The Apartment was very nice and in a great location. 5 min walking to the beach. In the Apartment we found everything we neded. Every room has air conditioner. Very good communication. Mari Angeles was very helpfull. We are very recomending this place to stay and Mari Angeles as a host.

Fue una muy bonita experiencia, Sandra estuvo muy pendiente siempre y fue super amable, su esposo también fue muy amable y respetuoso, la llegada al Airbnb fue supera fácil, sin ninguna complicación. Al entrar al piso todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado, nos sentimos muy cómodos con mi familia y pudimos disfrutar como era merecido, sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme aquí, muchas gracias Sandra por la atención brindada.

La casa fue una maravilla! Estaba genial ubicada y tenía unas vistas muy bonitas al mar. El apartamento estaba impecable y Candida fue muy atenta en todo momento. Repetiría sin duda!!

La urbanización es super tranquila, la terracita está genial y la playa a dos minutos. José Antonio (el anfitrión) disponible para cualquier cosa. Buena experiencia, lo recomiendo.

Appartement agréable très calme et très bien équipé. Belle terrasse. Idéal pour se reposer. Par contre ville morte en hivers.

The apartment was spacious and immaculately clean with every amenity we could need. The location was fabulous, waking distance to great bars, restaurants (fab hotel roof top bar directly across the square) and the town and beach areas. Carlotta was a fantastic host, very responsive and friendly and a lovely person. There were 5 of us, all adults and plenty of room for everyone with 2 lovely bathrooms (shower water pressure was amazing) I totally recommend this place and will definitely stay again as Almeria is a lovely place we will visit again. Thank you Carlotta for a great stay x

La casa es magnífica en un entorno excepcional. Alfonso y Ana han estado disponibles y han sido muy amables. Un lugar estupendo, totalmente recomendable

We’ve had a delightful stay in Christians apartment. Location is perfect, for beach, bar and restaurants . We would advise that you need a car if you want to go further afield. Superb local beaches/ resorts of Garrucha and Mojacar a very short drive away and defiantly worth the visit. Many thanks Christian we wholeheartedly recommend.

Five stars. Beautiful and huge home. We loved enjoying the view from the roof deck. Only one minor downside was that only four towels (one towel per guest) were provided so we needed to do laundry to have beach towels. Also be aware that trash can only be taken out at night so you will need to carry out any trash you generate on your last morning. Still great stay, would visit again and bring our own towels

La casa es perfecta para disfrutar de unos días por la zona. Todo está muy nuevo y la casa tiene todos los detalles. El aire acondicionado ha sido vital para estos días de calor. La urbanización es muy tranquila, la piscina abre hasta las 12:00h de la noche y tiene un supermercado Mercadona a unos 200 m de distancia. Seguro que volvemos en nuestra próxima visita a Vera Playa.

Sehr lieber und freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Er war auch immer erreichbar. Playa Serena ist ca. in 25 min mit Auto zu erreichen und ein sehr toller Strand. Was man zu Unterkunft noch wissen sollte ist, dass wenn man für zwei Personen bucht, man nicht das ganze Haus bekommt. 2 Schlafzimmer sind dann abgeschlossen und stehen nicht zur Verfügung. Hier wäre vielleicht zukünftig ein Hinweis im Inserat gut. Das WiFi war nicht sehr stabil. Raul will sich darum kümmern.

Alojamiento moderno, estético y acogedor. La atención del anfitrión es de 10. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, las camas no están hechas al llegar (te proporcionan las sábanas y toallas). Falta de intimidad con el apartamento vecino (terraza).

El apartamento es precioso ,estaba reluciente y olía fenomenal, Marian es una anfitriona excelente nos dio indicaciones de la zona y nos recomendó varios sitios, sin duda volveremos

Han sido unos días muy agradables por la comodidad de la ubicación de la casa, la amplitud y lo bien equipada que está. repetiremos, sin duda!!!

Fint och stort boende. Behändigt att värden tillhandahåller med sängkläder och handdukar. Härlig gemensam pool. Bra garage. Det finns många bra restauranger i Almeria.

wunderschöne Villa in atemberaubender Berglandschaft. Viele schöne Schattenplätze inkl 2 schattiger schöner Terassen, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, gute Infrastruktur und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Miejsce jest magiczne! Od pierwszego momentu można poczuć się jak w domu, jest bardzo przytulnie, czysto, jasno. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, można znaleźć wszystko czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki jak i bardzo długi pobyt. Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna, blisko ośrodka sportowego, do plaży maksymalnie 2 minuty. Okolica jest też cicha, a jednocześnie blisko sklepów i restauracji (zarówno pieszo jak i samochodem).

The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt geliebt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber blitzsauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Inventar sowie auch die Poolmöbel sind wirklich hochwertig und in einem super Zustand. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind insbesondere aufgrund der Aussicht auf die Berge einfach perfekt. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber Restaurants, Cafés und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt hinter dem Haus, kann man in den Bergen mit dem Hund spazieren gehen. Auch Dan & Natalie waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben stets versucht uns bestmöglich weiterzuhelfen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und freuen uns schon hoffentlich ganz bald wieder zu kommen!

Wir haben für unserem Roadtrip durch Spanien bestimmt 300 Wohnungen durchgesehen und Sam und Mats Wohnung war klar der Outperformer. Das Haus ist wirklich gut entworfen. Man fährt praktisch direkt hinein und geht vom eigenen Parkplatz zum Fahrstuhl. Eine super Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, in einem Stil, den man auch selbst wählen würde. Super Lage und ein Blick wie im Film. Die Betten sind gut, das Bad einfach klasse. Starker Wasserdruck, heißes Wasser, alles sehr funktional. Wer gerne kocht, findet alles in der Küche. Außerdem funktionieren alle Geräte sehr gut. Man kann es hier auch länger aushalten. Und die Terrasse ist eigentlich unbeschreiblich!!

I was in Almeria for a work trip (at the university). Zapillo is a great neighborhood to stay in. It has convenient bus service to the university. The beach (and lots of restaurants) were a block away. But, it is not too long a walk into the main city area. It was nice to have a reserved parking space in a nearby garage because I had driven in from Madrid. Comfortable bed. Full kitchen (but I only used the coffee maker). Washer and dryer. I was a solo traveler but it would also have been a nice place to stay for two people as well.

Silvia’s house was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, extremely clean. We loved the privacy and security. A very peaceful neighborhood. Our only very small disappointment was that the washing machine was not in use. We would highly recommend Silvia’s house for a great stay.

The apartment was a home from home. It was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities one could ask for. The location was also excellent with many restaurants, bars and shops all within a few minutes walk. Aquacena was always very responsive and helpful. 100% recommended.
