Requena-Utiel : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Vi nød de 4 overnatninger i Lucies lejlighed, som lå med gåafstand til det meste. Fint med soveværelse uden direkte lys, men med lysindfald fra gang og badeværelse, ingen gadestøj overhovedet. Alt var som beskrevet. Hyggeligt med lidt snak osv fra gaden i dagtimer. Dejligt for os, at vi kunne tjekke ind før beregnet, tak for det. Meget hurtig respons før, under og efter ophold. Vi anbefaler gerne lejligheden. Kan anbefale cykeltur gennem Turia til havnen og stranden. Der er cykelstier overalt i byen.

Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

Die Kommunikation mit Rebecca schon vorab sehr gut. Die Anreise war dadurch schon vieles wert. Wir sind sooo herzlich empfangen worden und der Tipp für den Weg in die Stadt kam gleich am nächsten Morgen. Valencia ist wirklich eine Reise wert und zu den Las Fallas sowieso. Ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Das Appartement sehr ruhig nach den Veranstaltungen ein wahrer Schatz.

This apartment exceeds expectations. The location is great, right in the lively Rusafa neighbourhood. The flat is a peaceful oasis of calm, with a huge balcony to enjoy outside space. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The hosts were very kind and considerate. Check in and check out were simple and straight forward. Highly recommended.

El apartamento es muy acogedor, tranquilo y limpio. La zona es tranquila, muy cerca de actividades de senderismo, enológicas… un acierto todo. No hay nada negativo reseñable 👌🏻

Lovely apartment in an amazing area. Clean and really comfortable, cosy enough to stay in on a cold afternoon. The area was amazing and the apartment was ideally situated for .. absolutely everything. Wonderful neighbourhood, we had an amazing stay in every way. Thank you very much indeed!

Nos sentimos bienvenidos en el alojamiento, te mueves en metro muy fácil a cualquier lugar en Valencia. La anfitriona muy amable y comprensiva.

Vanessa ha sido muy amable y responde ante cualquier duda muy rápida y de forma clara. La casa es tal cual se describe, ideal para hasta 4 personas. El baño y la cocina son totalmente funcionales y las camas / sofá cama son cómodos. La terraza tiene unas vistas buenísimas y se ve el mar sin tener edificios que lo tapen. La zona es tranquila (fuimos en semana santa) a menos de 5 minutos andando de la playa. Y también hay una zona de restaurantes, cafeterías, paseo marítimo amplio, zona para niños, puerto, etc. Es decir, puedes distraerte si vas con niños. La playa es de arena, nada de piedras. En definitiva, una muy buena opción para pasar unos días en la playa, pero a 20 minutos de Valencia para ver la ciudad de las artes, la zona del ayuntamiento y muy cerca de la pequeña Venecia.

Nuestra experiencia en casa de Cristian y Minerva ha sido muy buena. Nos hemos sentido como en nuestra propia casa, muy a gusto... La casa estaba muy limpia y cuidada, totalmente equipada, un 10 de 10. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo tipo de servicios y amenidades, playa accesible andando, cerca de la Albufera y Valencia ciudad... Cristian y Minerva han sido muy amables y nos dieron mucha flexibilidad tanto a la hora de entrar como al salir. Un lugar a recordar de forma muy positiva, por todo... Esperando volver a repetir en un futuro. Muchas gracias por todo!

Myself, my husband and 2 children (2 and 5) had a great family trip to Valencia with Nuria’s place being the perfect base. We visited the Bioparc, oceanographic, science museum, Gulliver’s park, old town and used the tourist bus! Not forgetting the beach every day! The accommodation was all that we needed for our quiet evenings as we were out the rest of the time. We all slept upstairs which was fine but older children/adults probably would prefer the proper bed downstairs rather than the sofa bed in the hallway.

Muy contentos con el trato y con la casa, estaba todo genial y justo lo que buscábamos. Si volvemos por la zona no dudaremos en volver a elegir dicha casa.

Paz, tranquilidad, un fin de semana perfecto. Solo por el exterior ya merece la pena. Nos hubiéramos quedado a vivir!!! Sin duda repetiremos. La anfitriona muy amable, responde a cualquier duda con rapidez. Gracias por acogernos en tu casa, espero vernos pronto

Unser 6-tägige Aufenthhalt in Emilios Orangenhain war fantistisch! Der Gastgeber stand uns bei Fragen oder Problemen immer zur Seite und war sehr engagiert uns einen bestmöglichen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die Anbindung mit dem Auto war gut, weil die Autobahn in der Nähe war und man somit ca. 40min nach Valenica braucht. Wir fanden die Unterkunft sehr sauber vor und vor allem die Aufteilung mit zwei seperaten, kleinen Häusern war für unsere Familie toll! Die Austattung mit Kaffemaschine, Kühlschrank, Wäscheständer etc. war ebenfalls perfekt! Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!!

ubicat al centre de la ciutat , ho tens tot a mà. la aparcament no es fàcil pero donant un parell de voltes aparcas.

Het huis was een fijne uitvalsbasis voor onze Fallas vakantie. Alexandra is zeer makkelijk benaderbaar en denkt heel fijn met je mee 😉. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Der Aufenthalt in Carmens Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen und die Wohnung stellte einen hervorragenden Ausgangspunkt für unsere Aktivitäten dar. Von der Wohnung aus ist man in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Wenige Gehminuten entfernt gibt es zwei Supermärkte. Im angrenzenden Viertel "Russafa" findet man viele Restaurants, Cafés, Shops und Fahrradverleie. Die Wohnung ist sauber gewesen und mit den nötigen Küchengeräten ausgestattet, die man für einen Urlaub braucht. Carmen war stets hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich!

Todo muy bien desde el principio hasta el final, una estancia corta pero muy agradable. Anfitriones muy simpáticos y atentos

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

They were excellent days of peace and beautiful views of the beach. The apartment is impeccable, we want to go back.

Piękny apartament w najlepszej lokalizacji. Idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania, blisko wiele restauracji, sklepów. Rewelacyjny taras i balkonik z widokiem na miasto. Bardzo podobał mi się styl w jakim jest urządzony. Polecam

Jana's place was perfect for my 2-night-stay in Valencia. Pretty much everything I wanted to see was within an easy walking distance. The studio itself is modern, clean and very spacious. Would happily recommend it to others and would book again when coming back to Valencia!

Patri was such an A+ host. She communicated days before we arrived, and was flexible with our arrival and departure times. She met us in person to give us a tour of her place, and provided some little touches, like a basket of fruit and vegetables, and some other goodies. She also gave us some good ideas on Fallas celebrations in the areas, and was very responsive for a couple of questions I had during the stay. Gracias Patri! :)

Todo perfecto, la casa genial y super bien ubicada

I recently stayed at Sali’s place, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Our group of six found the apartment was perfect for our needs—spacious, comfortable and very clean. The layout was ideal, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The common area was lovely for gathering, and the fully-equipped kitchen was great for preparing meals. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to local attractions, restaurants, shops and beaches. Sali was a very responsive host and answered any queries we had very promptly. All in all, this apartment was the perfect base for our group, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group!
