My husband and I moved down here from Ohio February and we stayed here for two weeks, until we found a home for our family. We were even able to extend our stay for another week, without an issue. James was very responsive and friendly. We had a very peaceful stay, the whole 3 weeks.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Mary‘s place. When we walked in the place was immaculate cite with sweet touches. I would definitely recommend Mary’s place to anybody. I cannot wait to go back in the spring or summer.

Tanishia was a great host, super responsive, flexible, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place as it has great amenities, is close to everything needed, and is very convenient. It's a beautiful place, I will definitely be returning for future trips.

The neighborhood was quiet and parking was easy. The Union Market is blocks away, and a good resource. I had a few questions, and James was immediate and helpful with his responses. I would definitely recommend his place !!

Our stay was absolutely perfect for our family of four! The space was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The convenient location made everything easily accessible, especially for our daughter’s volleyball tournament at the convention center, which was just a half block away. We truly appreciated how well-equipped it was for a family trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—highly recommended!

Stayed here for the Richmond marathon. It is a great place to stay since it is a short drive to many restaurants and the places we wanted to see. The house itself is clean and neighborhood is quiet. Finding parking was a little bit of an issue at times because there is no designated parking. Other than that, the place is great and would definitely recommend!

Mei’s place was a perfect landing pad after a day of driving. It’s located in a beautiful part of town, lots of restaurants nearby, easily accessible, and they were great at communicating. Would recommend! Thank you!

The place was centrally located to main avenues and very walkable to restaurants and bars. It was easy to access and get in. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The porch and patio seating areas were a bonus in nice weather.

this is a very quiet place to stay with a very large living room. sitting in the back yard overlooking the creek was a nice place to be in a little bit of nature.

The apartment/condo is just as described. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots/pans and everything else I use in my kitchen. That was a treat. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The home was quiet and easy to come and go from. There is an electric fireplace in the master bedroom which made the room so warm and cozy. The parking was perfect, right outside the door and we never had a problem getting a spot. Chandra’s communication was punctual and very helpful. Our stay was over the Christmas holiday and it was so festive as she had a beautiful little Christmas tree with lights and ornaments and a wreath on the door; it made our Christmas feel more like home since we had to travel. The place was wonderful and highly recommend to other guests.

My mom and I stayed at Copeland's place over the Christmas holiday. We parked two cars onsite and appreciated having off-street parking offered to us in the Fan. I want to note that we enjoyed using the kitchen, which was squeaky clean and well-stocked (pots & pans, coffee, spices, Keurig, toaster). Many/most Airbnb listings in the Fan and Museum District neighborhoods are historic, which makes it challenging for a host to offer both form and function. I'm impressed with all that Copeland has done --we did not want for parking, warmth, appliances, or supplies-- to make this beautiful home a pleasant stay for her Airbnb guests.

Catherine was a fabulous host! She offered early check-in AND late checkout without us even requesting them. The photos were accurate. The home included more than the listed amenities/description. Truly wonderful stay from start to finish.

We loved this apartment. It was super clean and very tastefully decorated. Great taste of city life and surrounded by a ton of amazing restaurants within walking distance.

Exactly what I was looking for. James was always quick to answer any questions I had. Washer and Dryer seemed brand new and were top notch.

The apartment is perfectly located, with plenty to do right out the front door, or an east drive. The space was small but perfect for just the two of us. I did not use the kitchen but did notice plenty of supplies if you need that. We loved going to the restaurant next door and the coffee shop across the street.

Nicholas was amazing! The place was exactly as advertised. I was in for GalaxyCon and Nicholas was genuinely interested in my costumes and about the event. I used to live in Downtown Richmond, so I was already familiar with the area. I highly recommend this location, and I'll definitely try to book with Nicholas for next year's event. Also, those bathroom fixtures were on point! Loved the mirror and faucet.

The location and all amenities were as described! Simone was extremely proactive about reaching out and checking in throughout our stay. Place was clean. Was a great, walkable neighborhood for my dog and I, and the fenced in backyard was a bonus! It is chain-link and not particularly high, so just keep that in mind depending on your dog’s needs.

Had a great stay- great location and lovely cozy apartment. Super clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back again!

Stayed here for a few days with our dog. Location was great, loved that there was a designated parking lot behind the building. Was a very quiet stay, didn’t hear or see anyone else in the building. Clean space and free from clutter. Would stay here again!

Loved our stay! Great location, lots to do. Appreciated the labels on everything. Balcony was wonderful for morning coffee and evening wine. Parking was tricky, but once we figured out the gravel lot it was easier. Would definitely stay here again!

FANTASTIC location, big home with very large rooms, ten foot ceilings and huge windows - lots of light. Fully equipped and functional kitchen, good size bathroom, great furnishings. A gem and did I mention the location? it's a beautiful town house with a stunning view of the Virginia Museum of Fine Art directly across tree lined Arthur Ashe Boulevard. WOW is my reaction. I parked very quickly on Arthur Ashe five doors down from this rental, and stayed parked. An easy walk to Carytown which I did twice for the shopping and two meals. Minutes from Belmont Pizza as well which is uniquely great for being outside of New York City's legendary good pizza. Houssam was a very chill host with very friendly check in and check out times check in after 2:00 pm and out before noon.) A teriffiic stay if you like it beautiful and quiet in the lovely neighborhood of the Museum District. Oh PS there was great guidance for the neighborhood with a current Museum District magazine.

Stayed for a couple months and it was great. Friendly, responsive hosts, fast internet, quiet, safe neighborhood, and a strong AC that kept the unit cool even during the summer heatwave. Can't really ask for more! Driving to get places is mandatory, but that was fine for me.

We stayed at Catherine's place while visiting VCU. Great spot, easy walk to campus, shops and so many restaurants. It's comfortable and charming, fit our needs perfectly!

Jill and Andrew were very communicative and flexible with check-in which I appreciated. The place was perfect for the weekend.
