This stay was absolutely perfect. The host was very responsive and helpful! We had 8 people and a baby the home perfectly fit us comfortably. The host was kind enough to provide a pack n play as well as other baby carriers that made our weekend effortless. We felt very safe and very welcome our entire stay!

Would definitely stay again! Only had one little hiccup with an outside house appliance which Jennifer took care of almost immediately. Responded very quickly on the Airbnb messenger for everything and was easy to work with. The house itself was incredibly spacious and ready for our group. It was very close to the things we needed to get to and really worked out well for us.

Great location and very spacious house. Stayed here with 2 kids and 3 adults.. and had more than enough room for all of us. Has lots of different room and places for kids to play. Quiet and beds were very comfortable. Tyler was a great host very communicative.

We had a fantastic stay at the Old Schoolhouse property and definitely recommend it! It's perfectly located, super close to the area's amazing breweries, wineries, and hikes. The property was as advertised and was extremely cozy. Our favorite part was the walking paths throughout; it snowed quite a bit during our stay and walking the area was magical!

Vidale’s place was great, plenty of room for a large group, we were a group of 25 and all slept comfortably with enough room with the two extra added spaces. The place had everything we needed. Will definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Vidale!

Incredibly grateful for this home and for the KOA next to it! We knew we were booking a home with lots of bedrooms a hot tub (the most important things!) but we had no idea it offered so much more. A working fireplace when we got snowed in, a KOA with plenty of activities literally next door, a stunning walking path that we took through the snow when we got snowed in, and an incredibly kind crew who helped us get our cars un-stuck. If I had to be anywhere during a snowstorm, it would be here. And if I had any questions, the KOA was there next door to answer them. Super easy. We were walking distance to tubing, a six minute drive from historic downtown. We just have to come back when the weather is nicer to take advantage of the mini golf!

Fantastic location!! Every day we walked to have breakfast in an amazing nearby restaurant and from there walked some more to get to Capitol Hill, Desiree was a great host very responsive, the place was very clean, exactly what we were looking for

This is the second time we've stayed here. It's a great place, exactly as described. It has two good sized bedrooms and full baths. It has a full kitchen with modern, full-sized appliances. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed to be well equipped with kitchen necessities. There was a Nespresso coffee maker with an ample supply of coffee pods, as well as the automatic drip mentioned in the listing. There were filters and coffee for the drip machine. I think I saw a French press or two in a cabinet but didn't pull them out. There packets of jam, honey, soy sauce, and more in the fridge. It's in an urban, diverse neighborhood, which is perfect for us. It's a short walk to a great organic supermarket (Yes! Organic), a little longer to Safeway. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The Metro is close, too; even closer is a bus that goes downtown. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if it's available on our next visit.

This was a perfect place for our visit to DC and nearby family. Katherine is a gracious, communicative host. The place was immaculate and comfortable. Lots of nice touches like great smelling soaps, extra blankets and bedding, a toothbrush kit, and ample cookware. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Thank you, Katherine!

My husband, our two dogs and I had a wonderful stay at Benjamin's unit. It was spectacularly clean and huge, and had everything we needed and more. Benjamin was also really easy to communicate with from start to finish and was very accommodating of our needs. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and just a few minutes walk to a beautiful park. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in DC.

We had a wonderful night at the condo. Our host let us know in the morning it was clean and ready so that we could check in early. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay. Located in the quaint historic town of Occoquan, it was the perfect stop on our drive from NY to SC. It was spacious and well equipped. My husband, an artist, really liked the large green painting in the living room. Thank you!

My husband and I had a good stay at Willie’s place which is quite new. We had great communication with him and he answered all of our questions. Everything was clean and tidy and the neighborhood is really quiet, located in a cul-de-sac. We recommend it to everyone who needs to stay in DC and Arlington.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

We loved our 1-night stay after a concert! Super quiet and peaceful inside. The home was exactly as pictured, smelled wonderful & had so many amenities I appreciated- tons of lighting options, retractable shades, huge mirrors, comfy furniture, beautiful kitchen. Hosts were responsive & provided so many helpful instructions. They also take care of everything after check-out which is a nice perk. Gorgeous space with beautiful finishes! Finding parking (with pass) was pretty easy. Thanks so much for hosting us!
