The house is very beautiful, private and in a great environment. The host is very friendly and communicative. It can be used perfectly by a family or friends. The pool isn’t big but perfect to cool down and the beach is only 30 minutes away. You can’t really do much sightseeing in the neighbourhood, but if you are looking for a vacation to relax, then you are in the right place! Also, the house has many features such as table tennis, kicker and more. We would come back anytime!

this is by far our favourite experience ever on airbnb. the place is absolutely stunning and even better than described - it had everything we needed including an amazing speaker, which definitely made our holiday to the point we didn't even leave the place other than to go to the supermarket. the kitchen is a dream with everything that cn be possibly needed to cook amazing meals and the bedroom and bed is super comfy. Marissa is such a kind and friendly host, super responsive and flexible, it made the experience absolutely memorable. we were so sad to leave, that we're already planning to come back next year.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso in questa location rurale immersa tra colline verdi e ulivi. Il posto è un vero paradiso per chi cerca relax e tranquillità. La piscina e la vasca idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta, perfette per ricaricare le energie. Anche il nostro gatto ha adorato l'atmosfera tranquilla e la casa. Daniele è stato estremamente accogliente, gentile e disponibile (ad ogni orario!), facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Consigliamo questa esperienza a chiunque voglia staccare dalla routine e godersi un angolo di pace in mezzo alla natura. Torneremo sicuramente!

Sempre piacevole tornare da Marzia, una casa perfetta per una reunion con la famiglia o per un weekend con gli amici. La piscina ti intrattiene di giorno ed il barbecue la sera. Il centro di Montiano, a due passi da casa, è perfetto per un aperitivo. Marzia sempre disponibile e piacevole.

Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in dem Haus richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war toll und hat besonders den Kindern total gut gefallen. Der Pool ist ansprechend und super für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Im Garten wachsen Feigen Bäume mit super leckeren Früchten. Fabio hat uns begrüßt und verabschiedet und zwischendurch immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist - ein wirklich toller Service. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region kommen ist Fabio sicher unsere erste Wahl.

Freundliche Gastgeber mit süssem Hund. Ruighe Lage, perfekt ausgestattet. Etwas steile Treppe, ansonsten perfekt.

We werden goed ontvangen, een erg mooi huis waar we heerlijk tot rust zijn gekomen. Maurizo probeerde zo goed mogelijk met ons te communiceren, al was zijn engels niet altijd even goed te snappen. Maar ondanks dat had hij alles goed en duidelijk uitgelegd. We kregen zelfs een dag ontbijt van Maurizo, super lief! Alles was ook super schoon

Huge house in a beautiful location in the Italian country side. Lots of space and privacy. A lot of nice villages, a fortress and San Marino closeby.

Nicely designed space and free peaking nearby. Good location for exploring San Marino, Rimini and Ravenna

Alloggio bellissimo! Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo che con il nostro arrivo Giulia l’host ci aveva preparato un dolce di benvenuto. Alloggio molto molto pulito e curato. Bagno pulito ed in ottimo stato. Casa favolosa. Posizione ottima con super market raggiungibile a piedi come la pizzeria ed il sushi. Host super gentile e disponibile. Esperienza da ripetere! La location è perfetta, in posizione centrale e diretta sul canale, accogliente e molto intima. Valerio è stato molto gentile e professionale, consiglio a chiunque di alloggiare in questa struttura.

Siamo stati a Mondaino per il Motomondiale di Misono, ci siamo trovati benissimo con la casa, pulita, efficiente e con un panorama magnifico. Faccio i complimenti agli host per l’aiuto e le risposte veloci alle nostre domande. Speriamo di tornare al più presto! Altamente consigliata ☺️

We had a great time at Giovannis and Serines place! Giovanni proactively texted us tips for beaches, restaurants, activities, etc beforehand which was really nice, The appartment has everything you need, a great kitchen, everything was spotless clean. The terrace has great view of the castle montefiore and the garden is really beautiful too. You’ll for sure enjoy your time with them :)

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce logement. Le cadre est particulièrement idyllique. Situé dans un village paisible et authentique, nous avons été subjugué.e.s par la vue imprenable sur la mer depuis la terrasse et depuis le village. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et propre. Une petite épicerie à deux pas du logement contient tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner (y compris options sans gluten). Cecilia et sa tante qui nous a accueilli étaient sympathiques et arrangeante quant aux heures d'arrivée et de départ. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement et y reviendrons sûrement :)

AMAZING! This apartment was more than I ever could have imagined, sitting right in the center at the top of San Marino, the views are immaculate. It is just beneath one of the major towers and right next to the iconic “Witches Path.” If you’re considering visiting San Marino, I highly recommend you stay the night (or a few nights) and book this AirBnb it’s beautiful on the interior and the terrazzo outside has the most stunning views of the city below. The location is walkable to everything in the castle in a matter of minutes including the best restaurants and touristy shopping. Most importantly it is SO CLOSE to the towers and museums. This is the perfect place for a quick stay in San Marino!

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

Merci à Laura pour son sympathique accueil. Logement de style local ancien, propre et bien agréable. La terrasse est bien clôturé ce qui était important pour nous avec nos 3 petits chiens. Laura est disponible, elle nous a donné de bonnes informations touristiques. Nous espérons revenir, la proximité de la plage de Bellaria-Igea à pied nous a séduit A 2 min à pied nous avons pu profiter des commerces dans la rue piétonne et son ambiance. Irene and Emanuele are such welcoming hosts! We felt at home immediately. The flat was beautiful and from the terrace there are amazing views of the hills of Le Marche. It’s calm and absolutely peaceful. I highly recommend Irene and Emanuele‘s place. Thank you for a lovely time!

Appartamento in ottima posizione per visitare il centro città e per raggiungere il lungomare. L'host Enrico è una persona gentile e amichevole con cui è stato piacevole interagire. Ci ha fornito indicazioni utili e precise per il nostro soggiorno e la comunicazione è stata perfetta. Host e appartamento consogliatissimi.

Ad accoglierci è la mamma di Silvia, molto simpatica, disponibile e premurosa, ti fà sentire a tuo agio. Un pò la mamma di tutti gli ospiti. La località di Gabicce Monte è molto tranquilla ma con ottimi ristoranti, pizzerie e gelaterie dove trascorrere le serate. Consigliato a tutti.

Wir waren vier Nächte mit zwei Kindern in der Wohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Richtig viel Platz - zwei Badezimmer und tolle Lage. Ruhig und doch mittendrin. Gloria hat sehr schnell bei Fragen geholfen. Grazie mille!
