My guests and I had a really great time here. The home was so nice and we felt so comfortable. Everything available was really great.

Overall a great stay and home base for exploring the area. We stayed with our toddler and the bin of books and toys was awesome and kept him pretty occupied. I also appreciated the easy checkout and not having to do a billion things before leaving because its hard enough to get a 2 year old out the door! The host was responsive and let us check in a little early.

We arrived on a Monday, easily found the cottage and got settled. Walked around the neighborhood and found a place nearby for dinner. On Tuesday we had plans in LA and as we were headed back to the cottage a wildfire broke out nearby. We were not familiar enough with the area to feel comfortable guessing at whether we should evacuate or not...and people around us were clearly evacuating. So we ended up leaving, but Julia reached out several times, even though I'm sure she was busy with her house and cottage. Not the vacation that we planned, but we made the best of it. The cottage was really nice.

Every thing was good and perfect. We enjoyed and sure we came back again because we had best time there.

Clean, quiet and spacious. Has all the amenities one can need + well stocked with cutlery, linens, trash bags, etc..

Loved our stay here! Was coming out to the LA area to visit a friend and my brother. I traveled with my two little kids (3 and 5 years old) and it was perfect for us. Very conveniently located - lots of food options, two different Starbucks within 5 min drive, and a great park for the kids right down the street. I even came prepared with a bunch of toys for the kids, but didn't even need them! They were fully entertained with all of the stuff at the Airbnb. The space consisted of essentially only rooms - open kitchen with little dining table on the first floor and then one big room upstairs (with the 3 beds and Tv). It worked perfectly fine for us but might be too cramped for a larger family. Slight hassle to have the bathroom downstairs, but overall it was fine. Warning for those with kids though: the sliding door next to the kitchen gives a wonderful view of a huge pool and a trampoline (an area that is restricted to guests) so it maybe torturous for little ones.

This was a clean, extremely comfortable, and tastefully decorated apartment (full of original art!) with wonderful light and beautiful surroundings. Debbie was responsive and so friendly. Not fancy but far from shoddy! Entrance does require going up a fairly steep flight of stairs.

Great place, warm and friendly. Located near just about everything you could ask for. Laura and family were great hosts and help with everything we needed.

Gorgeous place, great location, amazing value, and such kind hosts. Would absolutely stay here again. Pablo and Jenna were incredibly communicative and helpful. I will miss walking to the amazing coffee shop nearby (Little Ripper) in the morning. This place really felt like home!

I had such an amazing stay at Alina’s place! The views, the privacy, the amazing aroma from the flowers, all combined into an excellent place for my first trip to LA! Couldn’t recommend this place more :) You’ll be getting 5 star views in a gorgeous & peaceful neighborhood with an amazing balcony and beautiful garden!

The home was as advertised. It was very clean and well furnished. The instructions to get in were easy to follow. They have also marked the light switches so that you know what each controls. It is a short walk to the restaurants on 4th and a similar walk the other way to the bluffs & beach. We have family just a block away from this home so I am positive that we will stay here again.

We highly recommend this beautiful retreat in Simi Valley! The hosts are incredible & very personable and bent over backwards to help us feel welcome & accommodated our every request. They made us feel like we were old family friends! The landscaping was so pretty & peaceful & the Casita was perfect for the 4 of us, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We didn’t worry about disturbing each other since they were on opposite sides of the Casita. Everything was provided & a clear manual was provided. Highly recommended- would definitely love to stay there again!

I had stayed the weekend with a friend for a concert and it exceeded our expectations! The place was super clean and the outdoor hangout area was adorable. The instructions for finding the airbnb and everything else were very easy to understand. Even the drive up there was beautiful!

I wasn't at the place for long because I was using it as a space to work for a day, so my review probably isn't extremely helpful to those who are staying here for a longer period of time or are on vacation to a new location. But Ed's place was great. It matched the listing. I am very familiar with the area, as I grew up int he area. It is very nice, quite, and safe. Had I been visiting Santa Monica from somewhere else, this place would be a great spot for a single person or couple who are visiting SoCal and needed a place to rest their heads in between sightseeing. It felt like a spot that my wife and I would have stayed in when we used to travel on a budget prior to having a family. The spot very much served its purpose for my use for the day. I plan on using Ed's place in the future if I need a quite place to work for a day or two.

The five of us had a great time. There was enough room and amenities. It was clean and quiet. Would stay again.

6日間とても快適に使わせてもらいました！特に日本人客の我々にとっては、まず地域自体の治安が良く安心して過ごせました。建物や内装も日本人が想像する「アメリカスタイル」という感じで、ワクワクして楽しく過ごせました。オーナーのFrancoさんはとても親切で、近くのレストランやスーパーなど教えてくれたり、トラブルにも臨機応変に対応してくれました。アーリーチェックインや、チェックアウト後の荷物の預けも対応してくれて、滞在期間をフルで有効に使うことができました。 僕が1番気に入ってたところは、庭にあるビーチイスで太陽浴びられるチルな時間でした。ここに泊まったおかげで、こんかいの旅を最大限に楽しめました、ありがとうございました！

Great location for Hollywood area attractions, Paramount Studios, LACMA, La Brea Tar Pits, Academy Museum, Rodeo Drive, Cedar Sinai and surrounding MDs and Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Much shopping nearby (10 minute walk) . Locations above were within 10-15 minutes driving (1.5 - 3 miles). Off-street parking is a definite plus. Clean, quiet and as advertised. Dogs can be kept inside if that is an issue for you - they are very friendly, though.

For being so close to the airport, you barely notice which I thought was great. Very quiet location and easy to get to highways. Super comfortable bed!

We had a nice time at Lu's guest house! The location of the home was so convenient right on the Expo line, and we barely noticed the sounds of the train running. It's spacious, clean, and has everything you might find yourself needing.

Cottage 1 is located on a quiet street in West Hollywood, but walkable to so many restaurants and local activities. It was very clean and comfortable. I would stay again.
