avons passé un agréable weekend et très très satisfait de Franca Avec parking pas trop loin un grand merci pour l attention de Franca pour mes petits enfants lors de notre départ espérons bien avoir la possibilité de revenir

Giorgia was friendly & welcoming & offered local advice for getting the the Moto GP, booking restaurants & accessing bike tracks. Giorgia allowed us to rent some bikes from her which provided great fun throughout our stay. The beach was an easy 7-10 minute stroll & 5 minute bike ride from the house. The apartment was large & roomy & having two bathrooms was helpful when travelling with friends. We would definitely recommend Giorgia's apartment as a great place to stay!

Oreste host molto ospitale e gentile, l'appartamento è molto comodo e pulitissimo. Ci siamo trovati bene e lo consigliamo vivamente. Siamo stati ospiti di Oreste per passare il capodanno a Rimini e abbiamo girato comodamente le città vicine a Igea Marina. Grazie di tutto.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

Such a great apartment and perfect for 6 nights. I really felt at home. Location was 10 mins walk to train station, 10 mins walk to supermarket. Great view over the canal and lovely to watch the local fisherman. I felt safe and secure and the apartment had everything i needed. Ombretta was just a gem. Somehow we managed perfectly well to communicate, her in Italian and me English. She even helped me call a taxi when i had to check out as the uber is not reliable, but within a minute, Ombretta was on the phone and arranged a taxi. Top top service. For sure I can recommend and will stay again.

Ho alloggiato con la mia famiglia e ci siamo sentiti come a casa , l’appartamento ha tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi a proprio agio inoltre e vicino ad attività commerciali e alla stazione ferroviaria e metro tranvia molto utile se non si vuole prendere la macchina. Alberto è Susi sono stati fantastici sempre disponibili e premurosi e stato un vero piacere averli conosciuti e aver alloggiato nel loro appartamento dove sicuramente alla prima occasione utile ci torneremo. Consiglio a chi volesse trascorrere dei giorni in relax al mare vicino a le attrazioni della riviera romagnola la scelta di questo appartamento è la soluzione migliore.

È già la seconda volta che veniamo qui. L'alloggio è sempre impeccabile e grande, perfetto per gruppi numerosi come il nostro. Cucina, tre camere e 2 bagni. Il papà di Karlo è simpatico, gentile e alla mano. Sempre disponibile per ogni cosa. Tutto perfetto come sempre. Torneremo di nuovo il prossimo anno! :)

A small but lovely apartment with a large sunny terrace. It is very well appointed and in a nice area. The old centre is about 15 minutes walk away but there are several excellent restaurants nearby. It is four flights up from the front door - good exercise! We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Pesaro and towns nearby especially Urbino and Gradara. I can highly recommend this apartment

L'appartamento di Franca è bello e tenuto bene. Franca rende disponibili delle bici che noi abbiamo usato praticamente per qualsiasi spostamento. In 15-20 minuti siamo andati al parco oltremare (tutta ciclabile dall'appartamento al parco); in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro. Per la spiaggia ci si muove comodamente a piedi. Ci ha accolto Roberto, il marito di Franca, che è stato disponibile e gentile nel darci tutte le indicazioni su cosa fare e dove mangiare. Ultima nota importante: c'è il parcheggio interno.

Appartamento come nuovo e molto gradevole (ancora meglio che in foto), pulitissimo, in pieno centro storico, ma molto silenzioso. Soggiorno nel complesso eccellente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Great host ,very helpful , fast communication, place is great just by beach with great views , very clean, an amazing surrounding , i would highly recommend the host and place , see you next time we are in Rimini, and thank you very much for everything

Tutto eccellente, si fa fatica a trovare dei difetti e mi sono dovuto sforzare molto per trovarne, eccoli qua: - la password del wi-fi scritta sulla bacheca in casa è incompleta (ma sulla pagina AirBnB è corretta); - nella stanza matrimoniale non c'è spazio per il secondo comodino, si potrebbe ovviare con una mensolina sopra la testiera del letto, accanto all'abat-jour. Evidentemente si tratta di inezie, rispetto l'esperienza vissuta. Torneremo senz'altro.

Accueil exceptionnel, équipe au petit soin, très chaleureuse et à l’écoute.Accès direct à la plage privée depuis la résidence,appartement conforme à la description, propre avec balcon et vue sur mer depuis quasiment tous les appartements.Je recommande, un très bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour en famille

It was by far the easiest check-in we have ever had. Since a hotel staff checks you in its a bit like staying in a hotel with the beauty of having a 2 story unit with underground parking. We pulled right into the parking garage ($15 Euro extra but worth it.). A breakfast was available to purchase in the morning but we left very early. Very CLEAN place.

Abbiamo scoperto questa struttura e l’abbiamo davvero apprezzata. Immersa nel verde e ben organizzata sia negli alloggi che nell’area alloggi e ristorante. Ottima la colazione !! Lo staff è davvero gentile e professionale. Sicuramente torneremo

Such a peaceful location, you can fully relax here, it is like your home away from home. with comfortable bed, and living area we were able to spread out and relax for the first time in days. we did not feel the need to go out and simply enjoyed a bottle of wine. while we had ours with us, we noticed the host had several to purchase in unit. would not change anything about this place it was perfect.
