
