fantastic property, and so stunning would reccomend to everyone only problem is the apartment looks over a wetherspoons pub garden so at around 8am they are binning all their glass bottles so if the windows are open it’s very loud

we had the most fantastic stay and will definitely be back. we've been to lowestoft before but the location here made it even better. sea views from the apartment. the place is immaculate. I was worried about noise from neighbours as we usually stay in houses, but it's over 2 floors with the bedrooms being on the top floor - perfect. the kitchen is brand new as are the bathrooms, no expense has been spared. the beds are very comfy and the linen was amazing. even a bottle of bubbly waiting for us - thank you! our only very minor quibble was the blinds in the bedrooms don't fully cover the windows, we wore eye Masks which was no drama but our 6 year old was up very early every morning. next time we will pack a travel black out blind. that's our only very minor issue in a perfect and stunning apartment. thank you 😊

A really comfortable and cosy apartment. The city centre is within easy reach and the parking space was a real bonus. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Harry & Rachael were great hosts. Very responsive when we had a problem with the tv which wasn’t their fault and they came to get it right straightaway. Their place is really convenient of being right in the centre of Woodbridge. We had a lovely stay for two nights. Perfect for what we needed.

Wonderful weekend base for sons couple of football games that happened to be in the same area. Incredibly responsive host, and probably the most immaculately clean airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Board games and card games were played and the dvds in the kids bedroom were watched. A wonderful couple of family nights spent away. Highly, highly recommended.

Perfect location for a weekend in Norwich, however it is very loud at night. We also had a few people sleeping in the entrance of the flat on the first night but they appeared to have left by the morning. The flat is so lovely inside, has everything you need and is very spacious. However there was a lot of dust on the stairs and the bannisters. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, also the parking is literally about 2 mins away! Overall we loved our weekend and will definitely be back soon!

I was really impressed with my stay here, I would highly recommend to my family and friends to stay here its in a great location great price , not far to felixstowe where I met up with family, it was lovely decor ,clean and cosy big TVs in every room and how it was listed in the advert .I and my sons were really impressed with the bedside tables that charge your phones by just placing them on top! The lighting was great and a lovely outside area to sit and relax in the summer so I will defiantly be returning loved it! Thanks for the stay.

Really nice flat and spotless clean. Very comfortable with everything you need including several soft towels, a hair dryer, toiletries and well eqipped kitchen. Coffee and Tea was very appreciated. Fantastic host, responding to any questions within seconds. Easy parking. A great base to explore Norfolk and Suffolk. We'll stay there again.

Perfect central location, amazing restaurants on the doorstep and the beach a stones throw away. Given how central it was with another flat above it we found the flat peaceful and enjoyed our weekend away.

stuart was responsive to messages and gave perfect details to checking in. great location, minutes walk to waterfront/theatres and pubs. only downside was toilets not as vlean as id liked and towel radiators very dusty but admittedly i have high standards! the bedroom needs curtains or black out blinds, the venetion blinds just didnt block out light so we were awake from 7am because of the light. the bed is also very high, we were ok but elderley people/children may have issues getting in and out of the bed. however, overall was a nice apartment and would recommend.

Really lovely apartment with fantastic views. So many great amenities nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and had a lovely weekend in Ipswich. Very comfortable beds and lovely decor in the apartment. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Ipswich. Great communication from the host. Totally recommend a stay here. Thank you!

Andrew and his colleagues were very helpful. I received detailed check-in instructions and although it took me a few minutes to find the lock box -- go through the entrance to parking and do a 180 and you'll see the lock boxes on the brick wall -- access was easy and the flat was lovely. There was a problem with the TV remote control and within minutes of reporting it I got a text response, which was followed up by a phone call and then an in-person visit. Once it was determined that a replacement remote was needed it was provided the following day while I was out. Very friendly and responsive!

Claire and Simon were very welcoming and happy to help with anything. The Loft is an amazing cosy space and Claire has thought of everything for a comfortable stay. Hope to stay again soon. Thank you Claire and Simon

Absolute Gem of a property in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. the accommodation is perfectly laid out and the hot tub is perfect at the end of the day to relax in. Have already contacted them about future stays as will definitely be booking again.

Really lush place. Peacocks everywhere, silent surroundings and beautiful views. The hot tub had quite a lot of chlorine in it which bleached my swim suit but otherwise it was such a great stay. Hosts were really helpful. Really nice little welcome of biscuits and fizz. We’re really sad to have left it was fab

Fantastic place, and really good value. We were staying for the Ipswich vs Forest game and to be honest you couldn’t be any closer to the away turnstile if you tried. The terrace and hot tub were a really nice touch, and the accommodation itself has everything you need. Comms from Matt were excellent and everything was straightforward and as expected. Would definitely recommend.

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.
