Medy's place was a great fit for 5 adults coming to town for a weekend. The rooms were spacious, the location was close to shopping and restaurants, and the host was responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our weekend and would gladly book again.

We enjoyed our stay at Eugene's place! It felt very much like home and we liked having the covered parking for our car. It was super convenient to travel to Richmond and the surrounding areas easily from this apartment. Super clean and well furnished. :)

Super cute, comfy apartment. Location was great, walkable to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Neighborhood is quiet and nice to walk around. Bryson is an awesome host, great communication, very responsive. Will definitely rent again if I'm in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Felicity's place very much. It has a nice view, especially around sunset. The location is a little away from the busier parts of downtown, but the walk to the free bus isn't far. There is some noise that comes from the train tracks just south of the apartment, but it isn't overwhelming and probably would only disrupt the lightest of sleepers. Overall, a nice stay!

GREAT HOME - This is a lovely property in a quiet residential area within walking distance of VCU and many eating options. The back porch hot tub was a pleasant surprise. The home itself is well-decorated, and kitchen fully-equipped, and the bedrooms comfortable. Coffee beans were provided for our first morning, a nice touch. The host was very responsive and proactive. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

What a cultural treat! The host's collection of art and books from around the world added a unique touch to my stay. The place was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

The backyard gazebo and lights were perfect for relaxing and having casual conversation. The kitchen is beautiful. Our dog LOVED the backyard. Alex was both proactive and highly responsive. The information and house rules were easy to find and easy to manage. All in all, a great experience.

The house is as described from the pictures but the pictures do not do justice to just how beautiful the house, yard, dock and waters are. Everything you need is right there. The host is very responsive. Beds are comfortable. They have a guest snack drawer for munchies and an assortment of teas and coffees. A great place for families to come together and just be. Thank you for a lovely stay as we celebrated a wedding.

This place was absolutely perfect!! It was a great location for our mother-daughter weekend. We were able to park and walk everywhere. Xianfeng labeled everything and the house was just right for relaxing, laughing and spending time together. There was plenty of space to just sit and hang out. We would definitely stay here again.
