Karen's place was prefect with our family of 4 (kids aged 4 and 1.5 years)! it felt like a home away from home, so comfortable and spacious and there was even toys and books for our young kids which they loved. Kitchenette was all we needed for our stay. Really is perfect location in walking distance to Richmond centre and great for a 15-30min bike into stoke and nelson. Definately would be staying here again!

Very close to the beach, peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. The unit was very neat and clean, everything was as described. Nicki was very responsive and helpful. We came in winter but are looking forward to come back during summer. Thank you!

Great location for exploring Abel Tasman. Opposite the beach and path to the start of the Abel Tasman trail. We loved the Park cafe for its chilled vibes and great food… ate breakfast and dinner there! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful accomodation , private and peaceful with gorgeous views. Very clean and has Every thing you need. No air con, but a good fan which we deff needed. comfortable bed, but bed legs a little squeeky when rolling over.

Diana was a wonderful Host, friendly and welcoming then left us to enjoy our stay. Loved the view and the peace and serenity of it. Your own private entrance to come and go, you just felt like your had the entire place to yourselves. Nice furnishings and outdoor furniture for enjoying the deck area. We will recommend Diana's place and happy to return again.

A very peaceful place, feels like home. So many cute things and beautiful colors in the house that makes you smile. It's was nice to find a welcoming sign by the staircase on the way to the house with my name on it.

If we could give six stars we would. Janet was an amazing host and went out of her way to help us out. Janet’s home is within an easy ten minute walk to the center of town and an easy ten minute ride to mountain biking trails. We were able to store our rental bikes safely and the space was extremely clean and comfortable. Highly recommend Janet’s place if you visiting Nelson.

Amazing stay at beautiful South Street cottage. Jason is a great host, & very helpful. Great location in a cute historic house with parking and a little garden area. Close to town and the Cathedral. Very cute. 🥰

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at Durand's place. My family and I thought it was presented beautifully. The location was very convenient to get around town nearby. Though it's close to the hospital and main road, it was so quiet at night with the double-glazing. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Nelson.

The place is almost brand new. I didn’t think the oven or stove has been used; if it has, the kitchen is spotless. We stayed 2 nights and could easily stay a week. Easy beach access if you’re willing to hike the beautiful path the owner made. The private beach was very private. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. +++++. Very comfortable!

Fantastic place to stay. We were out quite a bit so didn't see much of Selene but communication before we arrived was great, and we had everything we needed once we arrived. Great location and lovely views. Would stay again if I'm back this way.

We were very happy to find Vanessa’s and Dave’s Airbnb at the start of our trip. Their unit is clean and modern and features panoramic views of the area and spectacular sunsets. The bed and shower are great! The washer/dryer and dishwasher are great conveniences. It is also relatively close to both Abel Tasman and Kahurangi National Parks. Helpful hint: the hosts do not provide paper goods aside from toilet paper. We would gladly stay again.

We stayed for 2 nights. Lovely space, comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything you need. We were able to do laundry. Beautiful backyard and very friendly dogs.

We had a very relaxing stay at Kristy’s spacious apartment, which was very welcome after our 8 days of tramping. The location is great, really walkable into the city Centre. The views are glorious, towards the city and the mountains. Kirsty and Shane are delightful hosts and it was a pleasure to meet them both. Five stars, would recommend.

Top spot 5 minutes walk to the beach , great opening doors out to the balcony . nice green in front. was clean and large and had all amenities one needed coffee machine, washer / dryer. Gabrielle was a super friendly host to check us in . couple of pubs close by for food / drinks . easy parking . my son loved the pool and hot tub and the small gym was decent for work out

We found the Clifftop Retreat cabin suited our needs perfectly and Bob provided an excellent level of communication, service and local tips. He also ensured the pantry and wines were stocked with high quality local products. The accomodation was very good with comfortable bed, terrific functional kitchen and amazing clifftop views of the surrounding bay and local area. The location was perfect for our walking trips up into the Abel Tasman National Park and also fantastic local restaurants and wineries. Bob also organised a pick up from the airport for us as we arrived late at night. Overall a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend Clifftop Retreats very highly.

We haven’t been to Nelson for possibly 30 years - this will be our go to place now for Nelson-and we are very keen to come back now after staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay- also the security, views, sunsets,and excellent introduction to the place with Rob was exceptional.

I’ve stayed in a lot of places all around the world, but this place outshines all of them. The views are absolutely beautiful. The host has thought of every single possible thing you could ever need. I wish there was a stronger word to use than well equipped. Maybe perfectly equipped? I wish we could’ve stayed longer and if I was ever in the area again, I would definitely stay there. I would say don’t bother looking for any place else. Just book this beautiful home. You can occasionally hear people walking on the floor above you, but it was barely noticeable and rarely happened. It is extremely spacious. I mean extremely spacious. It’s huge. The host left snacks, fresh fruit, champagne was chilling on arrival. Outside space was absolutely beautiful. Comfortable furnishings on the deck. I could go on and on.

Our stay at Holiday Nelson’s apartment was superb. We were met by Gabriel who was extremely friendly . She very efficiently showed us all that was necessary in regards to where to park , how to access the lovely heated pool and the facilities inside the apartment etc. The apartment was modern with everything you need for a very enjoyable comfortable stay. The outlook and location was great and the locals very friendly. We would definitely stay again if visiting Nelson.
