Allison made my stay perfect. The house was beautiful and pristine condition. She was so kind and accommodating with any question I had. The bed was great and everything was so clean. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. It is comfortable, clean and conveniently located. I really enjoyed my stay!

The Garden was wonderful! It was such a nice, quiet place within walking distance of many things. The suggestions and guest book were a nice touch, and were very helpful for us. The Garden was as nice as the photos suggested. The fire pit out back was very welcoming and secluded. Checking in, and checking out was really easy with clear instructions for each. This adorable duplex bungalow in midtown is the perfect cozy getaway! It had everything needed to feel right at home, from a well-stocked kitchen to thoughtful touches like fresh coffee beans. The location is unbeatable—right in the middle of it all, making it easy to explore. Comfortable, inviting, and well-equipped—I’ll definitely stay again!

Leslie was so kind and responsive from the very beginning! Our family was in town for the weekend and loved that we were able to all stay in one place and spend time together. The location of the house is so perfect right on the water and we enjoyed walks down to coffee and around the lake! Very grateful for a beautiful weekend. Thank you!

We had a nice stay. The pull-out sofa was reasonably comfortable. I enjoyed walking the neighborhood to get a sense of Reno. Just walk out the door and go right and up a few blocks.

Global's listing was well worth the visit. It is such a peaceful spot both inside and out. We walked around the lake, worked out in the gym, ate at the restaurant next door, had coffee and bagels at the coffee shop downstairs, watched 2 late nite movies on the ultra wide screen TV and utilized the well stocked kitchen to warm up left overs and make popcorn. It was so easyto just to relax around the complex, however we were also so close to all the activities we planned...15 minutes from the Belice musical that we attended in Reno, 7 minutes from the rifle range in Sparks, and 15 minutes from the Automotive Museum in Reno. Oh and the bed was super comfy!! This was an amazing getaway to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Thanks to Chris for sharing his space & hospitality!

The place is beautiful with lots of room. Well stocked and super clean. Neighborhood really nice and close to everything. Highly recommend.

Great stay! Place was beautiful. I was initially anticipating it would be a small place because sometimes pictures can be deceiving but it was very spacious and rooms were big. A little tricky to figure out where the way to the apt at first but once you got it down there were no issues. I will say the beds were a bit softer than we’d like but that’s more of a personal preference. Also if you are a light sleeper beware that the geese can be a little noisy and the noise from the upstairs neighbors walking in the middle of the night kept my husband up. But again it won’t affect everyone as I slept soundly but something to note. Place was stocked with kitchen gadgets and very clean. Loved that the linens and towels smelled clean but not like strong detergent. I would highly recommend Laney’s place again and stay again. The proximity to stores and restaurants is lovely. Laney is also very responsive to messages.

I stayed at a couple Airbnb's in Reno and Sibin's was by far the best. It was set up very nicely. Nice furniture, appliances, etc. Sibin was very fast with responses as well as kind and courteous. It was a quiet building & neighborhood. 10/10 experience!

It's not common I stay in a property without any previous reviews, but I've stayed at one of Sibin's properties before and loved it so i decided to take a chance. The apartment was exactly as pictured and had a nice ambiance. Having the gym in the same building makes for a convenient stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our stay with a couple of small families with toddler children was comfortable and fun! The house was very clean when we check in and the host was very quick to respond and communicate for any questions we had. Even offered us an extra high chair last minute! The open concept with the shared kitchen/dining/family room is a nice set up where everyone can be in one place at the same time and enjoy each other’s company while doing different things. They have some fun board games too! Overall great experience.

Such a good stay for our big group and family and friend celebration. The valley this house sits in is a real stunner. Snow in the distance. Rustic mountains up close. Yet still easy to get to Lemmon valley, golden valley, ski resorts (45-60 mins), moon rocks for dirt biking, animal ark and Raptor Adventures.

This home is in a great location and having the shuttle service to the Village is a huge bonus when skiing.

Shamir and Diana were fantastic hosts - very proactive and clear in their communications (e.g., clear check-in instructions, checking-in on how we were doing, helpful reminder the day before check-out) and the house was fantastic. Great proximity to Northstar (shuttle was very convenient), sizable rooms, comfortable beds, spacious hot tub, well-stocked kitchen and great 'kids' features that made it fun for the kids. We hope to be back!
