Die Bungalows von Oscar sind wirklich wunderschön. Sie befinden sich in einem riesigen, super toll gepflegtem Grundstück, teilweise mit Rasen und vielen tollen Pflanzen und teilweise mit großen alten Bäumen, Lebensbereich für viele Affen, Leguane und natürlich vielen Võgeln. Eine Oase um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Bungalows super schön und gepflegt, heißes Wasser in der Dusche. Die Außenküche sauber und ausreichend um selbst zu kochen. Luis der nette und freundliche Gärtner und Verwalter pflegt die riesige Finca liebevoll. Die Bushaltestell ist 100m an der Hauptstraße entfernt, an der mehrmals täglich Busse nach und von Puerto Viejo nach Guapilles fahren. Ein recht gut sortierten Supermarkt und der Rio Viejo mit netten Sandstrand sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Für Naturliebhaber kann ich diese tolle Unterkunft mehr als 100%ig empfehlen. Oscar Alberto war immer leicht erreichbar und die Kommunikation super. Danke Oscar und Luis für den schönen Aufenthalt in der Finca

Where do we start? David and his oasis in the mountains surrounding Orosi are the quintessential models for host and lodging. The casita is set up a forested and river winding mountainside with the most gorgeous surroundings and vistas. The casita itself is beautiful with all the amenities one could imagine, a very very comfortable queen bed, and a sweet fully stocked kitchenette. There is even a gas grill if one desires to bbq on the beautiful patio. So much to love about the casita but that is even over matched by the wonderful host, David. David communicated with us in great detail and met us at a set point to help guide us up the mountain. Fording a river and navigating steep twisting turns, we subsequently had no problem driving to and from the property into the sweet town. You will be hard pressed to find a more gentle, enthusiastic, creative, informative and caring host than David. Though interacting with him is marvelous he certainly provides privacy. The absolute best! Go!!!!!

Katherine is a great host! This was our first time visiting Tortuguero so we had many questions and Katherine was kind in answering. The location is central to the shops and restaurants with great beach access. Thumbs up!

I have stayed here twice because it is a great place to stay with many conveniences. A combination of local eateries as well as international fastfood chains are within easy walking distance. The train station is just a 5 minute walk away. This studio is fully equipped with all eating utensils and appliances for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool and barbecue pit are a great feature and the views from. the top floor are amazing. Jorge puts a little extra Into providing a welcoming experience including fashioning the bath towels into swans. This is a great place to stay and is reasonably priced.

Nice furnishings and unique set up with kitchen and bathrooms separate from the dome but just literally step outside the dome door. The breakfast was fabulous and was in a traditional banana leaf with rice, bacon, eggs. This is as close to camping as I like to get. The windows are plastic so it's not entirely clear to see out but it's still unique. There are two domes on the property and next door is another house rental. It's along a gravel road with other residences and pretty quiet. Community cat a friendly guest who shows up just as the food is delivered. Use Waze to find it.

Unkomplizierte Vermieter und angenehme Wohnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Turrialba. Sehr bequeme Betten. Alles sehr gut und wie beschrieben, mir der einzigen Unannehmlichkeit eines sehr lauten Hunds nebenan.
