Riccò del Golfo di Spezia : locations de vacances qui acceptent les fumeurs

La zona è tranquilla pur essendo a due passi dalla stazione dei treni, che in ogni città è un punto potenzialmente problematico. Forse un po' rumorosa di notte, ma nulla di che abbia impedito di dormire molto bene ugualmente. Abbiamo posteggiato a pagamento quasi sotto all'appartamento e siamo usciti esclusivamente a piedi.

Corniglia is a very small town a a bit less crowded than the others but with enough restaurants. Apartment is large (3 bedrooms), clean and comfortable. Beds are large and comfortable. Views spectacular. Host works next door, met us in piazza and brought us to the apartment. Host is available for help, she sent someone to help us with the washing machine. Corniglia is best place to start to walk to Vernassa. Beach is pretty but down many steps and very difficult to swim. I would stay in this town again to avoid the crowds. Easy to use the train between towns. Take a boat trip from Vernassa.

The apartment is centrally located, on walking distance from all Pisa highlights. It was clean and well heated as nights were cold. Very grateful for the host who organised the taxi transportation back to the airport on short notice. Recommendable.

Ottima soluzione fuori dalla ZTL, ideale per parcheggio in auto ed il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in poco tempo a piedi. Siamo stati con 2 bambini molti piccoli e la soluzione ha risposto in pieno alle nostre esigenze. Lorenzo è stato molto reattivo e disponibile, soluzione decisamente consigliata per famiglie!

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. Alloggio a due passi dalla stazione di Manarola, pulito, con tutto ciò che serve...non potevamo chiedere di meglio. L'host super gentile e reattivo! Abbiamo soggiornato qui due notti insieme al nostro cagnolino.

Parfait ! proche de la gare, tout peut se faire en train et à pied. Tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner dans l'appartement, plusieurs supermarchés et commerces à trois minutes, deux très bons restaurants à 2 pas, des bars sympathiques également, les 5 terres sont accessibles en train... Il fait bien chaud l'hiver grâce au poêle à pellets. Lorenzo est accueillant et sympathique. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine aux cinque terre !

la casa è molto spaziosa luminosa pulita e non manca davvero nulla Martina è stata disponibile e gentilissima dandoci anche informazioni au ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. Tutto davvero perfetto

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cet appartement très bien placé et très propre. Le gros + la superbe vue mer et la place de parking privée indispensable aux 5 Terres si vous venez en voiture!! Nous avons pris nos petits-déjeuner sur la terrasse face à la mer. L’appartement est proche de la plage, de la gare (8 min à pieds) et des restaurants …belle balade le long de la mer pour rejoindre l’autre partie du village. L’appartement est grand avec ses deux chambres. Le linge draps et serviettes sont fournis donc super pratique. On entend un peu le bruit des voitures la nuit mais moi qui suit très sensible au bruit cela ne m’a pas empêché de dormir. Très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Merci

Federico ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der Blick aus dem Fenster aufs Meer ist einfach fantastisch...Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Ganz prima fanden wir, dass Handtücher bereit gestellt wurden und die Betten bezogen waren!Wir sind gerne ins nächste Dorf auf dem Berg gelaufen. Und mit dem Zug kommt man gut von Moneglia aus in die Cinque Terre. Vielen Dank an Federico, der sich gut um uns gekümmert hat!

Je voelt je meteen thuis in het sfeervolle huisje middenin een tuin met rozen, rozemarijn, fruit- en olijfbomen. De klokkentoren zorgt al eeuwen voor een karakteristiek uitzicht. Giovanna en Antonio zijn zeer hartelijk en geven fijne tips over de fantastische Toscaanse omgeving (wandelroutes, dorpjes, strand, restaurant,…). Ze verwennen je met hun eigen olijfolie, limoncello, vers geplukte vruchten en wijn en ze laten je lekker je eigen gang gaan. De ommuurde stad Lucca is 10min rijden en zowel met de fiets als te voet te bezoeken. In deze wat kleinere stad heb je de Duomo bijna voor jezelf. Pistoia, Pisa, Florence, allemaal een uurtje rijden, zijn zeer de reis waard maar het is na deze drukke steden elke avond weer heerlijk om in het rustige Upupa huisje terug te keren. Wij, 2 zusjes, verbleven er begin november en konden in de tuin een handje helpen met de olijvenpluk. Onze vakantie was helemaal af. Grazie mille, Luki&Niko

Lara is the most welcoming and heartfelt person. Our stay at La Radice couldn’t be any better really. The house and garden was amazing as well as Lara’s restaurant with the most delicious homemade food. Everything made us feel very at home. We are very thankful for the stay and Lara’s help during our journey. Thank you for your kindness. We’ll definitely come back next year :) Grazie

Poche volte mi è capitato di trovare una casa con a disposizione tutto quello che serve: dalla cucina, al soggiorno, bagno e alle camere da letto. Permanenza piacevole, anche se purtroppo breve per limitato tempo a disposizione, usata come base di partenza sia per visitare il golfo dei poeti che per la zona nord toscana (Pisa). L'host, Massimo, e stato molto cordiale e disponibile.

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

c zst une vraie expérience de passer du temps dans ce logement. il y a un silence absolu, la maison est authentique, super propre, et la vue.... inoubliable. Vous êtes dans un coin de paradis. Cinzia et son mari sont supers accueillants et très au service. nous avons passé huit jours merveilleux. nous recommandons bien évidemment.

Het huis is mooi en de plek en ligging zijn fantastisch! In de bergen met uitzicht op bergtoppen van 1km, en maar een klein half uur rijden naar het strand. Van alle gemakken voorzien en een fijne vriendelijke host.

We had a great stay. The apartment is very modern and has everything you need. Angelo answered very quickly and gave us very good tips for good restaurants and things to do. We enjoyed breakfast on the nice terrace. Levanto is a perfect place to stay if you want to go hiking in the Cinque Terre area, nice, small town and not so crowded as in the other Cinque Terre towns. The apartment is very close (walking distance) to both the train station, the supermarket and the town centre.

Accueil très sympathique de Matteo et sa maman. Ils ont été souriant et nous ont donné plein de conseils et recommandations sur les services de la ville et les alentours. Le logement est idéalement placé à 10 minutes (en marchant gentiment) de la gare pour aller aux Cinque Terre. Je recommande vivement.

Adriana was lovely and friendly. Her appartement was clean, cosy with everything you might need. Very close to the train station and within walking distance of the city centre. We had a fab time in La spezia, a town worth visiting and close to 5 terre

notre séjour chez Carlo et Lucia était tout simplement génial , la vue magnifique, le logement chaleureux et agréable avec tout les équipements nécessaires nous avons adoré ces deux journées sur recco . nous reviendrons et nous avons apprécié nos hôtes très sympathique

Merci Fulvio, l'appartement, proche de la 2nd gare de La Spezia, était idéal pour les 5 terres ! L'accueil de Fulvio (qui parle français), était excellent avec de très bonnes recommandations sur la ville !

Von Anfang bis Ende war alles super und hätte nicht besser sein können. Alex hat uns sehr nett empfangen und war wie Luca immer für uns erreichbar. Luca hat uns ständig auf dem laufenden gehalten und auch tolle Tipps gegeben. Von der Baustelle hat man kaum bis gar nichts mitbekommen. Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Wir bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich bei Luca und Alex für diesen tollen Aufenthalt! ☺️
