If you are planning a visit to Columbia do yourself a favor and book with Candice. This place is exactly as described. Photos don’t do it justice really. The condo is beautiful and perfectly decorated and adorned. I wish my stay could have been longer but I plan to be back as soon as I possibly can. Candice is the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had and this was the best experience I’ve ever had with Airbnb!!

Kim's condo is exactly as described online and is very clean. The neighborhood and building both felt very safe. There are numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and retail close by on Devine St. It's also a short walk to Five Points with even more food and retail options. It's a short drive to the Carolina campus, Colonial Life Arena, and Williams-Brice Stadium. Having a reserved off-street parking spot is a great bonus. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed here while our daughter was doing a campus visit at USC. It was an easy walk to campus and worked out really well.

David and Janice's place was perfect for us! We came to look at USC for my daughter who was admitted to a PhD program there. The place was spotless, adorable and just large enough. The furnishings and space were lovely, bright and inviting. When we arrived, and the Keurig was not working properly, there was a brand new one on our porch when we returned from dinner (thank you Janice!) - despite me saying there was no rush to provide a new one. Great recommendation for dinner restaurant. We loved their Airbnb so much that we asked if they would consider doing a long term rental for my daughter when the fall semester begins. :) As my daughter will likely commit - we will DEFINITELY be back. I think I have found my place to stay for any future visits to the Columbia area.

Such an amazing home away from home Bree has created! This apartment was truly exceptional with plenty of natural light and modern amenities and feel. Bree is an excellent host, super responsive, kind, and accommodating. If you are ever in Camden and looking to stay in the downtown area this is the spot you want to book!

Towanda was an amazing host. Very proactive about possible needs we may have and reached out before we got there. The place was just as described and was perfect for my husband and I. We came to the area for our son’s BCT graduation and this was close to the base. Highly recommend and would stay here again if ever in the area!!

Place was perfect for the month I needed to be there for work. The owners are next door and check with you. It was just very pleasurable place for what I needed. Owners are amazing. Highly recommend this place if you are traveling for work or just need a quiet place to relax.

Reggie's place is super close to anything around the new Bull Street development. Walkable to the Baseball stadium. REI, and some other things. It is also walkable to Main Street excitement. Lovely street of vintage homes. It was modest but clean and exactly what needed for a safe stay downtown Columbia. Reggie is a gem to communicate with.

Our family stayed 2 nights here. It was very welcoming and comfortable. The condo was well stocked and everything was easy to find. It was close for what we wanted to do and see in Columbia. Downtown was close by and easily accessible. The only thing I did not care for was the smell of cannabis in and around the condo. This did not have to do with the condo itself, but just that it could penetrate inside or maybe through the walls or vents. We would, however, stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for sharing your accommodations with my family.

Quiet area. Walkable to our daughters which was purpose of visit. Comfortable for 2 adults. Host very responsive. Bed was very high. Had a tough time getting up but it was very comfortable.

We had a great stay. We wished the game worked but it’s was great for aesthetics. It was perfect as we had to go to Fort Jackson and it was only a few minutes out from everything we needed.

Had a great stay. The place was very clean and as described. The owner was very nice and accommodating. No problems at all with our stay. The location was what we needed, but know that grocery stores and other stores are a good 10-minutes away. If you are needing to do work while at this location, the wifi strength was not the best. Also, please read the house rules as this was the only place where it was noted that bed sheets and towels are not provided. Overall, the place and stay was just perfect for us. Thank You!!

It was very comfortable and homey. Quick drive to Columbia, very peaceful to come back to and relax after exploring. Beautiful view of Lake Murray with plenty to do and stores very close by. The hosts were very accommodating. They had refreshments, snacks, and basic necessities needed. Would highly recommend and would stay at again. ….thank you very much!!!!!!!

Jeff and Elizabeth are great hosts! They made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we walked through the door. They made fresh bread and had it waiting for us, along with an invite to a community event. Elizabeth and Jeff are lovely people and made us feel right at home. My teenage son told me to definitely book with them again next time I’m in town.

Great space near Columbia. Perfect amount of space for my family while we were in town.
