La casa di Antonella e splendida, in ogni angolo sì vede la passione e l'attenzione con cui è arredata, molto pulita e luminosa, non manca niente, persino occorrente per cucito. Tutto per la colazione, e un buon caffè. Oltre le aspettative. la casa è immersa nella natura, e anche l'esterno è molto curato. Antonella è stata molto gentile, premurosa e disponibile. I letti comodissimi . ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ringrazio molto Antonella e se dovessi ancora tornare in zona sceglierei nuovamente questo appartamento.

This is a whole floor in a nice looking villa on Lido, spacious, with a character and charm. Located perfectly between the beach and Vaporetto to Venice old town, and right next to multitude of bars (check out Olfa Soul), restaurants, gelaterias and groceries (Coop and Conad). If you want to spend several days wandering through Venice and at the same time spend calm evenings on the beach – the location is fantastic. Hosts are responsive and every aspect of us being there (two families with kids) was pretty awesome. Only warning: this is a second floor with a relatively steep staircase, people with limited mobility may experience issues getting in, and you can't roll a stroller into the apartment. The area around the villa, however, is kids friendly and very accessible.

We had a great time here! Giovanna is a very nice host, she sent us all the information we needed before arriving and even sent us videos so we could see the house and get the explanations. She also cared, if everything was okay and gave us good recommendations for the area. The house is amazing. Everything looks just like on the photos and we felt really comfortable. The kitchen is equipped perfectly, we found everything we needed and more. There is enough spaces for everybody and especially the bathrooms are great. Unfortunately the weather wasnt the best, when we were there, but we had a couple of days when we could use the pool and the BBQ, the outside are is very calm and relaxing. All in all, we had an amazing stay! Definitely recommend!

Ubytko bylo čisťounké, hezčí než na fotkách. Na rohu byla půjčovna kol. Nedaleko je lidl a další obchody. Jen na pláž se musí kousek cca 100m po silnici, jinak to je stezka k pláži bez aut. Pláž čisťounká. Každý den ji traktor upravoval.

L’appartement est top. Idéalement situé pour visiter tout Venise à pied. À 2 pas de l’arrêt de bateau bus. Un grand supermarché pas loin pour faire les courses. À moins de 10 minutes à pied de saint marc dans un sens et de l’arsenal de l’autre. L’appartement est très agréable, lumineux, avec une grande terrasse. Alberto et Federico sont très disponibles et réactifs. Ils nous ont donné une carte avec des recos de bars et de restaurants. Et répondent par messagerie très rapidement à nos questions. On a passé un excellent séjour, on espère revenir très bientôt!

Sonja è stata veramente disponibile e gentile, l'appartamento è veramente carino e ben tenuto. Fantastica esperienza

Senza parole… esperienza unica … ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Susi è il marito sono delle persone meravigliose. Prenotate senza esitare… troverete a disposizione qualsiasi cosa desiderate…. L unica pecca che ritornerete a casa con il magone .Grazie di cuore di tutto. A presto

Hallo, Wir hatten schöne Tage in dem Bungalow von Annalisa. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Der Garten ist eine grüne Oase mit Kräutern, die Gäste sogar nutzen dürfen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber hat gleichzeitig alles was man benötigt. Sehr positiv ist auch die einwandfreie Sauberkeit zu erwähnen. Bei Ankunft gibt Annalisa eine ausführliche Einweisung einschließlich Tipps für die Umgebung (Einkaufen/Freizeit/Restaurants). Wir waren Wehmütig bei der Abreise und können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen 😊.
