Very cozy small apartment but not cluttered, fully equipped kitchen and everything was very clean. Location was more than perfect for us, easy to go everywhere. Getting up so many stairs to the 5th floor was definitely a work-out so be mindful of that. On the good side, the view is AMAZING! It was perfect for our small week stay and LaMott was very friendly and responsive. Wish we had the time to do some yoga classes, maybe next time! I can recommend it :)

快適な1週間でした！ ご夫婦はとても親切で、チェックイン時に丁寧な説明をしてくれました。滞在中も私たちのことを気にかけてくれてまるで実家に帰ったかのようでした。お風呂はすぐにお湯も出て、シャワーの水圧もよかったです。部屋の中の温度もちょうどよく、寒かったり暑かったりすることはありませんでした。子供ふたりと1週間滞在したのでキッチン用品が全て揃っていて助かりました。ベッドのマットレスもリネン類も快適です！庭に卓球台を出してくれて子供たちは大喜びでした！Cityへは最寄りのバス停（子供と歩いて10分程度）から20分ほど、スーパーも徒歩15分ほどのところにあります。キッチンに本格的なコーヒーメーカーがあることが本当に嬉しかったです！ 朝は小鳥の鳴き声で目覚め夢のような滞在でした。次回もまた泊まりたいです！

Eine tolle und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet ist. Enrico ist äußerst hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Ich habe die Wohnung für einen längeren Zeitraum gebucht und war rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank!

The apartments are beautiful and modern, and the high ceilings make them feel very airy. They are clean and comfortable. The kitchenette has everything you need - although if you intend to make meals at home you should be aware that there is no kitchen vent and as such it is inadvisable to make food that produces smoke on the stovetop (this is also noted in the rules but it bears repeating, I think). Sarah and Severine were very kind and helpful in our interactions, provided all the information we needed and answered our questions in a timely manner. All in all an excellent stay in a beautiful place. I would not hesitate to recommend staying in the apartment or with Severine!

We have recently stayed in a wonderful apartment located in a peaceful neighborhood in Bonn. The apartment was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and modern, high-quality appliances. The living space was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere for our stay. On request, the second bedroom was prepared, which was very accommodating. The kitchen was cozy and well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bathroom was spacious and very pleasant. Overall, it was a lovely and comfortable stay in a quiet area, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bonn.

Die Wohnung war super schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und sehr sauber, die Gastgeberin super lieb und immer erreichbar. Die Nachbarn waren sehr ruhig und freundlich, man hat von draußen kein Lärm gehört. Alles war top.

Freundlicher Gastgeber, gibt einem alle nötigen Infos, bietet bei Bedarf weitere Informationen an, erkundigt sich, ob alles in Ordnung ist, und ist gleichzeitig angenehm zurückhaltend (nervt nicht, aber man weiß, wenn was sein sollte, kümmert er sich). Check-in ist sehr leicht und bei der Einrichtung und Vorbereitung der Wohnung wird auf Details geachtet, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Bett war für meinen relativ großen Partner etwas kurz, das hätten wir aber vorher den Fotos entnehmen können. Lage und Aussicht sind natürlich super schön. Würden wir wieder buchen.

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in Radek’s Wohnung verbracht. Am Anfang Radek hat uns alles persönlich gezeigt und erklärt. Es gibt viel zu sehen in den Nachbarstädten, und dann kann man sich gut in der Wohnung ausruhen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis, empfehle gerne weiter.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser sehr schön und modern eingerichteten Wohnung war tadellos und wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Sauberkeit war ebenso sehr gut, insbesondere die angenehm riechende Bettwäsche für mich ein Highlight (ich liebe frisch duftende Dinge!). Ich denke, mehr Worte muss ich an dieser Stelle nicht verlieren, denn tadellos beschreibt diese Wohnung optimal. Natürlich ist auch der Host an dieser Stelle noch zu erwähnen: reibungslose und flexible Kommunikation/Check-In. Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

I'm usually travelling for FIBO exhibition in Cologne each year and always book with Air BNB. I would say Christian house is the most cozy and comfortable house I ever stay. I was actually surprise when I get in, the place even more specious than the picture. Very Big hall way , kitchen is fully equipped even with watching machine if you want to travel lite. The living room with with large TV, comfortable sofa, Moreover, he is very caring with small little thing like, make sure that we always have coffee during our stay. and suggesting with trip in cologne with full details. and if you need any assistance he always very responsive. If I would have a chance to go back again to Cologne I will definitely love to stay their again. Thank you to Christian for providing wonderful to our stay .

A great place to stay! lots of nature and greenery. Ideal for a peaceful and calm stay. The host Petra was very helpful and reactive to questions and help. An absolute recommendation.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern. Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Als ruhige Unterkunft zu Silvester mit Hund eine ideale Lösung! Das Feuerwerk aus der fernen Umgebung war leicht mit Musik oder dem Fernseher zu überschallen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Umgebung ist Natur pur und bei trocknen Wetter für lange Spaziergänge mit, oder ohne Hund sehr gut geeignet. Für die Navigation zur Unterkunft empfehle ich G Maps (Offline) da TomTom die Adresse nicht kennt. Wer Ruhe und eine Auszeit in der Natur zum entschleunigen sucht ist hier genau richtig! Mein Hund und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Blitzsaubere Unterkunft! Küche ist tip top ausgestattet und die Betten waren bequem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut mit den Auto erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung.

In summary: This is a really nice house...if you're looking for spacious accommodation near the Messe or DUS airport but with easy access into the city then this is the place. Even better if you happen to drive an EV as there's a charge point at the property. The house has a small garden and you've lovely nature walks within 5 minutes from the property. In detail: The accommodation is split over several floors immaculately clean & tastefully decorated, with a small garden. There's ample space & a well appointed kitchen. Marcelo went above & beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, & his prompt communication took away much of the stress in planning our trip. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the Messe and DUS airport. Not many other properties offer such flexible accommodation with EV charging on site (& a gym!)..as you can tell, I was very impressed. Overall, we had a wonderful time & would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable trip to DUS

We hebben met ons gezin een heerlijke herfstvakantie gehad in Thomas zijn huis. Het huis komt overeen met de foto’s. Ruime en schone kamers. Volledig ingerichte keuken, bedden keurig opgemaakt. We voelden ons gelijk thuis. De omgeving is prachtig. Veel mooie wandelpaden. Binnen 5 minuten sta je midden in de natuur waar je alle kanten op kan. We komen graag een keer terug.

Wir hatten eine tolle erholsame Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!
