Federico ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der Blick aus dem Fenster aufs Meer ist einfach fantastisch...Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Ganz prima fanden wir, dass Handtücher bereit gestellt wurden und die Betten bezogen waren!Wir sind gerne ins nächste Dorf auf dem Berg gelaufen. Und mit dem Zug kommt man gut von Moneglia aus in die Cinque Terre. Vielen Dank an Federico, der sich gut um uns gekümmert hat!

Abbiamo appena trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa presso la casa di Valerio, situata in un luogo incantevole, con una vista spettacolare del Golfo di Rapallo. La casa è perfettamente attrezzata e offre tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per una vacanza rilassante e confortevole. Gli spazi sono ampi e luminosi e si respira un’atmosfera accogliente e familiare fin dal primo momento. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e bellezza naturale di paesaggi incantevoli, con una splendida piscina, perfetta per rilassarsi nelle calde giornate estive… pur mantenendo la possibilità di raggiungere il mare in soli 10 minuti! Un ringraziamento speciale va ai padroni di casa, Valerio e Michela, che si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e disponibili. Sempre pronti a fornire consigli utili e a garantire che il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto in ogni aspetto. Il luogo ideale per chi cerca relax, bellezza naturale e un’accoglienza davvero piacevole. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

We had a great time staying at Cosimo's place. The area is perfect as a base to go on trips around Tuscany and wind down in the evening. Cosimo recommended nice local restaurants in the area that we really liked and was very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment is clean and modern with a great kitchen. The sea is only 15 minutes away by car, so you can go to the beach in the morning and on a mountain hike in the afternoon. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

Pour trouver le logement, un grand merci à Samanta pour ces instructions car le logement se situe dans des petites ruelles piétonnes assez ressemblantes, dans un village magnifique et authentique.Le logement est spacieux, très bien équipé et propre. Samanta a été à l’écoute et très sympa dans les divers échanges que nous avons pu avoir. Si vous recherchez une jolie maison au cœur des montagnes en ayant quand même une proximité avec la ville et les plages, foncez. Je recommande vivement.

We had a great stay at Gabriele and Franziska’s place in Lavagna. The place was clean and well-maintained, with stunning views. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with, making the check-in process smooth. The area and location are beautiful, however it is not very accessible without a car, which is something one needs to consider. Overall, it was a great stay in a beautiful home with spectacular views and nice and responsive hosts.

Wir genossen 10 Tage die Wohnung von Arianna und Daniele und verbrachten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, grosszügig ausgestattet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Von Daniele erhielten auch wir machen interessanten Tipp für Ausflüge und Besichtigungen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne, vielen Dank euch beiden.

Siamo stati divinamente bene. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e cura per i particolari, è dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. Ogni sera, guardare il tramonto dal magnifico terrazzino, è stato un sogno impagabile, la vista è di una bellezza struggente. Lola è stata super accogliente, molto empatica e professionale, mi è sembrato di conoscerla da sempre. Un posto del cuore. Siamo grati per tutto. Bea, Gigi w la Milù ❤️

we absolutely loved the apartment and the location. we would definitely go back. only warning would be for anyone that has trouble with stairs...there are A LOT OF STEPS...so pack lite.

My stay here was wonderful and relaxing. Everything went well although didn’t expect the hot tub to take long in heating up (>5hrs) so didn’t get to use it the first night. Otherwise I would totally recommend this bnb to anyone !

Such an amazing space! This place has everything you are looking for including an amazing private rooftop view! Not to mention the bedroom also has an additional balcony view.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa nel periodo della fiera di Lucca. Gli host ci hanno subito accolto calorosamente, assieme alla dolcissima cagnolina Luna, facendoci sentire come fossimo a casa nostra. La casa si trova sopra una collinetta di Balbano, garantendo quindi un ottimo silenzio. Avendo un grande giardino, presenta anche un ampio parcheggio, che non è da sottovalutare. La casa è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione quindi è sì una bella casa, ma con ancora qualche piccolo accorgimento mancante. In generale una bella esperienza.

Nous avons eu des explications très très claires pour trouver l’appartement joliment décoré et très propre ! celui ci est très très bien situé à 2 pas de la gare, du centre et de la marina ! nous vous remercions pour vos bons plans, pour le café et tout ce que vous avez mi à disposition dans l'appartement pour que l’on puisse passer un excellent séjour. nous reviendrons sans hésité !!! tout était parfait ! Abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima vacanza nell’alloggio di Alessio. L’appartamento è situato vicinissimo al centro di Lucca e consente anche di parcheggiare l’auto in parcheggio privato. Tutto è molto pulito, con letti comodi e cucina ben attrezzata. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Alloggio davvero perfetto, super pulito e super curato, in una zona tranquillissima e con posto auto. Ideale per famiglie, ci sono anche libri e giochi per bimbi, e per visitare i dintorni. Un grazie a Fabio per ospitalità e gentilezza.

Giulia est une hôtesse merveilleuse. amicale, donnant d'excellents conseils de visites qui ont totalement amélioré notre séjour autour du golf de la spezia. Disponible, elle répond à toutes nos questions sur le coin, et nous envoie les bons plans. l'appartement était juste parfait, le feu un véritable luxe de plaisir le soir après une longue journée de marche. Tout est propre, pratique et accessible, parfait pour 4 avec ses deux chambres. la vue en hauteur sur la spezia est très sympa. les instructions sont claires. rien à redire, cela nous donne juste envie d'y retourner. Merci pour tout Giulia. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

We have stayed at many Airbnb locations over the years in many countries but we have never experienced such a warm and thoughtful welcome by a host. Stefano deserves all the kind words expressed by others who have had the wonderful opportunity to stay at his flat in Riomaggiore. The apartment was just as advertised, spotlessly clean, and the view was amazing. In addition, Stefano made sure that the refrigerator and pantry were well-stocked. Located just steps, literally, from the train station, the flat provided an excellent jumping off point for hiking throughout the Cinque Terra and beyond. An excellent host and a beautiful part of Italy to explore. Long hikes during the day also enables one to rationalize some fairly amazing meals of the local specialities at night.

From a few days before our visit the host got in touch with very helpful guidance as to the location of the accommodation and how to check in, plus lots of other useful local information. On the day of our arrival the rain was torrential, with thunder and lightning. We were extremely grateful to be allowed to checkin early and when we needed some help our host arrived very quickly despite the storm! Throughout our stay she was on hand both proactively and reactively to help with restaurant bookings etc. Frankly she couldn’t have been more helpful. We described the spacious accommodation to each other as opulent, but it wasn’t over the top. We felt very comfortable in what was clearly a home. The views from the garden are spectacular. We traveled easily by train to Genoa and visited lovely Camogli. We had two very successful meals at Il Bistrotto in Bogliasco. Highly recommended.

Het was een heerlijk verblijf bij Elisa! Het huis was lekker ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien en op een zeer goede locatie! We hebben mooie uitstapjes gemaakt naar diverse stranden in de omgeving. Ook Chiavari was leuk om te bezoeken. Het balkon en terras gaf ons de mogelijkheid om lekker buiten te eten en te genieten van het Italiaanse weer! Elisa is een warme, lieve vrouw. We voelden ons erg welkom bij haar! Echt een aanrader!

Absolutely beautiful, clean place in fantastic location. Views were even better than the photos. Balcony and yard felt very private. Had no intentions of using the jacuzzi, but after all the walking and hiking, it was exactly what we needed and used it both nights of our stay. We weren't sure which village to stay in but Riomaggiore turned out to be our favorite--especially appreciated the nearby elevator which takes you right down into town. Via dell'Amore was closed due to heavy rains the previous days, but we found trails open in Corniglia and hiked to Vernazza--spectacular views and a wonderful restaurant just before you get to Vernazza. Also grabbed a small bite at FuorOtta in Riomaggiore--walked in, no reservation. Only regret was not having a full meal here--food was outstanding. Francesca was a great communicator before and during our stay. Provided helpful recommendations on everything from taxi service to trails to restaurants. This place is a hidden gem--book it!

Amazing host and stay, highly recommend! Lorenza was so kind, helpful and communicative leading up to and during our stay. We arrived early evening and she met us in town and helped with our luggage up the hill (not as bad as some steep hills, all doable!) and let us in to the apartment and gave us a full tour and instructions, along with suggestions for the area. We had our own little balcony and garden of lemon trees, so lovely to sit out for coffee in the morning and aperitivo in the afternoon! When we asked for more coffee pods she even came in and cleaned when dropping them off, clean towels and everything! Having the washer and outdoor clothes line for our laundry was much appreciated, and we even cooked supper one night (grocery stores in each of the five towns made it easy to pick up simple ingredients for a meal). Riomaggiore is a great base of operations for a few days exploring CT, and we were only 10 minutes walk to the train at most. Grazie, Lorenza!

Great location to get to the beach and center of town. The place is small but included everything we needed. A few things to note, the shower is very small for tall people and the place sits right above the train tracks, so you do hear the train during the night. Even though it is on the 4th floor, the elevator is nice for luggage and the walk to the restaurants/beach is very quick. Location is the selling point of this rental.
