What a gem! Exactly as described, but pictures do not do it justice! Shawn was very responsive when I had questions and very flexible. The drinks and snacks were GREATLY appreciated! This has to be my favorite rental!

We absolutely loved this place! We were able to check in an hour before regular check-in and the place was beautiful so nice and clean with lots of space. The views of the ocean were amazing. They even left us snacks and chocolate, which were a big hit for the kids! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at the Mermaid Surf Bungalow was fantastic! We were so excited to arrive after seeing the pictures online but it was even better than we expected! The house was very well set up for a large group and the kitchen was very functional with upscale appliances. The view is beyond amazing! We got up most mornings to see the sunrise and even walked the short distance to the beach to watch. Watching the tides roll in and out of the marsh is also quite a sight and the bird sightings delighted us. We will certainly plan another trip to this wonderful location!

We absolutely loved Peter and Sally’s house, especially the front porch. We spent all of our time out there watching the world go by and taking in the beautiful view of the water. The house was clean and incredibly well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The beds were comfortable and the living room was great for family movie nights. The little beach across the road was perfect for our quicker beach trips (we have an 11 month old). I was worried about noise from the road but traffic really dies down at night and we hardly noticed it during the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would stay here again!

Doug and Hope were fantastic hosts. Very friendly and willing to help with anything I may have needed. I especially appreciated the extra attention they put into welcoming us by giving a small welcome gift and note. You can tell they pay attention to the details. The property is beautiful as well! Loved our time there.

We really loved Hayley’s place! I think the thing that got me the most was the thoughtfulness of her to put out a basket of baby toys for our little one! The home was cozy, cute, comfortable and such a good location! Would stay again :)

It was exactly what my family was looking for. It was relaxing and private. It allowed us to not feel cramped like a hotel stay, but allowed us to cook and enjoy the relaxing day. If you have a small kid, the golf cart is a must!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

Très bonne localisation par rapport au métro qui permet de relier le centre de Boston. Personnel agréable, beaux locaux, le tout dans un environnement calme. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

jermo's place had everything I needed, the lake was beautiful, and he was very proactive with my needs. The house was very clean. The breakfast and coffee bar was top notch and always stocked with tons of goodies even Halloween candy 🍬 🍭. I already booked my stay for next year!

A casa era linda e muito espaçosa, exatamente como nas fotos! Muito confortável, com muitas amenidades, muitos utensílios na cozinha, enfim o que torna a estadia muito mais agradável. Viajamos com nossos filhos pequenos e a diversão foi garantida com a infinidade de jogos que havia na casa. Ficamos na época do inverno e foi maravilhoso pois as crianças puderam brincar com a neve no quintal Com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo in Boston, and I can't recommend it enough! The space was immaculate—everything was spotless and organized to perfection. It was clear that the hosts put a lot of effort into making sure guests feel at home. The decor was modern and cozy, creating a perfect environment to relax after exploring the city. Communication was seamless from start to finish. The host was very responsive and made sure all my questions were answered quickly, which made the whole experience stress-free. The location is ideal, too—close to everything you want to see in Boston, but still quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Beautiful home right on the water. Hot tub was amazing to watch sunset and take in the Boston skyline. Check In and check out was easy with clear instructions. Definitely would love to come back over the Summer or Fall.

The house was beautiful! It was squeaky clean, the kitchen was very spacious and the bedrooms were perfect for my family. The ferry to Boston was very close, a short walk. The house had everything we needed. We all had a wonderful time and plan on going back. Five stars all around!!

This cozy space in a beautiful coastal neighborhood was perfect for a 1-night stay for myself, my husband, and our two dogs. Hosts were friendly and easy to work with. We found everything we needed.

The house is spacious and very comfortable, ideal for large groups, everything was clean and organized. The house has everything you need for a long stay, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to the center and public transportation, supermarkets, etc. Ben is super friendly and communicates quickly. I recommend 100% this stay we had a great time.

We felt instantly happy with our choice to book with Danielle & Matt. Danielle was so great with communication during our stay. You can tell a lot of attention to detail went in to setting up this Airbnb. Super clean space with a very comfortable bed. Anything you might have forgot to pack for your trip ( razors, melatonin, hairdryer) was easily assessed. I will say the only hang up we had was trying to put our son down for a nap, if your toddlers needs a completely dark room during the early afternoon it could be hard to get them down due to the sheer curtains Besides that we highly recommend booking!

I stayed here for my wedding weekend with my family. This homes was a perfect little cottage for us. Everything was beautiful, comfortable and clean.

Highly recommended! Ashley was super responsive and Justin was so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
