Great stay. My fiancee and I as well as our corgi had a great weekend here. Place was as described, the jacuzzi was amazing and was perfect for the frigid nights. Very close walk to downtown and very convenient location.

Douglas was a wonderful host! Very friendly and helpful. We stayed at his place for my husband‘s birthday weekend with our two kids. When we arrived it had just snowed and it was such a beautiful setting. There were two sleds there which was a great touch and very much appreciated by my kids! The cabin itself is very cozy and nice. The beds are very comfortable. We especially loved the hot tub which we used each evening. We also watched a movie on the projector screen in the downstairs entertainment room. Highly recommend this place and hope to come back!

This house was absolutely perfect for our winter getaway! The downstairs area had a wonderfully cozy cabin feel, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. Upstairs, the bedrooms were equally comfortable but with a more modern and stylish vibe. It was a great combination of styles that worked really well. The fireplace was a huge plus and created such a warm and inviting atmosphere. We also appreciated the thoughtful addition of games, which provided entertainment for everyone. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay! The view was incredible and the sunsets are breathtaking! Our kids loved the bunk beds and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were able to see both Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear since this is located between the two. Thank you for a great trip!

Cozy Cottage is an absolutely apt description of this gem near Lake Arrowhead. Upon arriving it was clear why this is a well-loved getaway for families: there were plenty of places to sleep (and the beds were so cozy!), which is a huge draw, and the kitchen was stocked with the basics and the grocery stores were super close. Jared provided lots of great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, and we never had to deal with traffic while we were on the mountain because everything we wanted to do was so close by. We especially enjoyed visiting SkyPark for the first time, Belgian Waffle Works and Jurassic Fossils.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first time! It truly feels like your home away from home. It has everything you could need and is very family friendly which is important to us! Awesome location, clean, and great communication from host. We can’t wait to come back again next year! Thank you so much for everything!

We had a great time staying here. The rooms were clean and just like what was pictured. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and tools we needed for cooking. The only downfall was probably the steep and narrow driveway. It was just a little bit of a struggle unloading and carrying babies out our cars. Otherwise, loved the place!

The house is beautiful with a breathtaking view! This was our second trip to it, we will be reserving it again in the further. The management team that is handling the reservations is the most professional and responsive team. The house is always clean and spotless, we always enjoy our stay!!
