What can I say about Craig’s place that hasn’t already been said other than if I could give it 100 stars, I would. My husband and I spent 8 nights in this slice of heaven and felt like we were on top of the world. From the inception of our reservation, we were well cared for by Craig and Georgina, who lives local and looked in on us. We wanted for nothing. The well appointed kitchen, beautiful linens, hot tub, pool (although weather made it too cold to swim) washer and the views. The VIEWS were magical and the stars and silence at night….beautiful. The hiking around Competa and Canillas was lovely. Craig’s info so helpful and the tourism office in Competa helped us with hikes also. We loved the Aquaduct hike from Canillas to Archez and the Goat Path from Comp to Can. Both easy! So much fun in Competa also. Bars and restaurants full of wonderful folks from all over the world. So welcoming. We loved Adriano’s in Competa as well as Alicat. Two fun places! Thank you Craig and Georgina!

This is a lovely Spanish villa in the hills above Malaga. It had plenty of space for our party of 7 adults and one year old child. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the whole house was homely and beautifully presented. The outside kitchen area was much used and there were supermarkets within a short drive to stock up the fridges. The pool area, complete with hammock and sun loungers was delightful and the jacuzzi was a relaxing alternative . A car is essential for getting in provisions and making visits in the area. Jose was definitely a Superhost and always attentive to enquiries . He made some great recommendations for day trips and restaurants. We visited Malaga, Marbella, Mijas, & did the cool zip line at Sunview Pk as well as the Caminito del Rey hike. We had a wonderful week and highly recommend a holiday here.

The villa was superb every little think you can imagine Tatiana had it all ,a group of 6 adults in a room each and still lots o room ,villa is on a bit of a hill but taxis are cheap ,we will definitely be back in the near future

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Finca war herausragend! Mit Abstand das schönste, sauberste, gepflegteste und luxuriöseste Airbnb, in dem wir je waren. Es war alles rundum perfekt! Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig in den Bergen mit grandioser Aussicht. Die Finca ist liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet, super gemütlich, sehr luxuriös - es fehlt an Nichts! Man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Es war alles unfassbar sauber und gepflegt. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt! Noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern :) Die Kommutation zum Host ist super nett, wir wurden herzlich in Empfang genommen, war jederzeit erreichbar und wir haben tolle Tipps für die Gegend bekommen. Alles in allem eine 10/10. Danke, dass wir bei euch sein durften.

What a wonderful Villa we’ve stayed in. Everything was great. Steve even got us a square table for us so we can play cards. Well worth the money. Highly recommended.

We had 3 parties, 2birthdays and a 5yr old boy to enjoy the facilities even though it predominantly rained, the heated pool and hot tub were a godsend and the games available were just brilliant for the dry spells. I would not hesitate to recommend the 2villas and space to anyone. Thanks Antonio

Absolutely stunning villa - I can’t find the words to describe how beautiful it is. Everyone on our trip was overwhelmed by it. The kitchen was well stocked and very well equipped. Couldn’t fault a thing about our stay. The grounds were fabulous and it was very useful to be able to drop our bags off before check in. There’s lovely outdoor dining in various areas of the grounds. There’s outdoor bar is very useful for pool days. 10/10

Enjoyed every minute staying here. The host was responsive and helped us organise a food shop as the flight we were on was late in the evening. The check out was flexible and the villa itself was lovely with plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. We visited the restaurant nearby and also walked into La Cala which only took 10 mins. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

A true gem in the area of Fuengirola! The house is spacious and comfortable and the view is amazing! The host Johan is very kind, replies quickly and makes sure everything is in order and ready for you to enjoy. The location is perfect! It’s quiet and you can walk to the beach. It was my second time at this house and I will be back for sure!

Very good value for our booking period and exactly as described. Great amount of space for the price, very quiet location a short walk down to various restaurants etc. It seemed like the obvious one to book when we searched and I would definitely book it again. Only minor thing to mention was that the outdoor table area to the right of the house wasn’t very clean and the table-tennis table looks like it has seen better days. But the weather has been so unusually bad in Malaga recently that I can understand parts of the outside not being absolutely tip-top when we were there. There is a lovely terrace off the lounge which we spent a lot of time on, also enjoyed braving the pool in the rain! We also made use of the great luggage storage room in the centre of Malaga.

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa. Syreeta is a fantastic host nothing is too much trouble for her. She kept in contact before and during our stay which we really appreciated. The villa is exactly as described and has all the amenities you could want. The garden is lovely and well maintained. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning next year

We had a fantastic stay at Carlos’ apartment! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how bright, spacious, and clean it was. The large windows let in so much natural light, making it a perfect space for groups of friends or family to gather and enjoy quality time together. Carlos is an excellent host—he truly understands the needs of a larger group, ensuring the kitchen and dining supplies were well-stocked, and even providing plenty of cleaning supplies so everyone could pitch in. Carlos also gave us a great restaurant recommendation—Mesón Andrés—which was absolutely amazing in terms of taste! He was always super friendly, responsive, and quick to assist with any minor issues. We also tried to use the heated pool, but since the weather had been quite cold and rainy (around 10°C), it wasn’t as warm as we had hoped—still usable, but more lukewarm than truly warm.

I was a Superhost myself so my expectations are rather high. This place exceeded my expectations. There were SO many extras not mentioned in the listing (tons of spices, condiments, even food (unopened), coffee, ice packs for cooler as well as cooler, detergent, plenty of bathroom and even cleaning supplies and vacuum). The host left us a really nice welcome supply of all kinds of fruits, veggies, snacks, wine, beer, soda and water. We have stayed in many countries and this was by far the best stocked place. Go to the villa first before grocery shopping. We had an issue that a remote was low on batteries and there was even replacement batteries at property. Sauna was amazing. The two washers were an added bonus as we were two families. Super safe area, easy to find and drop dead gorgeous views. We are so lucky to have booked this place. Nico is a fantastic host, super responsive. He gave us plenty of recommendations for local restaurants, all were great. Highly recommend this place.

We visited in a large (11 person) family group to celebrate my dad’s special birthday. The villa was as described; beautiful, spacious, large covered pool (which was ideal as we could use it all day and not worry about children getting sunburn). Stef was a great host - very helpful and super responsive. We had a couple of days of extreme heat, which sent the ants indoors, but Stef came by within a couple of hours of me mentioning it to clear and spray the affected room, with a promise of calling in pest control if the problem persisted (which it didn’t). Highly recommend for a group visit. A short walk to the nearest beach, a couple of nice local restaurants, a stone-throw from the airport (7 min drive) with parking for up to 3 cars. Thank you Stef!

Was highly impressed by the property and couldn't fault anything during my stay apart from the lack of sunshine! lol The hosts were extremely helpful and response time was incredible with any questions I had. The property itself is stunning and extremely spacious for 12 people. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to visit.

Het huis is gelegen in een rustige residentiële wijk met enkel laagbouw en is zeer privé. Het is bijzonder ruim en heeft een groot overdekt terras met zon- of windscherm waar het, ook nu het wat frisser was, fijn was om buiten te zitten. De kamers zijn aangenaam met veel kastruimte. De keuken is volledig en praktisch ingericht, alles is voorzien. Er was steeds plaats voor onze huurwagen voor de deur. Voor ons gezelschap was de locatie ideaal, aangezien we van daaruit ook Cordoba en Granada bezochten. Hier en daar is er wat slijtage, het is dan ook geen nieuwbouw. Maar dit is miniem en stoorde helemaal niet, het huis is in werkelijkheid beter dan op de foto's van de advertentie. We werden hartelijk ontvangen, de host was heel beschikbaar voor vragen. Absoluut een aanrader!

Great Villa, superb views, excellent pool, lots of space for family and friends to spread out and have a relaxing holiday together, highly recommended…we would definitely book again

The villa was the perfect accommodation for a family holiday, the villa was so clean and had everything we needed for ourselves and our young children. The Villa is in a quiet cul de sac and was so peaceful and quiet. The pool was clean and warm and there was a large well kept garden for the children to play. There is a verity of shops, bars and restaurants all within close walking distance and the neighbourhood felt very safe. Overall the owners had really thought about everything that would make your stay relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely be returning when we visit Calahonda again.

Beautiful location with stunning views. Very private. Mike welcomed us and was super friendly and helpful. The hosts were very approachable but not intrusive. The house was very clean and well equipped. Felt very homely and comfortable. The outside terrace was private and had a stunning view. It was sadly a little cold to use the pool due to the time of year but I imagine this would be fantastic in the summer. Instructions to reach the house were very clear and we had no issues finding it. We were staying just after worst rain in years so the way was a bit muddier than usual. We wish we had a 4x4 but under usual circumstances I don’t think this would be essential. Truly beautiful and I hope we can stay again in the future!

We had a lovely stay, the villa is beautiful, with gorgeous views of the sea and mountains. Unfortunately, we did not have the winter sun we were hoping for during our stay but this did not stop us all enjoying the Villa and surrounding area. A short (but very steep) walk up the hill takes you into the pueblo with lots of restaurants/shop etc. The bus stop at the top of the road lets you explore the local area with lots of routes. The playroom/snug is great if travelling with children like we were. Tom was also very helpful and responsive.

J’ai séjourné dans le logement proposé par Roger dans le cadre d’un roadtrip à moto en Andalousie en Septembre/Octobre 2024. Le fait d’avoir un garage privé était un plus par rapport à d’autres logements. Le logement est parfait, l’environnement très calme, Marbella à 15 mins de voiture, et la vue de la terrasse est tout simplement magnifique ainsi que le jardin, et la piscine. Je recommande ce logement à 200%

Roseann war ein super Host. Immer erreichbar, äußerst sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Eine Frau mit Herz! Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und bietet viele, schöne Orte zum Verweilen. Auch die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Danke, liebe Roseann, dass wir in Ihrem Haus Gast sein durften!

Gorgeous villa with beautiful outdoor space and an amazing pool and hot tub. Michala was responsive to messages and was very helpful. She gave us suggestions for days out and events and the guest book was very useful. The surrounding area is beautiful with shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. A lovely peaceful and tranquil place to stay for our wedding anniversary.
