This place is amazing! Just as described. Place was very clean and comfortable. Location is great because it's a quiet neighborhood and a very good area. House is bigger then what it looks from the outside. Kitchen has the basic things necessary to cook. I have no complaints about this home. Next time I come to Tri-Cities I will definitely be staying here again. Host is very responsive and that is a plus! Highly recommend this home if your in the Tr-Cities area.

What a beautiful home for a great price. Rob was very easy to work with and accommodating to my schedule. 1st time staying at the home I was there 13-weeks, booked again for another 3-weeks.

Hector is a very accommodating and flexible host. Responded quickly to text, or if I needed something restocked, it literally was on the porch within 15 mins. the area the house is located at is within a 5 min drive to coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. Deena was very helpful. The house was exactly what we needed and exactly as described. It was as close to my grandbabies and they loved the house. The pool looked amazing but it was still a little cold to swim in. The house was clean and It literally had all the amenities you need, it was an maxing experience. It has all the fun stuff you could want to keep the kids happy. I would definitely come back to this house again !!

I visit the Tri-Cities frequently to visit family, and always look for Shelli's place to stay. The House is just amazing, the decor and layout are over the top. It one of those houses you don't want to leave. The view of golf course and hills are wonderful, especially the morning sunrise. Shelli is a friendly, caring host, who makes you feel right at home. I arrived late and didn’t have time to grab coffee. The apartment was stocked and was a life saver. The host was super responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. My first time in Washington st. The place was nice, the front door needed weather stripping, because there was gaps that let air in all around. otherwise it was a great place to stay.
