Wonderful spot to stay in Vernazza. Right by the waterfront. Lovely amenities. Nice space for us and our adult daughter. Lovely terrace to enjoy morning coffee. Took a lovely hike up to Monterosso

Beautiful apartment in great location. Usually this time of the year Italian apartments start to be cold but this was nice and warm! Some noices coming from the street but nothing bothered us. Host was fexible and nice. Would definitely return!

Logement à proximité des commerces, restaurants et surtout de la gare. La proximité de la gare fait que l on entend beaucoup les trains mais on finit par s y habituer. Notre hôte a été très réactive quand nous avons eu des questions et surtout nous a donné des instructions très détaillées pour l arrivée , le départ, les horaires des bus, les restaurants. Hôte très disponible.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt (bis auf das relativ schlechte Wetter 😏) bei Deborah. Da ich mega empfindlich bin, was Qualität des Bettes und Lautstärke der Umgebung angeht, gibt es hier ein absolutes TOP: kein krähenderHahn, kein bellender Hund, leise oder abwesende Nachbarn, ein tolles Bett mit guter Matratze und Lattenrost und gute Zudecken (wirkte wie Baumwolle und nicht Polyacryl o.ä.). ich habe super geschlafen!

We couldn’t have found a better base for the Ligurian coast. SML was the perfect base to Portofino, Camogli & Cinque Terre. And the views from the bnb cannot be beat. This was everything we wished for, lots of spece, ac, elevator, walkable, amazing views, near the train. We didn’t meet Patrizia but her daughter Eleonora was very responsive and such a delight! Her list of recommendations were excellent. We hope someday to come back. Thank you so much Eleonora for sharing your childhood home to us!!

Nice place to stay on the top of a mountain. Driving for us was a bit difficult because of winding narrow roads but the surroundings are beautiful. We even saw wild pigs roaming around the roads!

Alloggio pulito e ordinato, la colazione fornita era ottima con le marmellate fatte in casa. Host gentilissimo e disponibile. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole.

Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben, top ausgestattet und sauber, fanatischer Blick ins Tal, nette ruhige Nachbarschaft. Man sollte auf jeden Fall mindestens einmal im Ort essen gehen - tolle Atmosphäre und freundliches Personal. Der Check-In lief reibungslos und super freundlich, alles in der Wohnung funktioniert super und es fehlt an nichts. Einzig das Bett wird nach 2 Wochen doch etwas unbequem und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte besser sein (wie meistens in Italien), aber damit kann man auch leben, wenn der Rest stimmt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen und jedem die Wohnung empfehlen!

Une super expérience grâce à Paolo et Valeria ! D'abord des instructions claires, ensuite un logement impeccable et spacieux (nous sommes arrivés après une grosse journée de voyage et étions très content de notre arrivé "comme à la maison"). Puis, de supers conseils !! Paolo et Valeria nous ont conseillé sur les activités et lieux à visiter autour de la Spezia, ce qui a grandement amélioré notre expérience. Ils sont également très chaleureux et sympathique !

La casa era estremamente pulita, graziosa e accogliente, come lo era anche lo spazio verde all’esterno. I padroni di casa ci hanno accolto fin da subito come fossimo a casa nostra, rendendosi disponibili per qualsiasi necessità ma,soprattutto, trattandoci come membri della loro famiglia. Essere accolti sempre con sorriso e gentilezza non è paragonabile nemmeno ai miglior hotel di lusso quindi ringrazio molto per aver vissuto quest’esperienza e consiglio a chiunque voglia visitare la zona ( bellissima) di fare altrettanto!!

Virginio’s place is a good choice if you’re looking for a fully equipped apartment close to the beach! What we loved: - great communication and clear instructions - location is only 15min walk from the city center along the sea, very easy - the apartment was very clean and everything was provided - heating/AC works perfectly - a lot of storage space Good to know: - all doors are with matt glass, and there’s a little “window” between the bedroom and bathroom = if there’s a light on somewhere it inevitably comes into the bedroom - the apartment is on the ground floor + railway is near = some noise from traffic and trains Considering the price, quality and competition in Sestri Levante, we would recommend Virginio’s place!

Una casa meravigliosa, pulitissima e ancora più bella e sorprendente che nelle foto, Lucilla gentilissima e l'accoglienza vale un'hotel 5 stelle, aperitivo di benvenuto, dolcetti e colazione !! Grazie di tutto!! a prestissimo!

Appartement bien placé, quelques minutes a pieds de la tour. Spacieux et confortable

A great small rooftop apartment in the walls of Lucca. Great location, nice locals style cafe next door and walkable to all the other restaurants and cafes and shops in Lucca. Great view from the rooftop and areas to sit and enjoy the weather, great thing about being on the tip floor is the view and it makes the many stairs to the top worth it. Limited paid Street parking in the street next to the apartment 3 euros per hour. (we had no problem finding a space but it was off season) or larger parking areas outside the walls with day rates of around 10 euros per day or parking lots around 10 mins walk. Apartment is very well equipped in the kitchen but is compact. Perfect for 2 people or 3 if you don't mind being cosy. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to enjoy all Lucca has to offer

Abbiamo soggiornato solamente 2 notti in occasione del Lucca Comics 2024. Posizione più che ottima. Nella casetta di Silvia si trova veramente tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, dalla cucina, alle camere e al bagno. Silvia un'ottima host, disponibile e gentilissima.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli durant notre séjour de 3 nuits chez Debby. Tout était comme sur les photos et les recommandations de Debby était très utiles. Très bonne pizzeria et restaurant pour déjeuner juste en face de la maison suggèré par Debby et en plus c'est un endroit sécurisé avec portails pour l'accès au résidence. Losque nous avions des questions elle nous a répondu très rapidement. Je vous recommande fortement cette magnifique petite maison!

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad met ons zoontje van 10 maanden. Alles wat we maar nodig hadden was aanwezig in het appartement. Verder was het uitzicht super mooi, je zit op een hele rustige plek. Christina en haar familie woont er ook, maar je hebt genoeg privacy! Weg ernaar toe onverhard de laatste 200 meter, wat vooral een uitdaging is voor je auto maar dit ging ook prima. Hele fijne rustige plek om cinque terre, Portovenere, lerici etc. Te bezoeken! Top vakantie gehad! Communicatie met Christina heel goed, ze antwoordt binnen korte tijd en helpt je bij vragen.

Massimiliano e la moglie sono stati gentilissimi. Avevamo prenotato la casa per il finesettimana dell'8 dicembre da passare fuori, la casa ci ha fatto passare un bellissimo weekend

Casa molto bellina e accogliente con tanti servizi… proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile in un quartiere dove non manca nulla ..tranquillo .. facile da raggiungere .. eravamo un gruppo di persone e tutte ci siamo sentiti a casa ☺️

we absolutely loved it! we did not do too much research on Monica's Airbnb as we booked it a few days before our wedding as a little mini honeymoon and didn't have a lot of time.Thus it almost took us by surprise, how beautiful it is. We can recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful & relaxing get away and or anyone that wants to hike, mountain bike, do Canyoning and other such sports. The apartment is so cute, cozy and although the amenities are modern it has this romantic cabin vibe. The view is exceptional at any daytime and in any weather. posizione ottima soprattutto per il Lucca Comics. I bagni poco comodi, mancano pensili e la doccia perdeva acqua, anche se è stata riparata immediatamente. trovato qualche asciugamano sporco complessivamente la casa è bella e adatta alla fiera. costo decisamente troppo alto, si potrebbe sfruttare meglio gli spazi per aggiungere più letti singoli abbassare così il costo tavolo della cucina troppo piccolo
