We loved our weekend getaway at Nichole’s place :) She was proactive and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was clean and worked for the five of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a fabulous stay at Jennifer’s Airbnb. It was the perfect location for us to spend Christmas with our family. Easy access to highway to get anywhere in Rhode Island or nearby Massachusetts. Jennifer was very responsive to any of my questions. I would definitely book again for future trips back to visit my family.

Jennifer’s place was a perfect spot for us during our trip to Providence. We were in town for the NCAA Tournament, and the loft was an easy walk from the train station and about 20 minutes walking to the arena. Jennifer’s team was quick to answer any questions we had, and provided a great list of recommendations for our time in the city. Easy access to both downtown and College Hill. Definitely recommend!

Awesome space. Great to have both units if you have a larger group. Zelda’s was pretty centrally located to everything, plus having the bar downstairs was great for a night cap. Great hosts and communicators when we needed something. Would highly recommend this property and stay at their property again.

This unit is spacious and peaceful and full of natural light. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home!

We enjoyed our stay at Brandon’s place ! From the goodies he left us to all the local recommendations and check-in’s to make sure we were okay or if we needed anything, Brandon really goes out of his way to make sure his guests have an enjoyable experience. The apartment itself is soooo close to shops and restaurants and the Mansions and the bed was soooo comfortable ! Would definitely come back in the warmer weather months to check out Newport in a different light and stay at Brandon’s again!

My family and another spent a long weekend at this great beach front cottage. Kids enjoyed the cozy loft and the parents each had a bedroom. It was the fall so water was cold but we found plenty to do in the area. Great restaurant just down the street Matunuck Oyster Bar was amazing highly recommend.

We were very happy with our stay. The house was clean and exactly as was described, if not better. Easy walk to hiking path along shoreline and only 30 min from Providence. Quiet neighborhood, though we were there off season in March.

Absolutely beautiful! Looks exactly like pics. Hosts were responsive and helpful. I loved how the home was decorated. One of the most beautiful places I have stayed. Amazing views. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend! Five stars in every category.

Our stay in Middletown was an incredible experience! Dan’s place was clean, spacious, and perfect for gathering friends and family. We appreciated all the hangout spaces (game room is incredible) around the home, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy! We were so impressed with the amenities provided such as the fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar. Their outdoor setup looks incredible and we can’t wait to visit in the summer to utilize that space. The location was perfect as it’s a short car ride to downtown Newport. Dan was responsive and proactive and we were extremely impressed with his professional communication. Don’t miss out on this wonderful getaway in the ocean state!

This place was so lovely! My mom and I had a lovely calm, relaxing vacation here! We cooked and ordered in and watched the boats on the water and took out the paddle board! Super easy to get it in the water and it was calm and easy to paddle up and down the river. I even saw a young sea turtle which was unbelievably special! Our host was communicative and accommodating and had great recommendations! I was able to walk to a local coffee shop that was excellent and very cute and another close by that have fun bubble teas and great breakfast food. Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous stay at Karen’s beautiful home! It was so well located and convenient to all the things that we wanted to do. The state park and the bike path are better than we could’ve imagined! The town of Bristol is a dream and the surrounding areas are full of gems and surprises. The house was lovely and everything in it was spotless, well thought out and made us feel right at home. All the appliances worked beautifully, the beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were hot with good water pressure! We can’t fault anything, the only low point was that we had to leave! We look so forward to returning to this beautiful area and to this lovely home with a kind, considerate and very fun host! She’s my new travel buddy! Thanks Karen, everything was great and it made for a very special birthday for my best friend. I really appreciated that.😊

Beautiful location, great cottage for our family to stay in. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, easy access to the rock pools and beach, and views across the bay to the Newport Mansions. Kathleen was proactive in her comms and very flexible and responsive. Will definitely be coming back!!

This home was absolutely how it was described. Plenty of room for us and the finished basement with an extra bedroom, wet bar, huge flat screen, and a comfy couch was a bonus! My grandchildren hung put downstairs while the adults sat around the table and played card games. We were intrigued by the beautiful yard and lake. Everyone wants to come back in the summer to hang by the fireplace and BBQ on the deck. This is definitely one of my favorite Airbnb!! Joshua was very accommodating and responded quickly to my messages. Absolutely a beautiful place!!

Location is superb if you'r visiting Newport for the first time. It's central to most restaurants and shops while still being accessible to public transit if needed. The staff is extremely responsive and always made sure we had what we needed. PS we loved the fireplace! Added to the coziness of the space.

Excellent unit with great view of the harbor. The unit and the inn itself is very clean and smells very fresh. The rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the sunset over the harbor. There is adequate/free parking at the inn as well as at the sister resort across the street. Walking distance from great restaurants and shopping complexes. Gary was quickly responsive to all my questions and provided excellent details for check ins etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

My sisters and I enjoyed a fabulous visit to Newport, RI after almost a decade of being away from New England. Coming off season was delightful - fewer crowds, happy merchants and service people, great restaurants and shops still open and available. Our condominium had private, reserved parking (two spots). The building felt safe and secure. The elevator to the top floor unit was very helpful with our luggage and belongings. Each of us enjoyed the pleasure of having our own bedrooms and bathrooms to use. Newport is very walkable. Once the car was parked in the garage, we only had to take it out once to do a scenic drive. Otherwise there was plenty of strolling, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Starbucks was a short walk from the condo and opened at 5:30am each morning. I was the sister elected to be the early bird to walk to get coffee for the group. I felt safe and enjoyed the pre-dawn walk in the crisp, cool Fall air. Fabulous vacation, thanks!

I can't say enough about the amazing experience I had staying at Barton's and Suzanne's place. First, Barron responds quickly and goes above and beyond to assure your stay is pleasant, easy and that you're well informed on local sweet spots and activities. He was a pleasure to talk to, as always. When you arrive, you'll first smile at the curated way it is beautifully furnished with every comfort in mind. But, then you'll start to notice the special touches left to make you feel well taken care of. There was a basket of snacks, and water and soda in the refrigerator with a kind note saying to please help your self. Such a special appreciated touch to the make you feel welcome. The location is a few doors down from the Thames St. and easily walkable to Bowen's Wharf and many attractions. I had a wonderful t experience at Barton's place and plan to have the be my only choice for Newport. Enjoy, Kathy

We stayed the week after Labor Day, when everything shuts down for the season. That was the perfect time to be there for us because we wanted a quiet place away. It would NOT be quiet during peak season, but you couldn't find a better location to walk over to Scarborough Beach. The deck was our favorite part: the view, lounge chairs, the wall making it somewhat private to the street. We were not there in the heat of the summer, so we didn't use the window AC unit. The ceiling fan in the main room, and ocean breezes, kept things very comfortable. Not sure how the AC would work in heat, it's in the middle of the space, but in the hallway connecting the bedroom to the front room. Things to be aware of: the view comes from the 2nd floor, so you will have to go up a flight of stairs to a platform to the 3 units. The bedroom is above the main door, so you will hear people going in and out. The unit very spacious. Bright, comfortable, beautiful sunrises.

Beautiful location right on the marina in downtown Newport! The place was wonderful and just steps from all of the restaurants and shops in Newport!

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.
