Beautifuly furnished house ,perfect for a weekend with friends. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was well maintained & just what we needed to relax. Jo was a friedly & very helpful host ,I would recomend anyone to come & stay at this beautiful peaceful location . Thank you for a lovley weekend at you tranquil home .

A beautiful house, in a glorious location, overlooking a golf course. Tom and Sarah were great hosts, who responded quickly to any queries. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area was great to gather and relax in. Beds were very comfortable and linen was spotless. The hot tub was an added bonus and great to spend time in on a cold winter evening! Very happy to recommend to other potential visitors.

The absolute most beautiful home! The house was exquisite, the fews were insane and walking distance to the breck! Amazing. I will definitely be staying here again

Our family had a wonderful and fun weekend, the house had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and having family fun with the pool table, darts and board games. The hot tub was absolutely stunning, spacious and in a private part of the garden. We all enjoyed a lovely walk to the local shops and an afternoon in Blackpool. Thank you for a rememberable family weekend and the welcome goodies were very much enjoyed by all. We would and have already recommended this property.

Absolutely amazing place to stay, we booked here for our stay with our client and it was so beautiful. Easy access for a wheelchair user, Hosts are very friendly and outgoing people. Only recommended advice I would give is a shower chair with handles on apart from that it was a beautiful.

We had a fabulous few days at Hollies Cottage, celebrating Andrew's birthday. Perfect location for some R&R, lovely walks with our dog, Rupert, and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of wine 🍷 We'd love to come back sometime 😊

We have had a lovely stay this weekend and were very lucky with the weather. The home was lovely and we particularly appreciated the welcome basket of treats and milk and extensive selection of tea / coffee. We had a lovely walk up the canal to Saltaire and had a wander round the gallery and a drink by the river at Roberts Park. We had a great meal At the Halfway House (Chef and Brewer). Perfect place for our meet up of old friends.

Spent Christmas at Victoria's place and had a really lovely time. The house was very clean and spacious for the 3 of us, fully equipped kitchen, nice and warm and comfy. There were towels for the hottub, which was in a private space in the lovely garden. On top of this, Ripon itself is excellent and we had a lot of really nice food (Victoria's recommendations were really good, we went to 2 places she recommended). And we did some nice walks straight from the front door. Would recommend to anyone!

Would highly recommend this stay. Check in was easy and the home is beautiful. For a 1 bedroom villa the space you have is vast with a homely living area and fantastic kitchen space and amenities. The bedroom is wonderful combining a country house with a highly modern bath and shower. Hot tub with a TV is fantastic. Walking into Bowness-on-Windermere is only 10 minutes too. Staff were around on a couple of occasions and were always chatty, welcoming and accommodating. We will be staying again. Thank you so much.

Great stay for a large group; lots of beds for all. Fantastic location - quiet neighbourhood but convenient to get into the centre. Responsive host. Highly recommended, would stay again!

It was a pleasant stay. Beds were clean and comfy. Bathrooms were clean. there was some cosmetic damage which we were informed of before arrival. Some Bulbs were missing in most lights. the sauna didn't seem to come on or turn off when we liked and there wasn't clear instructions on its use. The control panel didn't seem to be attached to the wall properly. I would recommend this stay to others looking for something similar.

We had a great stay. The house was in a beautiful location, right on the estuary. Plenty of beach for walking. Beds were comfy and ample linen and towels were provided plus a great welcome hamper. The games room provided hours of entertainment and the hot tub was lovely for relaxing in after a busy day. The nearby rock park/quarry was a really interesting day out. We also enjoyed a meal out at the King William IV in Kirksanton. Jenny was a great host and was extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for my mum’s 50th and absolutely loved it. My mum said she had the best birthday in here life, which is a testament to the beauty of this place. Highly recommend staying here and can assure you that you will not be dissapointed! Thank you 😊

Jerry was super responsive and responded within minutes whenever we needed something, which was really appreciated (even around midnight 😅). The house is beautiful, very well furnished. Hot tub was a favourite and the river is incredibly scenic.

The house is absolutely gorgeous, with a very homely feel. All the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything that you could possibly need was provided. there was 14 of us ( all adults) staying there for one week, we get together at least once a year and hire properties of this size throughout the uk, and we have all agreed that this has been the best one that we have stayed at to date. We were very lucky weather wise and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony taking in the view which is beautiful. We have two chefs in our group and they have said that the kitchen facilities are excellent. The lounge is rather tight for 14 adults, however I suspect that it was larger at some point and has been reduced in size to accommodate the bedroom next door which caters for disabled guests, the size of the lounge did not cause us any discomfort. There are plenty of of board games provided for all ages, incase the weather keeps you indoors. We would absolutely recommend a stay at this house.

What an absolute little gem of a find, Gemma was amazing, the cabin was lovely, hot tub amazing, everything about our stay was 5 star. Our pooch Kobi loved it aswell 🐶 10000% recommended xx

We celebrated our anniversary here and it was the perfect stay ! The cabin is very spacious and cosy. It has everything you need and the bed is super comfy. The cabin is also only a short drive from Barnard Castle with Raby Castle not too far either so there is plenty to do. Julia is lovely, responds very quickly and is very helpful. We would highly recommend 🫶

Had the best two night stay here, so clean and peaceful, a nice touch with sauna for only £20 it’s a great price for what you get. Everyone’s so lovely and helpful! Will be returning

Mark & Anita are the absolute perfect hosts. We couldn’t fault anything, they went the extra mile with personalised extras and really made the trip that little bit more special. We couldn’t recommend this place anymore if we tried. Spotlessly clean EVERYTHING you could need, a real home from home. Thank you we can’t wait to return.
