The Cottage on Waneta is a three-season home located in the heart of the stunning Finger Lakes. With 50 feet of lakefront and dock on a sloped lot, this charming cottage offers an open floor plan, complete with kitchen, cozy living space, and 2 bedrooms. The bathroom features a custom shower and separate sink area for added convenience. A sun porch provides extra seating and sleeping space, leading to a spacious deck with outdoor dining table and seating area perfect for enjoying lake views.

Lodi Lakefront

Welcome! Our year-around lakefront cottage features a new large deck perfect for family or friend get togethers. We have beach access on either side of the deck and 2 kayaks. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with a large deck, small side yard and a new balcony overlooking the water. You’ll be near many of the famous Seneca trail wineries & breweries. Lodi Point State Marine Park is 13min walk with a beach and playgrounds. Watkins Glen is about a 25min drive. Lots to see, do or relax:)

Lakeside Cottage

A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. Also due to rapidly changing weather boats cannot be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

The Getaway *Lake Escape is located on the Canandaigua Lake Wine & Brewery Trail. The cottage has seasonal partial lake views, beautiful mature gardens and a year round outdoor hot tub. The house is fully equipped with all basic amenities and then some. Venture out on a short drive around the lake to visit the wide variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping! Located in a private and quiet community with shared lake access for swimming just a couple minute walk from the cottage.

Level lakefront- Stunning views of South Hill- perfect for autumn leaf gazing and also summertime swims off the permanent dock. With kayak, inflatable toys, gas BBQ, WiFi, cable TV & electric awning over a picnic table. Enjoy s’mores over the campfire pit. Tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer & bedroom AC. Escape to the vineyards, Bristol Mtn. & all the Finger Lakes has to offer!

Cozy cottage just a short walk from private Lake access for swimming & sunsets, private boat launch, general store w/ice cream, playgrounds & basketball courts. 5 min drive to CMAC, 10 min to downtown Canandaigua & Wegmans & a short drive to Naples for hiking & grape pies or Bristol Mountain for skiing & fall foliage. Fully equipped kitchen w/electric oven, air fryer, microwave, k-cup coffee maker. Wi-Fi w/Fire TV, hammock & board games galore. Perfect for couples & solo travelers!

Open loft bedroom with great star gazing while laying in bed. There are multiple wineries and breweries that are just a short drive. Penn Yan, Hammonsport & the town of Naples just a short drive. Kueka Lake State Park 5 miles away. Note: Sorry this cottage is not suitable for small children, due to the loft cable style railings.

Once a child's playhouse, the large cottage sits on 5 acres and overlooks the Glenora cliffs, the cottage is ready to welcome you for years to come. Historic but updated with the creature comforts you desire. The entire estate is a restoration in progress. We will always notify guests if any work on the main house, well in advance.
