Nicky is a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful, and has been very thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more) for a lovely stay. Walking distance to parks and the beach. Thoroughly recommend.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Annette and Brent's apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need. The view is simply incredible, and we enjoyed it every day. Our children, as well as ourselves, made great use of the pool after a day of hiking and a day spent at sea in the Abel Tasman National Park. The hot tub was also a wonderful addition to our stay. The fact that Annette and Brent live in the apartment for most of the year really shows in the personal touches and the care taken to make it feel like home. Parking under the apartment is very convenient, and within a 5-minute walk, you're at the beach, while Kaiteriteri is just a 5-minute drive away. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a top-notch stay in a stunning location.

This is the best Air B&B we have ever stayed at! We were a group of 4 couples and we loved the space, amenities and peaceful location. The big bonus was the well stocked kitchen for cooking in. I would love to stay here again.

Wowee ! Both Jodine and Richard were super helpful and wonderful hosts. The apartment exceeded our expectations and more! The beds were the best we’ve stayed in during our stay in New Zealand for the last 3 weeks. My only issue was we were only there for 1 day and wish we could’ve stayed longer! Would highly recommend to anyone and will stay again !

amazing views and location, amazing place and facilities like the pool, beds were comfy and apartment very clean. very well stocked with everything you need even milk. friendly and helpful even after leaving assisting with lost keys. great communication and always responded quickly. would love to stay again. highly recommend jacks place. thanks again

The property was in the perfect location for us. It fitted our whole family easily and we had a lovely stay. Bathrooms are modern and super clean. All rooms are good sized and the property was very private.

We have just arrived back in the UK after a three week stay at Lucy and Matt’s glorious home. Having their home as a base enabled us to see our family (who lived nearby) and host our family too. We had many many happy times relaxing in the garden and hearing the children (and adults!) splashing in the pool. The property was perfect. It was light and spacious and very welcoming. There are two lounges and four bedrooms so everyone had their own space. The patio and garden are a perfect size and the pool was certainly an added bonus. Lucy and Matt are very caring and responsive hosts and we are extremely grateful to them for sharing their beautiful home with us 🩷

Very tidy, lovely place to stay. Check in was straight forward and easy. Quiet area near good walking/cycling trails.

WE LOVED MUNRO MANOR. Lexie was a lovely host. She always had quick responses, and even had the place ready before normal check in time which we really appreciated. Munro Manor was very clean and very comfy inside and also the bed. The swimming pool was awesome and the veiw all day was amazing. Waking up to the veiw was a highlight. I more than highly recommend Lexies place, it has been one of the best places we have stayed in on airbnb. Cant wait to bring our kids here.
