The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures, was highly clean, it has all the facilities for cooking, towels and bed sheets. Its location is nearby restaurants, bars and Sinclair Community College. Thank you for hosting me.

What a wonderful place to stay! Jim was so easy to work with and gave us all of the check in information prior to arriving. We came in for a concert and were able to walk to it as well as restaurants and a local brewery. The neighborhood is lovely. The place is clean, comfortable, and decorated beautifully. We would definitely stay here again.

Richard‘s place was perfect. I needed a spot between Indianapolis and Cincinnati so I found this place in the middle of a cute little town. It was clean and had everything you need. He even had food for me if I wanted. I would consider Richard a super host.

Lovely place. Kitchen fabulous! and made home cooked meals. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and slept well after a long flight. Felt at home and would definitely recommend and will stay again when I return to Hamilton. Thank you Michael and Patricia!

Everything was as expected and our stay was very smooth. No surprises or issues at all. Dayton is an interesting area that has changed a lot in the last few years so it was really interesting to walk the neighborhood when I had a chance. We also made good use of the location recommendations he provided. Backyard was private and very cute set up.

We stayed in Jennifer’s house while visiting our son at Miami. It was the perfect home away from home. The inside was incredibly clean and cozy. There were also lots of extra touches that we appreciated - coffee, razors, cotton balls & Qtips, etc. The house backs up to a wooded hill, with a small fenced in area in the back. We’ll bring our dogs next time! The road it is located on is narrow and does not have sidewalks, so it’s not really walkable. However, it’s only a 2-3 minute drive to campus and uptown, so we didn’t mind at all. We would definitely book this house again when in Oxford!

Great home with a beautiful kitchen and yard. Very accommodating host, and a location that is both in a quiet neighborhood, and also right near tons of shopping and restaurants.

It’s an older house, creaky wood, questionable basement staircase. Other than that, the place was fine, quiet neighborhood during our stay. Ian was a very nice host and very communicative.
